We had a blast bouncing but were a little sad that we all couldn't bounce together since we have a toddler and a big kid. The facility seemed clean and wasn't overly priced, though it was more than i expected. The games were a let down since many were out of order. The staff were very friendly and helpful since it was our first visit. We were there close to closing time but never felt rushed. I did feel that there should be some form of gate out of the kid area because my toddler escaped and made it into the big kid area multiple times. Great fun while getting great exercise. read more

I live out of state and am visiting family in town and we decided to take our kids to this indoor trampoline park. First off i thought it was dumb that they made us purchase our own socks for $3.00 in order to jump and require us to use those every time. I have been to other indoor trampoline parks and i was allowed to wear my own socks. The layout was interesting. It seemed like most of the trampolines were separated into smaller squares rather than a big spaces. Its fun but I've seen better. read more

Horrible experience! Paid over 200$ for a birthday party and when we got there the room wasn't even ready. They then refused to let a child jump even though there was consent from his mother so we had to drive 10 miles to get another signature. They called for the party to start while the mother of the birthday child was gone getting the signature. When we expressed or disappointment with the manager they stated that they" were sorry they had so much going on". Their lack of planning became our problem and affected our party. We will never book another over priced party here again. What a waste. read more

Our family has frequented Rare Air Trampoline Park in Redding for years. I was pretty shocked to be treated with pure disrespect by a younger male this evening. He was extremely rude and disregarded a very short request while putting his hand in my face and walking away as I was still addressing him, spouting something like, Okay, Bye Bye Now. I have always been very mindful of others in a social setting and can truly say that I am polite and to the point as I've worked in the field for many years. Furthermore, what staff member calls their customer a bitch while dining with their kids? The lack of respect reflects a very troubled individual. Should he continue exercising such behaviors, he may upset the wrong person on the wrong day and it may not end up well for him. We will be second guessing our visits from now on. Listed on Google Review and Yelp after our experience about 6:00 pm this Friday, February 18th, 2022. P.S. There are plenty of therapy and counseling resources available in Shasta County..do yourself and our community a favor. read more

Amazing customer service. I had my 5 year old son's birthday party here a few weeks ago. Very well organized and easy, great party rooms, and pizza delivery for parties. We went back today to let the kids (2yrs and 5yrs) free jump for an hour. Great way to let them burn off energy. Comfortable seating for parents and kids jumping are well supervised. LOVE the Rare Air Trampoline Park in Redding, CA!!! It is just what this town needed; a huge building equipped with massive trampolines, rock walls for the big, & even one for the little kids. There is dodgeball & hoops to shoot. An area for toddlers to jump & play. The last time we were there they had added huge leggos for the little ones to build and have fun. Plus a large assortment of video games. I take my grandchildren there every chance I get. Keep up the good work, Rare Air! read more

This is my favorite place in town to take my kids! I have a toddler and a 12 year old and I know they will both have a great time! We take our daughter there Friday mornings for toddler time. The best part is the parents get to jump with their kiddos as a part of the price! She gets to run and jump with kids her own size and age and I get a work out!!! So if you have children 2 separate ages don't come. It's not fair. They make your smaller children stay out of the main jumping area. My kids love each other and want to be together but they don't allow it. Second most of the employees don't know anything and are little teenagers with big time attitudes. It's so unfortunate that there are not more places to have birthday parties. I suggest anything else especially if you have 2 separate aged children. They say it's for the kids safety but it's my decision to make as a parent!!!! read more

Such a fun place! But too expensive. 11$ an hour to jump? Really?? I did my daughters birthday there and rented a room, it was ok. $150 for 10 kids is excessive for just a room and jump time. I think maybe we got drinks but can't remember. I would definitely go much more if it wasn't so pricey. read more

Meh.... I was visiting from Chicago, and went to Rare Air with 3 kids. It was fine, but I think the staff could have been a bit friendlier, and the options in Chicago, and I am sure other cities are way better. But overall, it was fine, just not great. read more

We had our sons 10th birthday party at rare air yesterday honestly I was kinda dreading having the party there and tried to talk my son into doing anything else . After yesterday's experience I have totally changed my mind . Upon arrival we were greeted my Dominic (Dom) and he made the whole process so easy. He was like having a personal party assistant, he made sure every child was checked in got socks and wrist bands. when it was time for pizza he made sure it was there at the right time with plenty of plates and napkins along with two pitchers of your choice of beverages. Then brought out our cake when we were wrapping up pizza made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite and attentive . Gave us our check which he made sure to adjust accordingly . Party lasted 2 hours it was easy and the kids had a blast I would most def recommend rare air for birthdays . read more

Rare is an amazing entertainment site for Redding. The first thing I noticed walking in the clean environment. The place smells clean and looks clean. The staff, although extremely busy, are very friendly and helpful. There's always someone there to greet me ever time I walk in. The trampolines are well kept and are cleaned nightly...I know because I'm there a lot. It's always an amazing experience and the owners are great to make sure that your needs are taken care. I have taken my grandkids to Rare Air several times over the past couple of years. I think it is a really fun place and they love it for the most part. Their fun, however, is overshadowed by a bit of frustration. Their complaint is that of the height restrictions NOT being enforced. I teach them to watch out for little ones. Little ones aren't even supposed to be in the main trampoline area. They were also frustrated by adults and teenagers jumping onto the area they were jumping and staying put causing them to have to move. I'm not sure what the refs are trained to do, but it seems like they ignored what is right in front of them. read more

Took our 3 grandkids,10,11 and 12 here, and they had a ball. Had some trouble at the beginning because we needed their parents to sign the waiver form. Their parents were in Utah and I wasn't sure that we could contact them. Luckily for us, they were able to go online and fill out the waiver form. So make sure that you are the legal guardian or parent, or that you have had them go online to the rare air website ahead of time to fill out the waiver forms for their kids. Katie and Lindsey, 2 of the staff members, were absolutely fabulous. All of the staff were friendly and great at keeping the kids entertained and happy in the dodgeball court and other areas. It was pretty hot inside, but the outside temperature was 108 degrees, so I am not sure if the a/c just couldn't keep up or if it was set too high. I was sweating, just sitting and watching the kids. All of the kids in the trampolines looked red and over heated. The closest water fountain is close to the entrance so it was not very handy for the kids who wanted water to drink. You can buy a cup of ice water at the snack bar. We did have to buy "jump socks" besides admission, but I am keeping all the socks for next year because I already know that the kids want to go again next summer when they are in town. I think it's a great place for kids here in Redding. They have special rates on certain days and hours. I hope they get the support and business they need to thrive. read more

I love this place!!!!!! First and foremost I will start by saying, this place is for the entire family! The fitness classes (air-robics) are AMAZING, the instructor is great, very motivating and welcomes all levels of fitness! It is so fun that you don't realize how great of a workout you are getting until the next day when you are super sore!! Next, the summer camp is the best my daughter has even been too--- and she's been to a lot! The owners run this themselves and interact with the kids the whole time, my daughter loved making ice cream, playing games, and of course jumping! And I loved that she got healthy snacks :) I also have been to multiple Birthday parties---- super fun and super easy for mom!!! Show up, bring your cake, and that's it- they do everything else for you!! Lastly, I just love taking my daughter here for fun activity when it's too hot to get outdoors- or too cold. It's fun, and she's not sitting home playing on her cell phone. The staff has always been great and works hard to do a great job, and this place is kept very clean, which I appreciate! I decided to take my children and nephews here to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. If you want to book a party room reserve it early, I would recommend at least a month. I waited two weeks and they were booked. I purchased the tickets and special socks online instead of buying a party package, filled out the liability waiver there. You can download one from the website beforehand so its convenient to add it with invitations. I had purchased too many tickets and notified the staff upon checking in.She called a manager who asked if I wanted cash back or a refund onto the CC I used online but explain with the CC it could take a few days based on my CC company. The staff smiled and seemed happy to work there, however I was not greeted or told thank you from any staff member, not even the manager. Moving to the main jump area there were areas for main jump, dodge ball, airbag, slam dunk, and the smaller kids area (42" and below). I had ages 16-10 and one 4 year old with me so I was impressed that they separated the smaller kids. There were seats, tables, and even massage chairs for parents and non jumping guests. The layout and flow was good, easy to watch different areas at once. Within 5 minutes of being in the main area, my daughter said she was going to the dodge ball area, because the main jump had too many little kids in it, my other older kids soon followed her lead. That is when I noticed 3 staff members in the main jump area talking to each other!! At least a dozen children below the 42" height requirement and teenagers jumping over them, literally. I can not believe this was allowed, it looked like accident ready to happen. Overall out experience was good, the kids enjoyed themselves, the 1 hour tickets I purchased were enough time to have fun. This was our first experience and will give it one more chance before I spend the $100 dollars somewhere else. read more
