A small, very small restaurant near the Fireworks. Later, for business reasons, I returned to Baldwin year after year. Phoenix has grown from that small place into a very prominent restaurant, now located north of I-94, with full-service dining, weddings, business meetings, and much more. There's not much to the salad bar: it's small, but I happen to like what they have on it, including the two types of lettuce.
