These guys are amazing!! I got a new car a few months back and it came with some decent rims on it. I was out driving one day when I hit something in the road and bent my rim so bad that air started leaking out. I called around and it was going to cost me hundreds dollars to fix and take a couple of weeks. I had been planning a trip to go out of town but I couldn't with a spare on my car!! I went in to Rent A Wheel and met with Taron, the manager, and Joey. These guys were the absolute best!! When I had originally went in, they didn't have the exact rims i wanted. I spoke with Taron and he took care of that problem instantly!! That very same day he placed the order for not only the rims i love and wanted, but for a few other styles as well just so I could have options!! I couldn't believe the effort and the extra mile these guys went to take care of me!! My rims were rush delivered and the I received a call as soon as they arrived! We ran into a couple issues when trying to put the rims on because of my Mercedes lug nuts and custom rims. Taron and Angel, their wheel tech, stayed an hour and a half after the store had closed just to take care of me!! I felt terrible for inconveniencing them but they insisted on getting it done that night and Taron even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any troubles at all! Thats the first time a manager of anywhere has ever accommodated me in such a way! I got an amazing deal on rims and tires with a warranty!! There was no way I was going to be able to go out and pay full price for 4 new rims and tires but Rent A Wheel handled that for me!! I'm sending all my friends and family to Taron, Joey, and Angel!! First of all the customer service was awesome. The representative Al Johnson went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He broke everything down twice with no problem & no hassles.. He smiled the whole time and was very friendly and respectable. He made sure I understood everything. The mechanic Quan was also wonderful and patient. And the lady at the front desk was wonderful too.. really enjoyed shopping with them after shopping around. As with all businesses there will be a few perks you don't prefer but overall it's a great place. They have a nice selection of rims and they come with tires for a nice price...The 90 day program is awesome that's for the best deal also a year tire warrant after it's paid off.. I had some Personal issues that caused me to start over financially and tried on two separate occasions to return the wheels and tires due to the lack of financial income and on both occasions the staff was extremely accommodating to my situation and very understanding. I have and will continue to recommend this location. So for anybody out there, take it from someone that is struggling right with you, this is the place to go. They identified a safety issue with my car while changing my wheels out. They went out of their way to get me tires I needed and resolved this safety issue even though it was close to their closing time. Now that they have changed management it was a great experience. Love the rims I got it didn't take long at all to have them put on and we were on our way.
