That being said, I've seen management change up at this place over the years and I've had some pretty bad experiences from previous crews here, but I've found the best use for this place is in oil changes, tire services, brake services, and so on. The regular maintenance stuff. I'll add that we used to be able to bring our own brakes/rotors/tires here and only pay for the labor, but the last time (2023) that I tried to do this at this location, I was told NTB didn't allow that anymore out of some liability issue or something. So, it seems that you need to purchase one of their own products for those services. However, they let me provide my own oil and filter for oil changes, so I think it's case specific. The staff at this location have also been really kind, no rudeness, no issues, and I've never had to wait long for the regular maintenance stuff to come through. All-in-all, it's a decent shop from a large chain. Management seems better now than it was in the past.

They're always attentive and thorough with their work. if I have ever run into any issues with work done by other body shops (caliber collision.. 2years back n forth.. wouldn't recommend), they (nextgen) thoroughly corrected the issues in record time (about a day and a half tops). If any issues arose with Insurance companies about trying to not use the correct OEM parts and try to use subpar aftermarket ones instead, the shop goes all in on your behalf. To be clear, my 2019 charger has hit 3 different deer causing front end damage, also had the front end damaged by 3 different drivers negligence hitting my front end with their various vehicles. I just took this picture today.. the car still looks brand new because of Next Generation's high quality of work. Jennifer has ALWAYS been very quick to alert me to issues with parts sent to them that they deemed to be defective or subpar in any way, and quickly sent them back to be replaced by higher quality manufacturing. I appreciate their level of transparency with the process, as well as the girls in the front and their open lines of communication and insight into great finds on better manufactured parts for customizing my dodge charger. I absolutely mean it! I'm not someone that typically leaves stellar reviews (or any reviews for that matter) about businesses, but I have returned to Next Generation for repairs at least a half dozen times because of their high level of consistency, quality, work ethic, and professionalism. Also if their is any issue with parts fitment, they're quick to address and make certain that the car is in as outstanding condition as possible. Again, my 2019 dodge charger seems to be a magnet for front end damage and still looks fresh off the assembly line or better because of Next Generation. Didn't think I'd say this, but a touch-less car wash managed to impress me. This isn't your 80's…read morestyle automated car wash with the questionable squeegee material spinning on rollers assaulting your car on all sides while clogged soap dispensers unevenly shower soap haphazardly in what may or may not be in the vicinity of your vehicle. None of that in Culpeper. This this is laser guided. The L shaped wand surveyed the pit with lasers, and adjusted the shape, intensity and duration of spray. It covered every inch very efficiently which makes me happy as a customer and an environmental steward. I mean not a wasted drop of water, soap, clear-coat protectant, or spot free rinse. For $10, it's easily the best investment I made recently on a car wash because the car looks really good. Easy in, easy out and a satisfied customer for sure!
