We bought a power reclining sofa and loveseat from them 2 years ago. When they delivered the furniture the sofa would only work on one side and they replaced it within a week. 1 year ago the love seat started acting up on one side. Since then it quits once a week and finally quit altogether 2 days ago . Looking back at the RC Willy review board there are numerous reports of faulty controls on their reclining sofas and love seats . Contacting them was a waste of time because they say the furniture only has a 1 year guarantee. Now they want $85 just to come and look at it + time and materials to fix it. They are selling cheap Chinese junk and we will never go back or recommend them again . read more

I posted this on Wednesday on the RC Willey Customer Service Section.    Wednesday the 28th of December, the Reno RC Willey had a floor lamp on damaged clearance, an Archway Pacific Coast Lamp, SKU 3023877*747.  It had a damaged lampshade, two of the 3 lights did not work, and the knob broke off.  As my husband and I are both engineers, and do a lot of DIY projects, we wanted to research and ascertain while at the store, if it was more cost effective to purchase the damaged lamp and spend the time fix it, or simply buy a new one (even a 25% savings would have been great).  So, my husband asked Customer Service what the replacement lampshade would cost.  Customer service at the store refused to tell him the cost of the replacement lampshades unless we purchased the lamp first: which of course was775-343-5241 non-refundable.  I called the Pacific Coast Lighting Company, which makes the lamp and ascertained the PN of the replacement lampshade, PN M4365.  They told us to call RC Willey and get the price from them since the lamp was at RC Willey.  I called RC Willey back, and again, I was told that unless I purchased the part through them first, or proved that I had already purchased the lamp through them that she WOULD NOT give me the lampshade replacement cost.  That is your policy per the Reno Customer Service Rep. Through the years we have brought many items from RC Willey, Dining Room Tables and Hutch, Complete Bedroom Set, etc.. Your Customer Service practice for not allowing us to know the replacement cost of a damaged clearance replacement cost is middle school playground antics, and we now plan to look elsewhere for any future furniture or flooring needs.  I have to say our relationship with your company has ended on a very sour note. Update:  Yesterday evening I received a phone call from an RC Willey Representative, whose name in the interest of his privacy I will omit. My husband and I put him on speakerphone so we both could hear what he had to say. I explained to him that I was trying to determine if it was more cost effective to buy the lamp new, or buy the damaged and fix it.  He explained to us that even if I had bought the 'damaged reduced lamp', they would not sell to me the replacement shade.  I explained that this is contrary to what the Customer Service rep in person told my husband they would do only after he bought the lamp, and the Customer Service Rep from the store told me on the phone that she would do only after I had bought the damaged lamp and provided an invoice number.  He stated several times that it is RC Willey's practice to NOT sell replacement parts for items that are in the damaged reduced clearance because "it is not worth their time to have a person enter the order and do the paperwork involved". Unbelievable.    The bottom line is this.  It did not matter that we had been great customers through the years, having spent thousands of dollars buying a dining room set that seats 12, with a matching hutch.  Nor did it matter that we spent thousands of dollars buying a bedroom set, including a long low boy dresser with mirror, two tall boy dressers, two matching end tables, and the matching head and footboards for the Cal-king bed.  Nor did it matter that we spent a LOT of money buying a 4K 3D 80" (?) LG TV. Shall I go on?  It did not matter to keep a current, loyal customer happy to do the minimal paperwork it required to buy a replacement lampshade, it just mattered to not sell a replacement part for a clearance damaged item to anyone.  I am bewildered and astounded by RC Wiley's lack of caring about the individual customers.  They basically lied in person to my husband, and then on the phone to me, knowing all along that they would not 'spend the time to do the paperwork' for a replacement lamp shade: because this time instead of spending thousands, we would be buying for the first time from them a clearance, damaged lamp intending to rebuild. Update 1/2/23. No contact, email, or call from RC Willey as of this evening as the representative from RC Willey replied. So consider this, if they do not take care of established customers because it is not worth their time in paperwork, imagine if you were coming in as a first time customer how you would be treated if you chose to buy a damaged or clearance item. Ordered carpet during their $39 installation sale. Opted to move all furniture on my own. So the day before installation I moved the furniture from each room into my kitchen, living room, family room and one bathroom. We even pulled up all the carpet and padding for the crew in advance and cleaned the floors. The ONLY thing they had to do was install tack strips and lay the carpet. In the AM a family of three shows up (including a boy who is WAY TOO young to be installing carpet and probably too young to be working in construction. The father immediately is irritated that he's going to have to lay tack strips into concrete. Why? Well, because he had no idea how. He bangs around for 30 minutes and then tells me it can't be done and I'm going to have to reschedule with RC Willey. Excuse me? You are a carpet installer who can't install carpet? Then he says he can glue the strips down, but they need 24 hours to dry. So can he come back tomorrow? No. They don't work Sunday. Does he have the glue? No. He has to go to Home Depot. The master bedroom which still had almost all the tack strips? Nope. Can't do those either. When can RC Willey do the install? No idea. No one would answer and the boss of these three would not return my call. So I paid for a same day install, made my place unlivable, did the demo for them- and they tell me I'm supposed to lay spikes across the concrete, move everything back and reassemble all my furniture and just wait and see when they can get back to me. No thanks. Called Dan, The Carpet Doctor. He came out on his day off and did the job like a professional. Took him less than 30 seconds to drive in one of the tack strips. It cost me an additional $1400 to get the carpet installed. He started at noon and worked into the evening. Surely RC Willey recognizes they are contracting out to sub-par installers and will cover that fee. Nope. Not a chance. I was told it's just too bad. I've bought a ton of stuff through RC Willey over the last 8 years. $16,000 worth of stuff- to be precise. Do they care? Nope. Do NOT trust them with an installation. read more

Have had more positive experiences than negative. Pros-Great place to shop for just about everything and clearance has some great deals. Over the years have purchased a sofa couch set, dryer, refrigerator, range, entertainment console, dishwasher, flooring etc. Some great sales persons that have been great at explaining options and differences in TVs and sound systems. I have enjoyed every product I've purchased and with one exception have had no issues with any of them. Cons-I don't understand closing at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. When I asked a salesman to up sell me from the cheapest dishwasher, all I was given as incentive was quieter and faster drying. Living in Nevada my dishes don't need help drying and a change in decibels isn't a big deal. What is a selling point is a higher quality product, a third tray, steam instead of heating element. But I have to find that out after buying a cheaper dishwasher and returning it after the dish tray fell apart after one use. And maybe mention that dishwashers don't come with a power cord and that you'll have to shell out another $25 to buy one online. read more

We ordered carpet and didn't get exactly what we wanted. The installation crew was there with the carpet laid out ready to install when we noticed that it was not quite right. The install crew graciously took their lunch while I went to RC Willey to see what can be done. After I explained the situation, the flooring department personal looked in their order system and did not see notations indicating we wanted anything other than what the salesperson input into the computer. They said we got what we ordered and there is no proof in their system that it's incorrect. No resolve was offered except to wait for the manager or sales rep. They were both off, but the installers were at the house and ready. I took the day off and couldn't afford to take more days. My spouse and I both remember what we talked about and ordered. Also, he asked for new carpet trim transition strips because they would have to remove the old ones, but that did not happen. I hope it's because they are automatically included when purchasing carpet, and do not need to be notated. The old strips were bent up bad from uninstalling them. The installers boss brought some later, which was supper kind if it was RC Willey's oversite. Please read the other negative reviews about the flooring department. We didn't, and now we have to deal with what we got because we do not have the luxury of time and energy to rectify it. I am going to follow up with the manager, I will do a follow-up post if there is a better report, but I lost faith in them. I should have gotten a clue about them when they came to measure and didn't follow up with us. We waited three weeks and called to ask for our quote, only to find they discarded the quote without sending it to us first. They did a new one and we got started, but I'm so disappointed! We will go with a different company for the upstairs carpet. It does not have to match the downstairs area. If you do decide to do business with them, I think it is important to double check the item number with your ordered items to make sure they match before walking out and ask lots of clarifying questions and have them notate them all in the notes of your order just in case. Went to look for both a dishwasher and bedroom set. Upon entering the appliance area we immediately felt like prey, waiting to be attacked by the swarm of sales people. There had to have been at least 7 of them within the same area. All I wanted to do was look at the dishwashers in peace without being watched and stared down, which we were. So uncomfortable, especially for an introverted person like me, even when asked if we wanted help and I immediately said no. We went to look at the bedroom area next, definitely more low-key as far as sales people, but still someone who kept hovering nearby everywhere we went. Again, uncomfortable. We had just recently bought a couch from here and paid for the delivery. Before purchasing the couch we told the sales man that we live on the fifth floor with a very small elevator. He assured us that the couch would be able to be delivered despite the small elevator and they could deliver it up the stairs. We got rid of our old couch the night before the delivery was scheduled. When the delivery men arrived they refused to go up the stairs and we are out a couch. When we tried to call the customer service line it took them hours to get back to us and the women who originally directed our call to refund the couch was unbelievable rude to us on the phone. read more

Absolutely trash company. I ordered a Bedroom set for delivery 1/20/2024. They have been texting me all week to confirm my delivery date AND they texted me at 5:44am stating our delivery would be this morning. I have pulled all of my old bedroom furniture out of my room in anticipation of this delivery this morning and they just called me to tell me the Headboard was damaged and I have to call for a different delivery date. So I am sitting here about an hour from my expected delivery time with my old bedroom furniture completely out of my room And all over my living room all because these simpletons didn't have the thought to inspect my delivery until 1 hour before it was supposed to be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Why have they been texting me all week and telling me when they were going to deliver if 1. They didn't have my furniture or 2. They hadn't inspected my furniture. Now I can't call them back because they don't open until 10am and they are CLOSED on SUNDAY. This is absolute trash customer service. They have my money AND my furniture. Trash *Update* I drove down to RC Wiley and picked up my two nightstands myself and spoke with Customer Service. They refunded me my delivery fees plus $150....and rescheduled my bed set for delivery that was delivered Wednesday. I accepted the refund, but am still amazed at how they didn't even attempt to deliver my nightstands on the original date because the Headboard was damaged. When I purchased the set, I paid extra for a delivery program that essentially pays for all deliveries for a year. So I don't care how many deliveries it takes to get me my furniture, deliver it on the date it was expected. Got my furniture, and refund, but not happy with the entire situation. read more

I've bought a few things from here. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, couch, dinning table. I've had issues with half of them. I'll focus on the major one which was the couch. We got a couch with wireless charging and the wireless charger did not work from day one. RC Willey delivered and setup the couch. I called and a tech came out and spent 5 minutes put his phone on it and said yup it doesn't work they need to order parts. No problem I understand that. After 6 months of me calling every month they say no ETA on the parts. I complain and then they say they can replace the whole console. Why they didn't offer that sooner I have no idea. I tell them I need the latest appointment possible since I work. They text me the day before with a time frame of 1245-245 which didn't work so I call within minutes of getting that text. I was told since it's within 24 hrs that I would be charged a reschedule fee. I end up going down there to get my console and they came the next day to pickup the old one from the porch. I swapped the console and realized the original techs that delivered the couch never plugged in the wireless charger. I got a call from the GM Scott and he talked to me for a short while and offered $100 gift card only for a future purpose. Needless to say I won't be shopping there in the future and will advise everyone to go elsewhere. Stay away from this place as much as you can. The GM offering $100 gift card is a slap in the face. They did refund me $89 for me having to drive to get the console. The whole process of getting stuff from them has been a joke. I hope this helps someone in the future. We had issues with our dining table and chair and our fridge as well. Fridge I chalked up to me misunderstanding their extended warranty. Dining table was them not telling us stuff was on backorder so we spent Thanksgiving with 2 chairs and a table that we couldn't use as it's a counter height table and we only had 2 chairs that height. The call from the GM seemed like he just didn't care and said FU in a nice way without offering any help. Update: got a $100 gift card in the mail. Looks like a used gift card and the security code on the back was already scratched off. Also sent customer service an email as they requested and haven't heard anything back on that. I'm sure I'm just small business to them so they don't care about my business and it shows. Now I have $100 gift card to a place I don't want to spend a dime in. We also have a rebate that we don't know what to get with it since we don't even want to step foot in this store. read more

Your extended warranty is with a 3rd party and we have waited weeks (this is the second time) and still no repairman. I'm torn making this review. Had I made it previous to this weekend (on MANY other purchases, it would have been at least 4 stars possibly rounded to 5 but alas, it gets a measly three. I have purchased MANY things from them in the past - king size mattress + box spring (impressed w/ the satisfaction guarantee as we exchanged it for another one after several weeks of sleepless nights), a couch, love seat, ottoman, coffee table, hard wood floors, carpeting in my old house, and a few odds and ends. 3 weeks ago I purchased a new desk for my office. We delayed delivery due to hard wood flooring being installed in my office. The hardwood floors were completed as promised and I called to schedule delivery on my desk. I called on Saturday (sept 19) and scheduled delivery for Friday (sept 25th). The scheduler said the desk looked great and would be delivered no problem and to expect a call with our delivery time on friday around 3pm. Friday. 2:55pm. My fiance left work early to be home for the delivery window. "Sorry... part of the desk is damaged. We can't deliver it today. We'll have a new one here by tomorrow and you can come pick it up." Question 1: Why did you ONLY NOW open my product up and inspect it after ASSURING me it was fine? Question 2: Why would I want to 'pick up' and item I scheduled to be delivered? Excessive miscommunications lead to NO part of the desk (even the perfectly fine 'main' piece) being delivered Friday because they thought we'd want it all at once (even though I said bring what you have so I can get the room in order as much as possible). Long (and rather loud) story later... a delivery is scheduled for Tuesday *fingers crossed*, a "i'm sorry" gift card is in the mail, and my newly installed hardwood floor office is still sad and empty. I will rethink my next major purchase..... sad after such good service and products on SO many occasions. read more

My husband and I went in to RC Willey just to buy a new dresser for our room. As we were walking around we came across the coolest Fort Nite bunk bed for our boys. We ended up ordering it and were so excited to see their faces when it was delivered and installed. Delivery and install day finally came. When they showed up there were gashes in our dresser. They said their manager wanted them to try and bring it to us anyways, gashes and all. I politely asked for a new one. Next was the bunk bed. They men installing it said it would only take about 20 min. An hour later all we could hear were them cursing in frustration at the furniture. We had a bad feeling. They soon came down and said it was done, however the slats for the bottom bunk were the wrong size. No biggie. We went upstairs to check it out. As we looked we saw parts that were cracked, not lining up... didn't seem safe. Long story short we wanted a new one. 6 weeks later they came out to take it apart and install a new one. Well, the men who installed it stripped the screws so badly they couldn't even take it apart, oh and the slats were the wrong size again! This morning a manager came to find a way to take the bed apart, did so and left the room in shambles. Screws all over the floor, the pieces of the bed look like they exploded... it is still a child's room where my little man sleeps. And to top it off they aren't coming until Friday to take away the pieces. C'mon people! We are so disappointed and cancelled the bed. RC Willey is not recommended or at least not the the install department. The gentleman that sold us the bed was wonderful. read more

Top notch customer service--I have purchased a couch, dishwasher, and most recently carpet. They have exceeded all my expectations.

Have purchased several things there. Delivery drivers were issues with us: They busted/backed up into our drive wall then their sup lied about hitting it, saying he had no rear camera footage when he did. More recently, got a damaged washer that had to be returned by driver, and they said they could not hook up our dryer vent hose. We spent $150 to have a pro do it who said job was simplest he had ever had. So the good news: RC Willey did finally after weeks, fix out wall (dealt with guy in Salt Lake who was a jerk), and RC Willey refunded our $150 vent hose hookup cost- RC Willey Customer Service has been good to us for sure. Their drivers get paid by # of deliveries, so they basically rush through the install or in our case, just said they would not do it- delivery numbers over service! Pay the delivery persons well enough per hour so they will not need to rush in and out forgetting their customer service roles. read more

Have been a long time customer. Spent a lot there. Ordered a cabinet recently for home office. Was told it would come Thursday and I'd be notified of a time window, Wed night. They did call and told me a story about a problem with the delivery truck and that it would come Sat and they'd call with a time window Friday night. I agreed although really inconvenient for us. Saturday comes and got no call Friday night. I called them Saturday am and they told me it would come Monday. I CANCELLED THE ORDER. They were very pleasant and didn't seem to care at all. Something seems to be going on at RC Willey. Their service has really gone to hell. Think it's really unlikely we'll purchase anything there from now on. Be advised. read more

I purchased a Matress. I really don't like it. Was so hard. I asked if I could return. And they said they could do a one time exchange. That was fine but I live an hour away. When I got there my salesman was off. So someone else's helped me. The service was great everything was good. They were going to deliver the new mattress in two days. I got home and the next day. I got an email saying the mattress would be delivered in two weeks instead. I called the Salesman because I have the paper he gave me with the delivery date of January 7 supposed to be tomorrow. He said he would check into it and never got back to me. I called him again. He told me to call Customer. I called and they said there was nothing we could do. I asked to speak to a manager. They said the manager was on the phone. It will call me right back. Never got a phone call back. I took tomorrow off from work, but I don't know if I should stay home because the email I got is saying my mattress will be delivered January 18. The only reason i'm upset is because I have a paper in my hand with delivery date of January 7. I took the day off from work and no one will return my calls pretty poor Customer Service. I've always loved Rc Willey and have bought times and tons of items from them not sure what's going on. We also added on an additional $89 delivery charge, but that's also not on the paper. A couple months ago we went to RC Willey in Reno and were there to purchase a mattress. We were greeted by Frances Payne who was extremely nice and friendly. He walked around with us as we discussed which mattress we liked. We purchased a mattress and was happy with our purchase. They delivered the mattress which was scuffed up due to being dragged across a cement floor. We called RC Willey and they said they would send up a replacement mattress. In the meantime we went back and bought a bed frame and again France helped us out. So Frances puts our order in and had it to where the frame and replacement mattress would come on same day. Delivery guys came and set up frame and when asked where mattress was they told us it was on back order. So about a week later France checked to make sure we got our order and saw that the mattress was not delivered so he called and asked us about it and we told him delivery guys said it was on back order and Frances looked and told us not it was not on back order and they had plenty in stock. So again Frances got on the ball and finally we got our mattress. Frances went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and got every things right. I was hoping to be able to change my previous review from a 1 star to a better rating however that cannot happen at this time. As of early October we were informed our couch with ripped fabric is a discontinued item and the replacement seat covers may or may not come in. Jose was able to give us options to put this 8month fiasco to an end. After much contemplation we took a hit with a 30% restocking fee on the problem furniture set and purchase a more expensive set hoping to put this problem to bed. We spent about $2,500 more than what we spent on the issue couch set for a total of 5k for the new couches. No return/exchange paperwork was ever given to us. We were told when purchasing the new couches they would take the old set. Nothing more was said. November 4th we were to have the swap happen. The delivery guys show up and refuse to take the old set and give us the new set claiming we did not have a receipt from a professional company that cleaned the old couches. What? No one. Not one person during the 4 hours we spent in RC Willey, not a single person at the customer service window told us that the current couches needed to be professionally cleaned. We call Jose and get into a heated discussion which ended when Jose hung up on us. I spent the next 2 hours trying to talk to anyone who could explain the cleaning to me. All Jose could say was "someone was suppose to tell us". Trust me if I knew this I would have had it done - I want this issue resolved and done with. I talk to Scott (GM) who restated someone was suppose to tell us. He agrees to let me clean them and send pictures. Which I do a few hours later hoping to get the deliver drivers to come back the same day. Nope. They will not send them back out. The best Scott can do is a possible delivery Tuesday 11/6 morning delivery. That is today and guess what? Too many people called in and no delivery swap is happening today. Maybe tomorrow. I wouldn't be so upset if RC Willey owned their mistake. They didn't communicate any return policy to us. But yet it is my fault and now I have to be at their beck and call when they decide they are ready and able to swap our furniture. RC Willey made the mistake. I should be at the top of their priority list to resolve the issue. What happened to "the customer is always right" or "keep the customer happy"? Nope. They mess up and you are made to feel like its all your fault and now be at their mercy. I just want what I paid for. read more

The delivery was in the am and the outside had ice and frost on the driveway and stairs into my house. They handled the delivery with excellence! The driver was absolutely perfect, as I have a 500 foot ldriveway and most drivers have difficulty, but not for this man! The amount which the sales person said it was going to be cost, did not reflect it on the paperwork and when it was brought to the sales person, she couldn't do anything because she didn't make those changes. I normally don't like to write a bad review, but in this case people purchasing a Mattress from RC Willey need to be aware of this. I Recently purchased 3 mattresses for my vacation homes . At the time of purchase , I asked if they would take the old mattresses and I was told due to the being in California I would be charged an extra small fee which was completely fine. i was never told if the old ones have a stain they won't take it. Well, on the day of delivery after I took the day off from work , drove an hour each way and then waited 3 hours they arrived .Before the guys even entered my homes he told me that if there were any stains even minor they wouldn't take the old mattresses. Then he came in and used the flashlight like a fine tooth comb on his phone and searched for any stain or water Mark he could find. Guess what ! He was able to see a minor stain on each one of which we had just used a light spray to clean some dirt off which left residue mark . so buyer beware! If your old mattress has any stain even minor , don't expect them to take your old one even if you are spending $5000 on a new one. there are other companies out there that will take your old one no questions asked read more

I had great service from Khan looking for a loveseat. He patiently showed me all the possible styles and models. Once I sat on the Southport Loveseat, my search was over. I just had to chose between the tan or the coffee brown. It was a tough decision, but I finally went with the brown. I was thrilled with the speedy delivery! I was waiting for them to say the earliest delivery would be three weeks out, and it came within 2 days. read more

DON'T BUY FROM RENO RC WILLEY ABSOLUTELY DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DANIEL "DANNY" PARKS (Sales Associate #26593) My Father was recently discharged from the hospital on February 18th, 2022 and he needed a new recliner to help him sleep. The next day February 19th my father, brother and myself drove down to our local Reno RC Willey to purchase the new recliner. He found the perfect recliner right away so we waived down a Sales Associate who ended up being Daniel Parks. Mr. Parks began to check us out and get the recliner ordered. My Father specifically asked if this recliner was in stock and Mr. Parks said "Yes, we have x3 in stock," so we said great lets get it ordered. Mr. Parks then said that it would take a few days for the recliner to come from Utah (Salt Lake City) to Reno and would arrive at RC Willey on February 22, 2022 and if we wanted it delivered we could have it scheduled for Saturday February 26th, 2022. Again, with my father just leaving the hospital we were hoping to get the recliner earlier then the following Saturday, so we asked if it was possible to get the recliner earlier and Mr. Parks said "Yes, we can drop the delivery and setup and we could pick it up Wednesday February 23, 2022". With all the details figured out we went forward and purchased the recliner and began to wait. February 23rd came around and I hadn't received a call from Mr. Parks, my Sales Associate, regarding the recliner. I called Mr. Parks several times and never got a call back, so I went forward and called the Reno RC Willey hoping to hear that the recliner was ready to be picked up. When I spoke to someone at RC Willey they said due to the weather (The night before Reno, NV got a smaller winter storm) that the recliner wasn't in but it should be here February 24th, 2022. February 24th came and went and I never received any kind of phone call from Mr. Parks or RC Willey. On Friday the 25th I made all the same calls with all the same outcomes. I left a voicemail with Mr. Parks and didn't hear anything back so I called the main RC Willey again but this time asked if they'd forward my call to Mr. Parks cell phone and he finally answered my call and I was able to discuss the recliner with my Sales Associate. Mr. Parks never apologized or tried to explain what had happened to the recliner he just said "I never said the recliner was in stock and I never said the recliner would be here on February 23rd". Mr. Parks now said that the recliner would be here next week March 2nd, 2022. Pretty upset that my Sales Associate was absolutly no help and didn't try to make it right I felt pretty helpless, I was even hoping he would apologize and offer free delivery and setup, but nothing so my father and I waited. The next Tuesday, March 1st, Still upset that my Sales Associate didn't try and make things right with my father and I, I decided to call the local RC Willey again and see if I could speak to a manager and discuss our situation and see if there was something they could do. That ended up becoming a bigger issue, when I called the Reno RC Willey I was greeted with someone that said they were too busy and could not get a manager and I would have to call back or I could leave my number. I left my number and waited 2 hours, after waiting and not getting a call back I called again. I was told I was talking to a gentleman named Bradley, who said all the managers were in a meeting and again I could leave my name and number and I would get a call back. Frustrated, I left my name and number again and waited an additional hour for a call back which never happened. When I made the 3rd phone call to discuss this issue with a manager I was told I could not speak to a manager but I could explain my issue to this person (I believe it was Bradley again) and as I was explaining my frustration he said that the recliner was on back order and a manager would not help me and then I was hung up on. Again feeling pretty frustrated and helpless I thought I'd reach out to the Corporate RC Willey to see if there was something they could do to help. Unfortunately, after leaving messages with Corporate and having Corporate say they will have someone reach out I still haven't heard from them except that the chair is still "in Transit." My Sales Associate Mr. Parks says that the Recliner is scheduled to be received on March 11th (21 days after purchasing the recliner) but can't guarantee that's the date. RC Willey didn't wait to take our money and cash our check but when it comes to helping or coming up with a solution, they leave you pretty helpless. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM RC WILLEY AND CERTAINLY DON'T USE DANIEL "DANNY" PARKS as your Sales Associate. read more

Read the ultrafine print. Paid 89$ for what the website called Delivery Plus "in home setup" and were told we would not be getting setup as that fee was only for delivery. Website doesn't give another option to click for installation, which is apparently another 50$. Poor customer service on phone support. read more

We bought a kitchen aid microwave from RC Willey and bought the 5 year warranty. Couple years in it stopped heating up. Long story short, it took just over a month to be repaired. When I called the warranty department to voice my concern on how long it took to be repaired, the representative made multiple excuses and basically said to bad. I have never been treated so poorly. I do NOT RECOMMEND RC WILLEY. Terrible service!!! Buyer beware. I would also like to hear from the store manager to make this right! read more

RC Willey has the best delivery tracking system. They give you a 2 hour window the day before, and you get a text and/or email with a link on the day when their truck is out for delivery, with your stop number and a 30 minute window. You can then click on the link to check where they are anytime before they arrive with a more accurate ETA. They staff are courteous and professional. Highly recommend! read more

RC Willey has wonderful customer service. There is always someone to greet you as you enter the store and to direct you to the appropriate area for what you're seeking. An associate is directed your way if there isn't one immediately in the vicinity of the department where assistance is needed. Questions are thoroughly answered (thanks to Dee for his thorough knowledge of mattress features) and purchases are handled smoothly. The store has a very nice clearance area (thank you Jolyn for your assistance) in the back and often has great promotions and sales. The sweet handwritten "Thank You" note that you receive in the mail is a wonderfully personal touch! This is a well stocked and efficiently run store with a professional and friendly staff which makes shopping a pleasure! That speaks volumes from someone who hates to shop!! read more
