Their thoroughness so impressed my general contractor, he told me he wished they worked for HIM! For some recent home repairs, painters had used blue 3M masking tape to tape Ram Board down throughout, to protect the wood floor. Weeks later, when the Ram Board was finally removed, I could see stripes of of sticky tape residue on my lovely wood floor. Aargh!! I tried several home methods, but it just would not come off. I didn't want to risk damaging the floor with steel wool. So I called Solana Flooring. The owner, Mik, came over that very day to take a look. The next day, two of his workers arrived, inspected the areas, and applied a specialized, professional oil product, rubbing the areas with a soft cloth. Instead of being patient, the employee immediately became irritated, spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone, and continued treating me poorly even after I apologized and explained that this isn't something I buy often. I even told him, "You're the expert, that's why I'm asking." As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when I'm asking for guidance. The way I was spoken to made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope Timberline Molding takes customer service seriously and addresses this, because no one should be made to feel this way when asking for help.

The process was very easy. I called and made an appointment for him to come and measure the kitchen. Then they sent over a 3D model of our kitchen for us to review! Once we finalized the design, we scheduled the delivery of the cabinets and paid! Liad also recommended where to get our counter slab and a contractor to install it! John was our contractor that did our demo, installing cabinets and also floors! He did a great job! We definitely will be using Ryan again for our bathrooms and recommend him to everyone!!
