    Immediately after the delivery of a Brand New GE Fridge to my home I Discovered that the '3rd Door' was Not Functioning and there was a Box on the top shelf with ?? In it !! I quickly called the Delivery Driver explaining the Situation and his response was "Oh, We Don't Do That" ! I'm not sure what that even meant ?? I contacted the Store where I purchased my New Fridge and they referred me to Lake Appliance ! I was so impressed right from the Beginning with this company's Communication and Within a few Days Christian, their Rep, was At my Home. He apologized for my experience with the Delivery Service and Quickly opened the Box, removed the Plastic that was All Over the Outside and Inside then attached the Shelving on the Doors. He was the Most Kind, Courteous, and Knowledgeable Repairman I have ever met. He Tried his best to Fix the double door situation, replacing the Seal and even heating the Seal Between the Two Doors to no avail. Eventually Christian had to Order a Totally New Right Double Door Assembly for me. It was shipped directly to my home and I immediately contacted Lake Appliance and was added to their busy Schedule. I was so happy to see Christian return again since I Understood that he definitely knew what he was doing ! Do to this Fridge Being Brand New there was No Charge for their Amazing Service ! I'm so Impressed with the Outstanding Customer Service that Christian provided me I know I will Call them Back for any other Appliance Issues !

    This is Francis Holminski Just had my refrigerator leveled, and it did not require a flooring fix. The wheels were adjusted and it's just fine. So your response to my review talked about your fee which had nothing to do with my complaint. So your technician's assessment that it was a flooring issue was wrong! And your comment that "no further appliance-related (sic) service could rectify the issue"was wrong! It took just 15 minutes to adjust the wheels of the refrigerator and it is now good. I stand by my comment that the technician you sent didn't even try to adjust the refrigerator. So the fact that you "stand by our technician's assessment" is wrong! I could have spent untold time and money chasing the flooring assessment which turned out to be bogus! I could go on but I don't think you care! Your "savant" technician needs to be told to do a detailed review next time!

    UPDATE: OK!! They made it right!! We appreciate it!! He called and apologized for ghosting, as they had been super busy!! My dishwasher tanked, so extended warranty came thru and we ordered a new one On Tuesday 2/13 , they are coming out again to service that same fridge again. Ugghh!! 3rd times the charm. NEVER buy Samsung Appliances, EVER!! Stove quit the 1st year, 2 fridges needed repairs, now a dishwasher. Knock on wood the house dishwasher and washer/dryer survive. So far so good. I'm sure we will be getting a new fridge. Glad they contacted us. Moving up to a Star 3, mainly as you still have to go thru hell to get hold of anyone. Texts are fine by me, but answer them please. Glad they responded. Now back here this week for another service call. Samsung sucks, remember that. I am really confused about this appliance repair place, they have fixed my fridge in my house before and it broke within a week, called extended warranty again they came out and fixed my fridge, which is good. My icemaker is now working. I feel like I am being completely ghosted now, the day was January 23 and the repairman came out and fixed my fridge, before he left he put the bottom right fridge on freezer, so I lost all of my fruits and vegetables that were delivered the day that he was here because he made a comment about someone delivering out front. So I lost $125 worth of vegetables and fruits that were only in my fridge for one day, I had to throw all the lemons, grapefruit, lettuce, everything away because you don't freeze that stuff it went to mush. I was told by the sales guy that the manager would be contacting me, and I have just been ignored, I've left messages no one has called me. I want my $125 back for my groceries. I sent them a receipt of what I bought and I have heard nothing from them and I'm not very happy about that at all. It always says to text them so I do but they just ignore me and I'm being really nice about it too. I am a big reviewer, and this is really floored me. This was a good repair place, and I just don't understand why they're not coming out to fix my dishwasher now has nothing to do with the food in my fridge, but why isn't a sales manager making this right? It just seems so wrong to me. Very unprofessional why you won't fix the problem?? I will be happy to change my review if they stop ghosting me. I will be calling RC Willey this morning extended warranty and see why they are not coming out here to finish the job. Please, someone in the managerial department call me as soon as possible, you have my number I am just totally at a loss of why you won't take care of this issue. The repair man should've looked in the bottom right to make sure it wasn't a freezer before he set it on freeze. This is actually a zero star review. I'm totally miffed and flabbergasted.

    I cannot say enough good things about Kevin with Tahoe Appliance Repair. He responded within 12…read morehours on a Saturday which was impressive on its own. I originally called him for a second opinion after an initial visit thru my home warranty company left me feeling uneasy with another appliance company assigned by my home warranty with American Home Sheild. This company had stated I just needed to clean out the dryer drum and vents inside and thru the wall. They stated the dryer was fine, however it still wasn't drying clothes properly. Also all my vents had been cleaned recently. So something just didn't sit right with me. Kevin came in, carefully troubleshot my dryer, running multiple test and gave his diagnosis, confirming my suspicions. He was honest, thorough, and never once tried to upsell or exaggerate the issue. The difference in integrity and professionalism was night and day. His pricing was fair, transparent, and reasonable. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. It's especially refreshing to see a motivated young entrepreneur working hard to build his own business the right way, with honesty, skill, and work ethic. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive, Kevin is absolutely the one to call. I'm so glad I trusted my instincts and reached out to him.

    II called Kevin at Tahoe Appliance Repair on Monday, June 8th. After giving him information about…read morethe refrigerator, he diagnosed the problem as needing a new compressor. He advised that the part was under warranty and he gave me instructions on how to go about getting the warrantied part. I did as instructed immediately and notified him via text. He texted me back saying the part "could be here before Friday". (That sounded about right because LG said it takes 3-5 days to be delivered which would put it on Friday at the latest if he ordered it on Monday) I texted on Friday asking for an update on the status of the ordered part as he had it shipped to his address. No response. I texted again on Saturday. No response. On Monday morning, 1 week after my initial contact with Kevin, I still had not received a response so I called LG at 11 AM to ask if they had the tracking number so I could find out when the part would be delivered. Being without a refrigerator for a week was brutal. LG stated that they did not have that information available but asked me to hold. When they came back on the phone, they had me on a 3-way call with them and Kevin. I had no idea that they were going to call him and I had not intended for this to be that big of a deal. Kevin stated that he had some deliveries at his door and would be home in an hour to check to see if our part was one of them. He told LG he may have ordered the part but was not certain. Kevin texted me later and said that he was camping for the weekend and that he hadn't had cell service so that was the reason for the delayed responses. I did not have problem with that at all, but it seemed that after that phone call with LG, things started to go downhill. He told me that the part was not there and he was going to call LG and get back to me later that day. He never got back to me, so I texted again on Tuesday, June 16th. He said that he ordered the part again, then proceeded to tell me that even if he had the part, it would be a week before he would be able to get to me. On Wednesday, he sent the tracking number. On Thursday, he texted telling me the part was delivered but someone had stolen it. 4 days later, on Monday June 22nd, 2 weeks after initial contact and 2 weeks without a refrigerator, he texted to tell me that whoever stole it had brought it back at 3 in the morning. I asked him when he could install it and didn't get a response until later the following day. By that time, after being repeatedly ignored, I called LG and scheduled an LG repairman to come out. They said they would be out on Thursday. Kevin did eventually respond saying he could come out on Wednesday but at this point, I was beyond over dealing with this guy. I asked him for the part, and he said he would bring it to me in a few days. I asked him if he needed my address as I had never given it to him and he ignored me once again. He showed up with the part on Thursday which was nice and he seemed like a nice enough guy. LG showed up later in an LG truck with a technician in full uniform and was able to get my refrigerator up and running after 18 days without it. Refrigerator repairmen know, or should know, that a refrigerator is the most important appliance in a home and should never allow a customer to wait as long as we waited to get it repaired. I believe what happened was he forgot to order the part after our initial contact on Monday, June 8th, and then got mad that I called LG. He then ordered it and then claimed it was stolen just to "stick it to me" as punishment. Then miraculously. 4 days later, it reappears UNOPENED. Then repeated ignored text messages for another week until I gave up. LG charged me $438.21 for the entire visit which included the part, whereas Kevin quoted me $600 and 2 1/2 weeks of waiting time. The thing that bothered me the most was there was never any apology or urgency. The moral of the story is to call LG first. Use the LG Flat-Rate Repair Program. It is next day or 2-day service with all parts included in the price. A much better experience. The customers in the previous reviews got a much better experience than I did. I did not get that guy.
