I went there because I had a flat tire. They replaced two tires and before this had changed one tire because I had gotten a flat before. I started to drive and my stability control light came on and it wouldn't go over 25 mph. I went back there and they told me that they had just changed the tires nothing else and suggested that there was a problem with my engine. I went to the shop and they went through all of the engines and it still was the same. Then they looked at the tires. There were four different size tires on it and this is why my van was acting up. I will never go back here. They do not know what they are doing and will make you believe your vehicle has a major issue. Do NOT go here for tires. read more

By the way, I checked the brand they offered to me and is $200 for 4 of them on EBay, free shipping. In my opinion, what this place is made for is for people with bad credit, no credit and without any knowledge in math or, in worst scenario, can't even check prices on Google. I ended up at Pepboys. With coupon, 4 tires installed and "computer alignment" a total of$ 410..... I came to return the tires for personal reasons and I I spoke with Oscar and Luis about them having any replacement to swap out. The stated that they had some not to worry. I find out they don't not have any so I went to look for some that would fix my car I was able to find only. A month later they stated I could come in to have them replace and again they stated they had the tires my needed. Which r 235/60/17 they come up with putting 245/65/17 which are bigger for my car. They should real just say what they have and not just tell u what u want to hear. So make sure u bring ur own tires if u could no long continue to pay and exchange them. Bad service . Sell bad tires . I bought a tire and it kept loosing the air . Kept placing air in tire kept loosing it . Try to tell you it's something else that is bad . The guy changed my valve and the one the he put were defective and he took my valves. He kept my valves that were special with sensor and replaced them with bad ones . Let me start by saying that I own 6 cars and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else for wheels and tires. Not only is the selection great and price competitive, the added ability to spread out the cost (without the need for a lengthy and embarrassing credit check process) make it almost perfect.....but only almost. What puts them over the edge is the fantastic staff. Just because I own 6 cars doesn't mean I know what the hell to do about wheels and tires. That's where the amazing service skills of the three young ladies at the front desk comes in. I think Liuzi something and Tayleria are their names...can't remember the third one (sorry). I brought in a really tough project this time. It was a 2011 Ford F450 Dully. These are impossible to source. Not only did they find what I was asking for, but they made some suggestions outside of the box that turned out to be 10x better than what I was originally thinking!!!! I'll add some pics after I give the truck a good cleaning. And they were so fast. I mean really fast. I mean, you wouldn't believe how fast if I told you......so I'm not going to bother telling you how fast,...that's how fast. The only slightly disappointing part of my experience was my interaction with the Tech's that actually installed the tires. All they did was complain about how hard it is to put my tires on because their equipment is so old. They seemed focused on the fact that they can only do half the installation as the shop up the street in a day because of how slow the Tire Machine thing is. I almost thought that this project was going to get dragged out because of these two burned out shop guys. But nope. That's when the front office ladies saved the day. While the guys where on lunch, these sales people grabbed the stuff, rolled up their sleeves and had me out of there that afternoon. I know this review might seem a little over the top for a normal tire recommendation. But keep in mind, that I am constantly having work done on my various vehicles just about weekly. So a good shop, with good people, that take the time to make sure I leave happy......well, those shops deserve for me to take the time to write an awesome review. If rent-a-wheel management is reading, get these people some better machines. They can sell some wheels, but not if they can't get them on the cars. read more
