I use their curbside pickup because of a back injury; the girl tells me she can't lift them to put them in my car behind the drivers seat, through the window. So, I get out to help, saying that I can't lift them out of the basket but if she helps with that I can put them into the car. She lifts them out of the basket one by one, and THREW the bag at me, which startled me, but I quickly put it into the car, luckily fast, because she threw the other bag at me as well. If you're having a bad day, you shouldn't be in a customer facing role! And now my back is sore and I have a Dr's appointment to evaluate it.

When I booked online they had two options one was full service for $99 and the other was for bath and brush which was $73. They make you pay first before even seeing your pet. Well I read the bath and brush wrong so that was my fault. But one of the workers started to explain that they would have to charge me an extra fee for an undercoat, I was like, my dog doesn't have an undercoat at all. My dog's hair is very thin and she doesn't shed. So right off the back I knew she was lying. Ok. So I ordered the bath and brush package which once again I thought it was with a haircut, and when the staff worker mentioned the cutting of the undercoat, I was under the impression that she was getting a cut as well.. mind you. Let me back to this bath and brush package. That includes nail trim and scissoring the paws. So when I got my dog back. NO Haircut, No Nail cut, No scissoring the paws. It was just a bath and a brush period. So I spend $73 PLUS an extra $15 for some Brush out short hair charge.. whatever the hell that means. SO $88 for a bath. Additionally, I walked by their doggie daycare room too today and witnessed their employee just walking around randomly spraying water in those poor dogs faces when they were obviously stressed out or just wanted her to pet them and comfort them! Why anyone would pay to have their pets traumatized by these unprofessional people is beyond me!

I was waiting for my dog to finish at the grooming salon and I witnessed a worker at the Doggie Day Camp spraying dogs in the face with a water bottle for NO REASON. When he noticed me watching, he hid the bottle, which added to my suspicion. It's sad that pet parents entrust them with their pets and pay big money for services and this is how they behave. I just want other pet parents to be aware.

When I brought him back for help she acted as if this was no big deal and it was the pavements fault, then it was my fault because they try to get the nails as short as possible for us! I had to ask for an apology. She showed no sympathy to my dog at all when she repaired his nail. Now we are home and one of his back nails is bleeding! Absolutely the worst experience. This woman has no business dealing with animals at all! Also his hair is completely chopped up, ears are uneven. Just terrible.

We wanted to take the puppy to the hospital and asked for reimbursement for hospital fees. The manager was going to call the owner Erin, for reimbursement. The manager called me back after 10 minutes says the owner isn't going to reimburse me. When my wife went back to Purrfect Fur Salon, the manager locks the door on her and called the Sheriff. After the sheriff talked to the manager, my wife wasn't allowed to go into the Purrfect Fur Salon, and advised my wife to take them to civil court. What a nightmare, this is the worst experience in a pet salon.
