It's a snow cone spot but make it chaotic. Chamoy, Tajín, and yes... diced pickles. They call it piccadilly and I know that sounds unhinged. First bite: confused. Second bite: okay wait. Third bite: suddenly you've crushed the whole thing. I got a flat top (not the big dome) with tiger's blood piccadilly and it felt very Tucson. Sweet, tangy, salty, weirdly addictive. We loved that the snow is flavored and they layer the toppings in the middle and on top so you get toppings throughout the entire bowl. The bowls were sweet but not overly sweet. The varying toppings offered nice textual contrasts. There is plenty of seating inside and the staff was helpful. We're excited to come back and try the other flavors.
