The absolute best candy apples. The best chocolates. The best everything. A Doylestown staple, or more like a Doylestown legend.

Such a cute place and convenient to Bucks County chocolate lovers, everyone is very nice and you can still create your custom boxed gifts individually or all the same candy. Particular to the peanut butter cups and truffles, but everything we've had was so much better than than G^~,*# . The only problem? It's TOO good and couldn't stop till the box was just full of empty little paper shells and had to shop for stretchy clothing. read more

Very nice store. Lost a star because they told me they don't make their truffles. Lots of choices. Truffles were around $24 a lb. I'm not sure of the price for the regular ones they make there. This is such a pleasant old fashioned candy store with unusual treats. Candied orange peals are unique and tasty.

One of my favorite people of all time shared this temple of chocolate with us, and it immediately cemented a spot on our list of places for great gifts for great friends and loved ones. The chocolate quality is excellent. And the hand-dipped pretzels and chocolates have been enthusiastically enjoyed by recipients. What makes this place extra special is the opportunity to play Lucy and Ethel at the chocolate factory! One can host a party here and the attendees get to hand-dip chocolates. Even though filled chocolates do not float my boat, the opportunity to make them does. Oh to be a tyke again. FYI: During the holiday season, nearby parking is next to impossible to find. My darling friend and her sisters have worked here for years. I was treated to a small sampling of some of their delicious treats. She brought me a polar bear, which is a variation of the popular turtle. Spanish peanuts, caramel and white chocolate.....so good I savored it and ate it in three bites which is saying a lot for me. Their peanut butter chocolates are also so good. Perfectly salty and sweet, but mixed with cream cheese or something perhaps so it's light and almost fluffy? The caramels also have the lightest hint of sea salt. If you are in the area stop in! If you need an excuse for a roadtrip stop in! And bring me back some! read more

This was my first visit to this store, and what an absolute delight. When I walked in not only didn't the smell of chocolate make it more enticing, but all the beautiful colors and the immense selection was impressive. The seasonal candy selection was amazing as well as the rows and rows of handcrafted chocolates. I purchased a good amount of candy and it wasn't terribly expensive. I ordered an assortment of pecan turtles. The chocolate was good. Plenty of pecans. But barely any caramel. Couldn't taste it or find its texture. Plus, they salted the caramel. Which might have been fine, but there us nothing worse than taking a bite and finding big grains of sea salt all gritty between your teeth. I've had better. read more

I have been shopping this store for over 15 years! Their caramel is delightful and they have a great assortment of candies. Customer service is personal, as they get to know their customers and welcome them every time we enter the store. I miss the days of when the candies were made in this same location. The large glass windows allowed us to watch the workers pouring the candies, and coating the fruit and other materials in chocolate. read more

It was fatal attraction from first sight and I am not even a chocolate person. Excellent service with quality chocolate. They let you sample before you buy. I got a 1/2 lb small box filled with some different choices . All are really really good! Loved dark chocolate ones. As other said chocolate covered sea salt caramels ( if you are a fan of caramels), mint patty and peanut butter cups and truffles are favorites for now. They also have convenient small prepackaged 2-3 candies assortments. Can't wait to go soon again and get some gifts for Christmas as well. Love this place. They do a very good job with all the chocolates. My favorites are the coconut eggs at Easter time, the sea salt and naked caramels, and the chocolate peanut butter cups. It's expensive but worth it for a splurge or holiday. read more
