This company has been around for more than two decades and the whole team is awesome to work with. Over the years, Cabinet's Plus has designed, built and installed cabinets for my brother-in-law, mother-in-law, a good friend and a neighbor. Now, it was my turn! Greg Baird, Master Designer, came out to discuss my proposed layout. He actually talked me out of installing additional cabinets because he had the foresight that it would be too cramped and crowded. And boy, was he right. I am so glad I took his direction. I decided to kick it up a notch and chose the Storm Grey Laminate. It really came out great and looks even better than I was expecting. The quality of the material, the hinges and the overall workmanship is best-in-class. The guys that install it are really good too. George (30+ year employee) and Allen arrived on time, worked as a team and installed all the parts flawlessly. They are real installation professionals and take great pride in their work. After two visits, our installer told us he had been to Premium Cabinets and suggested we check them out. As other reviews have stated, I could not be happier with our experience. You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. In addition to a top shelf customer experience all the way around, their price was within $100 of Builders Surplus!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it; our highest recommendation.

We got lucky. As part of a whole house remodel, we elected to have Haynes Cabinetry change out our…read morekitchen and bathroom cabinetry. We spent a huge amount of time and effort, researching different cabinetry companies in order to find the right match for us. It became clear as we researched that there is a big dividing line within the cabinetry industry. Most typically there are guys who have table saws, and tape measures and they proceed to chop up wood and nail it together. However, a more recent development in the cabinetry business is what we were looking for. The most advanced companies come out, take measurements of the room and then design the cabinetry on a three dimensional computer system. This provides a way of essentially seeing what you're going to create before you even make one bit of sawdust. Once an optimized design is finalized, the wood parts are cut up and drilled by computer controlled machines, that very precisely control the dimensions of the wood parts to within only a few thousands of an inch. At that point the wood panels are simply put together with very little effort and essentially no corrective measures being needed. The result is a cabinet assembly that comes out essentially perfect. All drawers are precisely in line, everything fits pretty much perfectly. And this is how Haynes cabinetry operates. Along with Haynes, using the most advanced methods of creating cabinetry, throughout our project, they continually displayed a most proactive approach to dealing with us. At no point during the project, did we ever have to ask to have something done a second time. Everything we asked was taken care of, and taken care of with a smile. It was as if we were having friends that we've known for years come over and perform this work, they were amazing! Looking back at our home remodel, it is clear that Haynes cabinetry led the pack with regards to comparing them with the other contractors that we had involved in our project. They were really helpful in helping us choose what we needed. We were going to be re-flooring our entire house so the fact they took time with us so we were comfortable with our choice was great. The problem came when we were done putting the flooring in our house. Our contractor was very efficient and we had 15 boxes of planks left, which was essentially the 10% buffer that they order. When we inquired about returning the unopened boxes, we were told that the only option was a store credit less a restocking fee. We were OK paying the restocking fee. They knew that we had redone our entire house so a store credit was not a value to us at all. We asked them for a cash reimbursement of the balance less the stocking fee and they refused. We now have 15 boxes of flooring valued at approximately $1500 that we can do nothing with. This was very disappointing based on the good experience we had in making the purchase. I would recommend anyone ensuring that they understand the refund policy for unused flooring.

Buyer Beware. We hired Cabinet Wholesalers for a bathroom…read moreremodel that resulted in serious defects, including plumbing leaks, water damage, mold, tile failure, and cracked shower walls. Independent licensed professionals determined the shower installation failed systemically and had to be fully demolished and rebuilt. While partial reimbursement was provided for initial mold remediation and limited tile repair, Cabinet Wholesalers ultimately refused to honor the warranty and pay the full cost of correction unless we agreed to use their crew to perform the repairs--a condition that was not stated anywhere in the contract, despite the extensive prior failures. As a result, we were forced to file a complaint with the CSLB and pursue a contractor bond claim. This was an extremely stressful and costly experience. Proceed with caution.
