PLEASE READ!!!!! So first off lets start with customer service. The lady that was working with was very helpful in picking some rims out. ((( First off though ))) They did not check if they would fit my car 50/50 mistake i probably should have asked but they seemed very confident in what they were selling at least the person that was helping me. So when it was time to pay and sign the guy that does this was shopping for what it looked like a tail gate for a truck the lady kept asking him if he could look over the paperwork and he kept saying give him a second 15 min of standing there will piss you off. So second since the rims did not fit I called to let them know and they said to come down and they will see what they can do well they guy looked at it and said we can order you some new ones...... so i said like what .. he then said i would have to research what would would fit my car...... so you sell rims and don't know what fits on cars this is a joke. all along really not giving 2 $$@$ about anything. So since i had the tires mounted on my vehicle they said they would take them off for me and give me my tires back my wife is literally sitting there right now over an hour to have them taken off since they said other customers are more of a priority then we are. NO JOKE THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID (((((( NOW I AM REALLY MAD))))))) The corp number they gave my wife to call is a cell phone so i take it this company is ran by some no name that doesn't care about customer service. Please if you have read this stay away from here go anywhere else. I manage an auto repair facility and if I ever did this to one of my customers i would be fired in a heartbeat. Save some time and money and go to a place that cares about paying customers and customer satisfaction. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!! read more

I came in looking for a new set of wheels and tires for my truck, the staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I didn't wait long before they had my truck in the shop and on the lift to begin working on installing my new set of all terrain wheels and tires. It was nearing closing time and the store manager even helped the tire technician to get the job done even faster so that I could get back home for dinner. They installed new locking lug nuts on all four wheels and made sure they were torqued to the proper manufacturer specifications. The technician loaded up my stock wheels for me and explained everything that they did for my installation. I highly recommend this shop over other shops that I've been to in the past for new tires, the customer service was beyond my expectations. read more

I came to rent a tire desperate for 4 new tires. I was driving on a spare and 3 bald tires. My tire light was on and blinking at me on my way there I was so afraid I wouldn't make it to the shop. When I got there I was greeted with the most friendly smile and when we found out what tires size was needed the shop manager went out of his way to go pick them up in traffic! I can't thank rent a tire for helping me back to safety with new tires... I would tell anyone and everyone that those who worked at this particular shop made me feel comfortable and at ease. I've been working with Veronica for weeks now trying to find good tired and rims for my truck she kept in touch with me and made sure that I was taken care of she text me picture of different options for what I described to her that I wanted. I had a little set back but Veronica worked with me and I'm in the office now getting my tires and rims done. they helped me figure out the math so that I would meet my 90 payment mark on time. So far from what I'm seeing and the customer service that I'm being given I feel they are great and very professional and to add very personable and that's what I look for when I'm doing business of any sort. Today I went to Rent A Tire to purchase a set of rims and tires. Now, when i first went into the store i was skeptical..... not because the people seemed shady or because the atmosphere of the store wasn't welcoming..... Because the people weren't shady and the atmosphere of the store was very welcoming. In fact that was the reason of my skepticism everyone was polite, down to earth, and most importantly helpful. Needed tires ASAP.. came in and was greeted by Luke. This guy has the best customer service and answered all the questions I had. I came here before (a year ago) and a lady that was at the counter didn't care to much about what I wanted or needed so I walked out... but the experience I had this time around was amazing!! In the end I walked out with some 22' rims & tires that look amazing on my 2006 Charger!! I LOVE my new rims & tires!! If you go ask for Luke and he will hook you up!!! Went to rent a tire to order a set of tires. They didn't have my size because they mostly deal with 20's and up. They said they could get it within a day or two. So they schedule me for two days later. The tire installer was very quick and precise with his work. Also he was able to answer my questions when I was curious as to why here did certain things.
