Ordering was a bit difficult, as we had to fill out one piece of paper for the whole table. My family weren't the brightest, but whatever, blame mom for that... I went with the black garlic ramen as I thought it was the most intriguing, but I really wanted a chicken base rather than a pork base... So, my wife went with the chicken base, so we could swap... So I haven't been here in almost 2 years! My family decided to give it another try, it's sad to say we definitely won't be coming back here AGAIN! Service here is horrible, they don't greet you at all! They didn't get busy until later and there were only 2 people in there before my family. Over the past couple of months, I've eaten here a few times. The food, decor, and service are wonderful. Even when busy, the servers are polite and the food is ready quickly. When I have a craving for Ramen, this is where I go! I've tried a couple of the milk teas as well and they are tasty. It seems everything is fresh with quality ingredients. Ordered takeout from this place yesterday got the Rayaki fries. I paid $8.50 for these fries which supposed to has minced pork on them. This place was really cool. They gave you a menu and pencil to fill out what you want. We got these items (pictures below): Matcha milk tea Banana milk tea Pork sweet sausage scallion Squid robatayaki Grilled shrimp bao bun Seafood ramen Black garlic ramen We got our ramen without the fish cakes but oh my it was so good. I am a huge seafood fan however I think my husbands black garlic ramen was my favorite of the two. The pork was a little tough and chewy but the other flavors were amazing. The seafood ramen was good too! They had a good amount of meat in it: 2 mussels, 2 scallops, and 3 large shrimp. The squid I would not recommend, it was very tough and had a really fishy flavor to it. The pork sweet sausage scallion was very delicious! That pork was really tender and the flavor was great! The grilled shrimp bao bun was not my favorite but my husband loved it! The shrimp didn't have much flavor but the bun and the sauces added made it so much better! The lady's that worked there were so nice! Very helpful and the food came out at a good time! Service was %100! The ambiance was cool. Good music and hand painted anime on the walls. Went here with a few friends so we were able to try out a couple different items on the menu. To start off, the decor is so cute and different than ramen places I have been to (I've never been to the Cherry Hill location). We got seated and had one menu to go off of, so we looked on our phones. Apps are the best part of this place. We really enjoyed all of it. I wish I took more pictures of the apps but we dug in pretty quick. Ramen on the other hand was a bit so-so for me. It didn't have the full bodied flavor I'm used to from other places. This is my favorite ramen spot in the area! I visit this location multiple times a month as it's my boyfriend's favorite and mine. Their ramen is unbeatable compared to others in South Jersey. My favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen and their new sushi is also very good and I think made to order. All of their tea flavors are delicious and refreshing. Takoyaki and Fried Ebi - really good! Must try! 3. Passion Fruit Iced Tea - very refreshing! Had the perfect amount of sweetness and tartness. What's just okay: 1. Love that there is a ramen place near by now! They take good precautions with lines and having sanitizer available in store. I recently tried the chicken katsu ramen as takeout and boy was I happy. I ordered takeout so they packaged the broth separately from the noodles/chicken/egg/scallions and other toppings. The seasoned egg had to be my favorite and their broth is pretty flavorful too. I think next time I'll add some spice. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors. Only caveat to getting the katsu is that sometimes the hot steam can make the breading soggy but that's the downside of takeout. But that's not their fault. read more

Today we tried Rayaki for the first time. Even though they had inside dining it was closed and only open for pick up or delivery. The menu attached is what we used to select and check your items. You hand it to the lady at the counter and she rings you up and give you a receipt with a number on it. When the order is ready they call your number and you pick it up. We tried the Ramen chicken which was good and tasty. I had the Pork Black Ramen garlic and the broth was very tasty as well. I would order it again. I order a skewer of chicken scallions which I thought was a little tough but the shrimp skewer was good and flavorful. We also ordered the Japanese Egg roll but they forgot to give it to us. Instead there was a skewer of grilled tofu which was ok. On a cold stormy day I would definitely go back and get the Black garlic Ramen with its delicious broth to warm you up. read more

So I've ordered from Rayaki through door dash numerous times. Today however, I found food in my rayaki fries. Being the delivery was through door dash I complained to door dash. In response door dash said there was nothing they could do. Understand the hair was bone straight, me being a man with 4c texture it was obvious this was from the restaurant as it resembled Asian or Caucasian hair. Now for the fries and the presentation, I asked for no pork, at this point there was not effort put into the rest of the toppings. The service was quick for take out. The ramen itself though was subpar, the shrimp was squeaky yet dry and the broth was sort of lacking and a bit sour tasting. The egg was over cooked around the edges. It felt like a very incomplete ramen dish. I've had better before and I guess I'd go back to try something else, but I'm not too sure. My son is a huge Demon Slayer fan and loves ramen so for his 13th birthday we wanted to take him here to try it out. So glad we did because the ramen was delicious! The way it is decorated inside is really cool. We got the fries to try as an app and wow they were really yummy and so much garlic flavor which I loved. My son loved his miso ramen. I've been here a handful of times now. The most recent time I was there, it seemed like the portions were much smaller than it was before. I got the miso ramen like I usually do, tasted good but there wasn't much noodles or toppings. Barely any bean sprouts or corn. To keep it short and sweet! It was alright. Noodles in broth with a small amount of meat, small amount of veggies and ginger with a soft boiled egg in it.. that was the black garlic ramen. It was tasty. I also had Chicken Bao that was quite good. However, it has sauces in it that tends to drip all over the place, would have been nice to have a few small appetizer plates instead of dripping all over the table and napkins. I don't think our waitress spoke very much English, just basic, she was not friendly and made no conversation at all.
