The problem is that I drive a compact car. When I asked about it, I was given a vague explanation that honestly didn't make much sense. At that point, I had already spent about 15 minutes waiting in line, and I had my baby in the car who was starting to lose patience. I seriously considered leaving, but my car really needed a wash, so I decided to go ahead with it. What made it even more disappointing was that when they told me the car was ready, parts of the exterior were still dirty. For almost $28 plus a tip, I expected my car to at least come back clean. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but between the questionable extra charge and the poor cleaning job, it didn't feel worth the money. I won't be coming back.

It's 20 bucks. If they can't cop up to it they're still getting paid so the guy pocketed 20 bucks.
