After talking to Trenchless; I received an email confirmation for an appointment on the same day (Saturday) which was within a few hours. I later received another email of a name (Joseph Johnson) and picture of the technician to arrive. I did receive a call asking if the tech could arrive earlier since he most likely finished his previous appointment and I accepted. Joseph arrived and we discussed the problem. I previously tried to resolve the sewer clog but was unsuccessful. I already had pulled the toilet so it was easy for him to start his rooter/snake machine and he was able to unclog the sewer line easily within an hour or less. Joseph was very nice and professional and cares about his customers and the service he provides. We chatted briefly and thanked him for the great work. I did ask him if they could camera the line so I can find the cleanout right in the front of the house (not near sidewalk) and he scheduled someone to come over on Monday. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.

A lot of Money for us and said the owner would be in touch with us to go over the estimate, that was 8 days ago. I've tried call the company and the voicemail box is full. The camera that determined we needed $1,400 could not go past one part in our sewer line. It was determined the pipe might be collapsed. Something much more dire than a root going through. But again, Edward said the owner would be in touch to go over this. Since I never heard back from the owner, we got a second opinion. The second opinion determined this wasn't a collapsed pipe, no blockage. The difference I could see is the camera Lateral used. The other company's camera was better suited for the sewer pipe.
