The only glitch was that they underestimated the time to pack, perhaps because they take a lot of care, and hence we were a little jammed at the end. But they were apologetic and made things right at the end. Most importantly, when we got to the other side, nothing was broken or lost-- tribute to their care and conscientiousness.

I flew into town to help my daughter move and I came across this company. Neal agreed to help us move. A few days before the move date, he asked if he could come an hour earlier and I agreed to that since it worked better for my schedule. He never showed up, left us high and dry, and left us screwed. He ended up totally ghosting me and blocked my calls and messages out of nowhere. I only found out when I texted him to see what time he would arrive on the day of the move. I was left scrambling to find a mover at the very last minute. This caused a huge financial burden since I had to find new flights, also. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

When they arrived they tried to pass the company off as there contractor "Pegasus Vanlines". Thankfully the workers were complete knobs and accidentally showed me their actual paper work which helped me find this company. On top of it the said my load weighed 3900 lbs which in my experience in moving I knew was dead wrong. They tried charging $2100 for it. When I called them out they gave me attitude and said they measured "cubic metric feet". Couple days later they magically came back with it weighing 3100 which I still don't think it was and the price dropped to $1400. Also I can imagine that some people are in difficult situations and might need to use credit cards. We posted deposit via credit card and for some reason they were only able to take cash which we had to run back out for to get. All of this with twin toddlers that are 3 years old. Long story short we have a civil matter on the way with the company after they overcharged and under delivered with both companies we were dealing with in Pegasus Van lines and more importantly these guys. Their rate clearly states $60/hour for 2 movers and a 17 foot truck. They said there are no hidden fees or runaround. My friend was quoted $190/hour for 3 movers and $120/hour for 2 movers! He said he would send the paperwork by then end of the day and never did.
