This was the second garage floor Raxmasters completed for me. They're professional, answered all questions, on time for all work, completed their work in stated time frame and were less expensive than other companies verbal price per square foot costs. Most importantly, their work was exceptional. They completed another garage for me eight years ago and it still looks incredible. Highly recommend!

Love my beautiful new garage flooring! Thank you Jerry! 1. I got 3 bids 2. One day process & 24 hrs you can park ur car in the garage. Most others 2 day process & 3-4 days park in garage. 3. Sanded down original flooring & repaired any concrete issues. Even removed water softner. Others bids did not include. Jerry is a small business owner who overseas the quality done right & customer satisfaction is #1. He even recommended paint colors for my garage that would match the flooring. My consultation with Jerry was about an hour. No pressure & not rushed. My friend is getting her flooring done later this week. My only regret, I didn't do it sooner.

Absolutely exceptional! Jerry was extremely patient with me going back and forth with different ideas. He provided the pros and cons of the different types of concrete finishes. I got 3 bids total. While the price was competitive more importantly the floor looks absolutely stunning! Better than the pictures I have posted. I also want to recognize Hector who led the installation. Super friendly and asked multiple times if we were happy with the work and if there was anything else we needed. Seamless and easy! We are going to refinish our pool deck next. I would never use anyone else!

I have had my system for about 8 years now. I wanted a pulley system for my heavy e-bikes and felt mounting it to my rack that was professionally installed was much easier and safer than mounting it to the ceiling myself Yeah me!!

My patio needed to be resealed. It had been over 10+ years, at least, since there was proper maintenance done. I had called into several companies and decided on Raxmasters. The owner came out to the house and initially spec'd it out. He had requested for it to be power washed multiple times and then sealed. He didn't believe it needed to be recolored. He was honest and upfront as well, mentioning that I could do the job cheaper by just purchasing the sealing and covering it. In the end, we decided to go with Raxmasters. We had scheduled about 2 months out due to their current bids. The team had arrived on-time. It actually took them 4 full days. 3 days were for power washing the concrete patio. The 4th day was for sealing. The price was a little expensive, $1100.00 for the entire job, but completely worth it! The concrete patio looks amazing now, pretty much new!! I'm really happy with how it turned out! I plan on working with Raxmasters in the future when I'm ready to tackle the garage and re-do it with epoxy.

Raxmasters is prompt, communicative, and their quality really shows in the work they do. We are moving into a new build home and the first thing we had done was our garage floor epoxy and rack installation. They came and quoted on Saturday, installed the racks on Monday, prepped and epoxied the floor on Tuesday, and finished the seal on Wednesday. Each day was half a day or less of work. They're quite efficient! They have lots of colors to choose from and with a little trepidation we chose Golden Knights. It looks amazing! It's just the perfect dark without being too dim or flashy. The gold specks are really eye catching. They are definitely an investment but worthwhile! Plus they have a warranty guarantee!

Company was recommend by a friend for the overhead shelving then i realize they did more. They quoted me a good amount for all three bundle. Moving in to a new community and a new build house was the perfect time to get all this installed. Spoke to Jerry and he came out to do a proposal for my over head 2 4x6, Epoxy and Paver Seal for future proof. They came over the same week and completed the task.. Jerry and I had a little misunderstanding with my overhead storage and installed 1 4x8 which wasn't stated in the proposal paper. Just waiting on another install date for the 4x4 to complete the overhead storage. Overall, Raxmaster doesn't go cheap on their materials. They put a ton of flakes which honestly most companies do not do. My garage looks awesome and attracted my neighbors that they want to do the same now. I believe garages should be treated like a house where its nice and clean and not like a dumping ground. Thank you Raxmasters!

Just had these guys come out today to install the heavy duty shelving. All the work was done within 30 mins and looks very clean. It's freed up so much space in my garage. I was looking for a great epoxy company to do my garage floors. I researched online and found raxmasters. Shortly after contacting them they came over my house to do a quote. They showed me pictures and different combinations I can do. The pricing was so reasonable that I also purchased the racks they would install on top of my garage. Jerry did a fantastic job of installing two overhead shelves in my new home. They are super sturdy and even after I loaded them up, I was doing pullups on them and they didn't budge at all. Jerry is a very nice guy and a testament to people who migrate to this country and work hard to start a small business. I was very happy with the first two racks so I had him install two more that were a little less deep so they would fit above the garage door. They were perfect for a log of long things that I had (12') that didn't fit anywhere else. Obviously I highly recommend Raxmasters. read more

Great Job!! I called to have RaX installed in my garage. Amazingly, they answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to come out. Amazingly, they showed up on time and installed the RaX!! I had 3- 4x8 shelves and 2- 2x8 shelves installed. Jorge did a great job installing and was friendly. I chose Rax Masters due to them being the only authorized installer of Topp Rax in the Vegas area. The only negative I could say (and why I'm not giving 5 stars) is Rax Masters doesn't use the installation clips along the walls to keep it from shaking as Topp Rax shows in their videos. So my racks do wiggle a little, vibrating against the wall, but not nearly as bad as the competition. read more

Requested a quote from Jerry at Raxmasters. He arrived that weekend and gave us a quote and a promise that we would have our system installed within 3 weeks, that was the end of December of 2017. We have never heard back from Jerry without our having to call and emailing him, where Jerry promised again another month and he would have it for us. Here we are 3+ months later with absolutely no sign or contact from Jerry at Raxmasters and obviously no garage storage. I can't speak for these other reviews, just to what our experience has been, which is terrible. read more

We have a 550 square foot patio - 20 years old with stains - from spills and sprinklers. Jerry came out and gave a very reasonable quote for epoxy coating with a darker 12 inch border to help hide sprinkler stains. Appointment was for 9 AM on Sept 3rd. He called before that saying he couldn't be here till 11 AM since two workers failed to "show up." Amazingly, he came HIMSELF at 11 AM and for several hours did the cleaning and sanding to prep the concrete. Later two of his workers came and did the initial installation. The next day, they returned for the sealer coat. It looks SO beautiful. Friends are amazed how good it looks. Thank goodness I finally listened to my wife. Definitely a 5 Star rating. We will be doing the re-sealing every 2-3 years as they recommended. read more

I called and amazingly they answered and scheduled an install for the next week. The installer arrived close to on time (we are in a new development and almost everyone gets lost). He got started right away. After installing the first rack he discovered that the second rack wouldn't fit where we planned. We made adjustments and he quickly installed the second rack. He even patched the wall where he had started to install the second rack. I was extremely impressed with his speed and professionalism. read more

Edgar and Juan just finished the epoxy floor in my garage and it looks awesome. They work quickly and efficiently and left everything clean. They pay close attention to detail and went up the sides of the wall to the baseboards without messing them up. We had them come out to do our floors and then later to hang storage in our garage. We did have an issue with the epoxy on the floor starting to come up, but they came out quickly and fixed that. When the installer game to hang the storage racks I asked where his helper was and he said he works alone. He was able to put up the 3 storage racks in less then an hour. Money well spent! read more

Raxmasters did the epoxy on our garage floors and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with the work. This was a three day process. We opted to have the high gloss finish which was well worth the extra money. I shopped around and raxmasters was middle of the road for price when it came to other companies around town but definitely had the best service. read more

Could not be more impressed. Had a 10 o'clock appointment and got a call around 830 from Jorge saying he could be here early at 9 if that was ok. Of course, early? He arrives and suggests a layout for some overhead storage racks. Sounds good to me and he gets started immediately. Racks installed and Jorge is on his way before his actual appointment time. That is service. And racks look amazing . read more

It was nice dealing with a veteran owned business that feels really personal with a hands on owner. For some stupid reason 1 side of my wall was basically missing a row of blocks. I've always HATED that my neighbor and I could stare into each other's patio doors without trying. I never wanted to offend him by asking to build the wall up but I took advantage to bring it up as they were moving out. He said yeah he hated it too so go for it. He's on the HOA board so my architectural request got approved within days and the search for a mason began. I got a bunch of responses to my Yelp project request with some saying they don't do small jobs like mine, some crazy quotes of 2k (assume that was F off pricing). Luckily Mr. Brown responded with an incredibly fair quote after I sent details and photos and I think he stopped by the next morning to drop off samples to make sure the colors matched. We got it scheduled pretty quickly and his in person quote was a little lower than the text quote, which has never happened before. It really says what a good and honest person you're dealing with. His guy came out on time, was nice and did a great job. The only issue was that I didn't think I had to mention the mortar should match the existing not match the block color. They sent a estimator/warehouse manager to conduct the measurements, by the name of Braedon Buchanan. After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. Poor way to do business.

What a great job his team does and what professional young men his employees are. I would recommend him very highly. He is fairly priced and stands behind his finished work. Unlike others I have used, before I came in contact with him, they have done work for me at a lesser price, but their work did not hold up for the period of time it should have. We chose Raxmasters to coat our garage floors last month. The owner and crew were awesome. They showed up on time, worked fast, and turned our garage into one of the nicest rooms in the house. I could not be happier with how it turned out. They were very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the colors, and they even added a little more black flakes to the coating. The price was also very reasonable and I love that the polyurea coating allowed us to use the garage the next day, and park on it after a couple days (some vendors quoted 7 days before parking on the floor). I just had two 4x8 racks installed in my garage and I am thrilled with the results! Jorge said he'd have them installed in one hour and actually finished in 40 minutes. He was super friendly and highly competent. I love my new racks. They're heavy duty, sturdy and are mounted right into the corner of the garage so they do not sway or shift. We had the epoxy laid in the garage (were able to customize the color) and two large storage shelves placed (able to hold up to 1000 lbs) and we were very happy with the final product!
