Brett waiting 64 days before notifying me of my tenant's notice to move out. Brett then waited an additional 10 days, a total of 74 days, to list my property for rent on August 10, 2025. Brett has been doing property management for decades, and was fully aware that the summer months of June and July are the prime months for leasing rental property, so that I could have already had a new tenant already in place for August if he had notified me in May when my tenant gave his notice to move out. This is a breach of his contractual fiduciary duties and negligence, resulting in months of financial losses in rental income. Stay as far away as you can from Brett and his unscrupulous company.
