brought my car in for a tire replacement and front end alignment. i now have to replace my wheel bearing and front axle because they left four of five lug nuts loose on the front left tire, and frankly I'm lucky this didnt turn into something worse. service was quick and efficient, rep was communicative. i personally wouldnt see a negligent mechanic twice, though. read more

This place use to be an upstanding business until the owners changed. The woman who works there is rude and judgey. She made me feel so uncomfortable about questions I had and I felt like I was being lied to so I took my business elsewhere. Stay away from here. There are better options with nicer, kinder, and trustworthy people. read more

I got my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara done for my birthday, put on 35 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, 2.5 inch lift, and 20x10 Fuel Assaults. Wow! wish other shops were all like this. The quality of their work and the fact they have been in business for nearly 20 years clearly shows. Between Tom's knowledge of lifted vehicles and his taste in modifications. To the fact that Joe his lead Tech is the nicest guy and knows everything and anything about suspensions and mechanical work. And lets not talk about the price, Tom charges fair prices and offers stellar customer service and great work...work that he stands behind. Not to many shops do that, so I applaud Pro Trucks. Please keep up the good work! I recently dropped of my new 2014 wrangler at 9am for full lift kit with 35 inch wheels and tires. 5 hours later I was driving out of there a happy camper. Joe went above and beyond explaining every component of the lift, gave me tips on tire pressures, suggested items that I had not accounted for, and just generally made me aware of everything that had been done. He even loaded up all my old parts nicely into a box and loaded the old wheels and tires and parts back into the jeep for me. ps, I drove about 45 miles to get to these guys and it was totally worth the effort. You will be treated right at Pro Trucks. Great customer service, and you can tell by the way the owner and all the employees interact with you that they are genuine in wanting you to be satisfied. I bought a pair of drag radials from them (I know, drag radials from a truck shop? But Mickey Thompson lists them as a retailer, so...) and they were delivered and installed very quickly. Through no fault of Pro Trucks, my tires spun on the rims. I took them to a different shop to get re-balanced and that shop claimed I had a bad tire; it wouldn't balance. I called Pro Trucks back and they said "bring them in, we'll take a look". Which I did. They inspected my rims, the tires, and re-balanced both wheels. The next week I raced with them and had no problems, and the balancing was true. You can do business with these guys comfortable in knowing that you'll be treated fairly. read more

On September 29, 2021 I walked in to Pro-Truck and had Tom help me select tires and a leveling kit for my 2015 Ram 1500. Tom recommended the Nitto Grappler G2. I explained to Tom that my truck was due for inspection by the end of October. He said the tires and leveling kit would be ready to install in 2 weeks. I paid him in full because he was helpful, seemed to be knowledgable and a nice guy. Two weeks went by and I called and spoke to Tom. I reminded him about my inspection being due and he said "Oh, I was going to schedule you for October 29". I told him that I wouldn't have ordered the tires from him unless I knew it would be ready in two weeks. I also told him that it looked like I may be traveling out of state for a family emergency. He immediately stopped me and said "Bring your truck on Tuesday October 19". I get there on the 18th to drop it off and he says "Oh, I couldn't order the tires you wanted, I ordered you Michelin tires". I asked him why did he order me tires after I ordered the Nitto tires over two weeks ago. Tom never called me and asked if I wanted the Michelin tires. I think he had them in the shop or something and thought since I was in a crunch, I would just accept it. WRONG. While in the parking lot of Pro-Trucks, I called Jeff at Quality Tire and Custom Shoppe in Woodbridge, Va. I was on the phone with Jeff for 15 minutes and he found me 4 tires and the leveling kit and scheduled me for install on 3 days. When it came time to replace the shocks on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins 5.9, I was looking for getting a substantial upgrade from the last set of shocks from the local car/truck repair shop. I wanted and found someone who clearly knows, lives, and breaths trucks. Tom gave me options and recommended a great choice for my needs. 9/1/16 - I have an 02 Suburban. I wanted to do a 6" lift kit and I talked to several truck shops from DC to Richmond. All were pretty close in price, one was very high, but that's another story. When I came across Pro Trucks, based on a recommendation from a friend, I was immediately pleased with them. Tom, the owner, was awesome!. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and spot-on with his estimate of cost and time, which I thought was very reasonable. His shop crew were very friendly and helpful too. The end product, my 02 Suburban with a 6" Rough Country lift kit, 35" Nitto tires, and 17" MTs was amazing. He turned my truck from boring to beast-mode! His crew even went the extra mile with subtle details in the assembly and finish of the suspension work that I noticed right away (I've worked on cars and motorcycles all my life, so I notice the details). They painted certain drab areas that needed it to make my Burban look amazing. I wish I could post a picture on here.
