After witnessing the aftermath of a fatal accident on the 15 fwy due to a tire blowout, I urged my hubby to replace our tires. We have previously bought our tires at this location and it was not a pleasant experience. It took 3 hours when they promised to get us out in 1 and the customer service was very poor. We were in the area and decided to return in spite of our bad experience because their terms are unbeatable, 90 days same as cash, and being return customers, we thought it would be easier than starting as a new customer elsewhere. We were a bit disappointed when we were asked to fill out a new application because we had fulfilled our previous contract. So...here is where my review begins for this time around. delivered as promised! We were in and out in less than an hour, could have been less time but I had to take the time to thank the representative and let his manager know of his excellent skills and top notch customer service. This young man went above and beyond our expectations. He was curteous, friendly and knowledgable. As the face of this business, he did an excellent job. The service guy was great too, his workmanship was thorough and it gave me peace of mind knowing we drove off ensuring our family's safety. This team was excellent!!! The staff along with their manager have restored our faith in customer service and your business. We will continue our loyalty and confidently recommend this location. Rent a Wheel of Riverside ROCKS!!! Being on disability, I don't make much after bills and such, but the manager, Eric, did me a HUGE solid and got me set up on a payment plan I can actually afford, and he didn't try and force some hokey pokey chrome spinners, or push knock off wheels on me. Eric was super helpful with finding a set of wheels for my honda accord. He was professional, polite, and had a lot of knowledge to offer on different wheel and tire set ups, not the typical smoke blower you find at your local wheel and tire shop. Jose is a beast in action!! That gentleman mounted and dismounted more tires than I would like to admit, because I'm a stubborn ass, and he had no issue with going to great lengths to make sure I was 100% happy with the way the tires fit the wheels themselves, and how the combo fit my car as well. Beggars like myself CAN BE CHOOSERS lol. I wont be buying wheels and tires anywhere else from now on! I cant think of any other shop that offers lifetime balance and rotation as long as you have the wheels. I will be doing business with them again, and I recommend anybody reading this and considering getting some new wheels to GO GO GO!! You wont be disappointed whatsoever, I sure as heck wasn't. It's horrible that people depict this store as something it is not. I am a customer here and I have gotten nothing but respect from the workers there. It's almost common sense that you would expect them to call your references when you don't make a payment, rather its one day or one week, A CONTRACT IS A CONTRACT. I would assume if you were responsible and informed them ahead of time of your financial issues they would handle your situation accordingly. These people on here who have discredited this store through their slanderous remarks should maybe grow up and handle theirs bills and obligations accordingly. Very simple, PAY YOUR SHIT AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM. Anyway, love the place and the people, couldn't have asked for better of service. My wife was driving our car... BAMB BOOM BANG!! When the wheelhub seized and sheared all my lug nuts sending the tire 30 ft in the air. Enter Rent A Wheel. Ford wanted $380 + plus shipping for the stock wheel which I didn't have. But my wife calls Rent A Wheel and they give a qoute of $130 ish down for some wheels and tires. I have been late, im talking 2 wks late. One occasion one of the guys left a message, you're driving around with stolen property... I called Eric, explained I didn't appreciate it and the approach was wrong, Eric agreed. Eric is the difference to be honest. Renta Center lost a good dude. Always asks about my family and my job. So I was looking to get new tires for my 07 Expedition. I knew they would be expensive because I have large rims and they are an odd size. ReAnn helped me out and gave me all my tire options... unfortunately there was very very few. So I thought maybe rims and tires. She showed me all my options and it came out to be less than the tires alone. ReAnn was very knowledgeable with all the products and answered all my questions. Now, Kiki on the other hand who is that locations manager... was just as nice, helpful, knowledgeable and also hooked me up with my payment options. When I first went in, for tires, they were great everyone was nice, and I gave a down payment for the tires and I was going to be getting them installed the following day. But I had some issues come up that I had to get a refund and when I went in for it they just made me feel awkward and unwanted like if I wasn't allowed to have emergencies come up. That's how I felt going in nobody said hi or anything. They made me feel like the scum of the earth for having an emergency. I would have gone back to get some rims I saw when I didn't have to worry about anything anymore, but because of that I won't be going back. And to top it all off they didn't close the account so I still got charged for something I never got !!!! read more

Great place...got some nice 22" rims and tires for my camaro in the begining of the year unfortuntly I had to give them back due to going on disability and financial reasons...Eric and his team were so great they held them for 2months till I went back to work.....Today I was able to go back and get them..Eric was great, he insisted on washing my rims even though I told him not to because my car was filthy but he didn't want me to leave with dusty rims.... I honestly like coming to this place. Everyone that works there is always in a good mood and help you with a smile on their faces and that puts me in a good mood. Another thing that I like from there is they'll work with you on payments, help you decide what will make your car/truck break necks and help you with anything. Apparently my lug formation is not a common one and limited my options for rims. Julius did some work and found a nice set of rims for me that fit my truck perfectly! The whole dealing was hassle free and quick. From finding the perfect rims to paperwork Julius was great to deal with! The tire tech Andrew did a quick job and had everything looking great when I rolled outta there. I'll most definitely refer friends here and will be coming back for more rims in the future. I GOT HUSTLED!!! They tell you at the cotract signing that arranged weekly payments would cover you so you would have paid off total amount before the 90 days. I was short 7 bucks due to their math error. So now they added another 2500.00 that I have to pay. Manager says there is nothing he can do for me. I'm calling their corporate office on Monday.. Beware of the MATH on the contract make sure your weekly payments are going to pay off the total payment by the 90 days. read more

I bought my tires there today. I went to the one on Van Buren Blv (Riverside)..... I got pre-approved before I went. I got an awesome price on my tires with 90 days to pay it off so there is no Interest, which I plan on doing. They also gave me a certificate to get an alignment at Pep boys.
