There is no such thing as bad pizza to me. However, to say pizza is some of the best I have ever had is not something I say often. We had a party of 7, and everyone liked what they ordered. Spaghetti, Chicken park, traditional NY pizza. A couple of us ordered the Rustica pizza. omg. It was so fresh. The creamy ricotta and the light 00 flour crust. Perfection. My first visit on June 9 was an eye opener. I will be back. My wife had rigatoni alla vodka, I had fettuccini with al fredo sauce and meat balls. She offered me (actually I took) a small sample of her entree . It was so gooood, but not as good as mine. The meat balls were extra large and delicious. We both had Caesar salads. They were fresh and properly dressed. We took the opportunity to observe the food, including pizzas, being served to others. I wanted one of everything. Everything was great except the lasagna that had ground beef that tasted either almost spoiled or flavorless like just browned unseasoned ground beef tastes. The Rigatoni Bolognese & Tortellini was really good. Live piano player was great. Staff was very nice. I'd go back but just stay away from the lasagna. read more

We got there a little late but the owner let us know up front that pasta was taking a while as they had a large party (lacrosse team) there. But we only wanted a calzone so it was quick. Meh....very salty food. I have had their food once before and they made it so spicy hot I could not eat it. Second time it was very salty. For the price that they charge, and the amount of Italian restaurants in the area, this one is definitely off my list. If you serve food to people, do better. People pay for experience and taste. If it was based on the quality of the dish, this place would close in a week. These small businesses wonder why people go to big chains...this place is the reason. I paid 88 bucks for cardboard boxes and about a pound of food. The pizzas are SO SMALL. FOR 17 BUCKS EACH IT IS NOOOOT WORTH IT. They look so big in the photos but in reality are about 10 inches. Go here if you want to blow money but don't expect to leave full. read more

Looked on Yelp for a place for 4 of us to eat. This place had good reviews(the one that bothered me was talking about the server Brian and what he said about how much a food tip would be. We had him also and his his love is comedy and we had a great time with him. You have to have a sense of humor. He was a great waiter!!!). We went with 2 of his recommendations of the salmon and the Shrimp Scampi. My sister got the mussels and said they were GREAT as was the salmon and scampi. Small place in a small shopping center but don't let that fool you. Some of the best pasta and pizza down here. Reed makes some great pizza and Austin in the kitchen does some amazing stuff. Wendy at the bar is great. Please try the bruschetta and let the chefs turn it up a notch. Taylor does a great job selecting a dessert for you. They just added at wood fired grill cooking some phenomenal streaks and seafood on the weekend. Has some outside seating and nice sitting area outside as well. My wife had the lasagna...get it with both the bolognese sauce and the regular sauce. Oh - whatever you do: get the tiramisu. Go ahead and get another one to go...thank me later. Excellent pizzas, were larger than 12", more like 14". We had the margarita, formaggio and a NY style, tasty thin crispy crusts. COVID review so we ended up getting a carry out pizza but I would definitely look forward to having a few beers there as well. They make a very good pizza with quality ingredients. We had a sausage and onion pizza which came out of the onion just as I arrived to pay. Nice and hot out of the oven. It was definitely a surprise to get a good pizza outside of the northeast. I loved the crust on the pizza and the sausage was good but it was ground sausage. I prefer sliced sausage on my pizza but it was still good. Well this was our first time here. Decor is nice with the wood burning pizza oven as a nice visual in support of the menu items. Also of note is the wood fired grill for menu items that would enjoy a kiss of smoked wood. Ordered the Brooklyn wood fired pizza and an appetizer of the fried calamari. Both missed the mark in many ways. The pizza while looking cooked nicely was raw on the bottom. Restaurant opens at 4:00 PM and I suspect that the oven wasn't seasoned early enough (wood fire lit early enough to warm the oven floor) and as such, the top of the pizza looks ok but the bottom not so muck. Marinara sauce had good flavor but the meats on this pie were unremarkable. I wouldn't order this again. The calamari was cooked well but the pieces were very small and the batter excessive and not much flavor in either as well. Your experience may differ, but with so many other brick oven pizza restaurants in the North Myrtle Beach area, we will try another. Edit: Order placed was to go. Eat there often. Staff is great and the food is delicious. Always has specials. One time I had a grilled pork chop which was best I've eaten. Full bar, kid friendly, outdoor seating. They have about a 6 seat bar if you go alone who can sit still bar and feel very comfortable. Highly recommend the place. read more
