The repair person, Alex, threatened me multiple times to take away my computer while I expressed dissatisfaction with the new screen. In addition, he made me feel physically endangered while I deliver and pickup my computer at his home office. He loves to brag about his experience and gaslight customers when his work does not follow through. His ego is too big for the quality of work he does. As we can see in the other comments, he likes to threaten his customer, such as suing them for leaving a bad review. 4. In the end he put back my old broken screen without my permission, and refused to refund me the full amount.

I called them at 5:50pm and spoke with Ray "I think he is the owner" anyway I told him what was going on and he said to come on down and that he would wait for me. When I arrived I noticed that they have a big Yelp banner on the window, I walked in and spoke with Ray about the problem and showed him a picture of what the error was, he was up front with me and explained that if the hard drive was bad that he would not be able to save my data. I told him to do his best to save my data. The next day he texted me with a quote and said that he would be able to fix it and save my data. I told him to fix it. About 3 hours later he texted me again and said to come on by and pick it up. Now when I arrived he didn't just give me my computer and send me on my way, he sat me down and explained that I have 3 different options to save my data just in case the hard drive or computer crashes in the future. He also said that if I'm not sure how to back up the hard drive or need help with anything to call him and he would walk me through it. When all was said and done, he charged me $299 out the door and my machine is working flawlessly!! Thank you Ray! You got a customer for life.

I first thought it was just a small issue, so he stopped by my apartment to take a look. While he was there, it became clear that my motherboard needed to be replaced. I'm a student so my PC is super important to me, but I'm also pretty broke. Michael not only fixed my PC in less than a week, but he also found me a new motherboard at a discounted rate! Within a single afternoon, he had diagnosed the problem (dead CPU) and ordered the replacement parts needed to get it back and running. I was anxious about leaving my PC with another person for the first time, but he was super communicative and happy to answer any questions throughout the entire repair process, which really helped ease my worries.
