She showed us our options for the front door and the security screen. Scott came out to look things over and get measurements for our doors. After that point we received an estimate to peruse and approve. We had a few questions that Sandi was able to answer quickly. The doors were ordered and we were given a tentative timeframe for installation. A few weeks later Sandi called to schedule our installation. Dave installed the front door perfectly. The back slider was also installed that same day by Scott and his crew. The slider went in beautifully and looks very nice. The moulding looks great. In between, the painters came and touched up all the areas around the door and slider before Dave installed the security door in the front. We are very pleased with the results and the service we received from Scott and his crew. They were all helpful and did great work. We had put this off for years and are so glad it is done and done well. Definitely a pleasure working with Rayco Windows and Doors!

I got estimates clearly stating a certain total price for the project, but afterward got charged extra. When I called to inquire, they said their policy was weekend delivery cost more and my initial estimate included their weekday delivery rate, not weekend, and they couldn't honor the weekday rate they quoted me in the estimates they had given me.
