And now having to debate and argue the price of the test and the additional actions they took without our consent to the services, is a bit of a nightmare situation for any car owner. A message kept flickering on my dashboard and I figured the car needed to be checked ASAP. When I arrived at work, I checked the area around me on Yelp and Google and Desertmotive popped up with the absolute best ratings and reviews so I called them and they said to swing by. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by their nice manager, Chad who was very friendly. I shared what was wrong and he immediately took the car in to be checked. Within a few minutes, I was told what was the problem and how much it would cost to fix it as well as how long it'll take. I left my car there because I had to return to work and at exactly the time they said the car would be done, I received a phone call informing me that the car was ready. I picked up the car a little later after I made the payment and I was good to go. This was the most efficient car service I have received in a very long time! I hope I never have car trouble again but if I do, I am so lucky I have an excellent provider right by my office!
