I tried to rent a car from both Hertz and enterprise, but they both close before 2 PM on a Saturday and they aren't open on Sundays so that means you have to keep it for an extra day, even if you don't need it. Total scam. These guys are open seven days a week with normal business hours and you can drop it off anytime. Super friendly and easy to work with. My car was definitely used and it wasn't the newest model of anything but you know what? It worked just fine.

As an Executive Elite member, this was extremely disappointing, especially during the holidays. I was placed in a sedan and told it was an upgrade, which it was not, and it did not meet the needs or vehicle class I reserved. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the manager reached out the following day, without me having sent a complaint email, to apologize for the error and the inconvenience caused by not having the vehicle available. I appreciated the proactive follow-up and accountability. While the initial experience fell short of expectations, the manager's outreach did help restore some confidence. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future, especially for loyalty members with confirmed reservations.

They even give me a personal phone call ( voice !!) the day before my rental to confirm and give me a chance to list any preferences. Checking out/ in never takes more than 5 minutes - 10 minutes, depending if anyone ahead of me. I've even observed Maple taking calls from customers stuck in traffic pleading with her to stay open a little bit late to return their cars. If renting a car from here and staying at the hotel, then you will be charged the daily parking fee. The pick up and drop off is on the 6th floor of the garage. The two ladies that were manning the desk on our visit were very nice and helpful. However, only one person is on duty at a time and they can get very busy with a long line and wait times. The main problem on our visit was that we booked our reservation in advance, but the company did not do proper inventory management and had no car for us at our pick up time. They had to get a car from another near by Enterprise location. We check the map and the location is about 10 min from the hotel and we were told there would be about a 15 min wait, but we had to wait with several other customers for about an hour. Including the half hour line wait, we think it took 1.5-2 hrs to get our reserved vehicle. That is probably the all time worst wait time to get a rental car since we were kids getting one with our parents. So while the location is super convenient if staying at the hotel and the personal are friendly and helpful, the understaffing and lack of inventory management at this location are deplorable. If possible would recommend getting your car from the airport or another offsite location and just pay the parking fees here that you will have to pay anyway. Only use the onsite location in the lobby if you were not planning on getting a car and needed one at the last minute like we did. And plan to potentially wait even if you have a reservation that you made in advance.

However, no damages were shown, the car was completely unmarked!! I have reached out to the organization to dispute but they have not replied to me. After doing some digging online, it appears that a large number of individuals have also fallen victim to this scam. Sixt was involved in a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit in 2025 for this exact reason (source: https://www.fortheinjured.com/class-action-lawyers/recalls/sixt-rent-a-car/). Looks like they still haven't learned their lesson. I wish I had known this in advance or I would never have rented from them. I would HIGHLY encourage you to consider alternative, more ethical organizations for your rental needs.

All the fees that people make complains about are listed on 2 big screens that are displayed while you are staying at the counter. I don't understand why people think it's excessive to be charged a fee if you return your car full of sand and mud from the beach... They were pretty nice and fast, I was 2nd in line. I generally have no issues with NU rentals and was charged what I paid, no extra hidden fees or anything (just a hold on my CC for accidental but it was removed once I returned my car with no problems) , granted I really didn't leave the state and drove maybe 100 miles total or so. Only negative I can say is checking in for the car can take some time as they have only one person doing it. Car I had was nice and dropping off the car was quick(dropped car off in the back and that was that). The van then dropped me off back at the car rental area and took the bus back to the airport. I was very skeptical due to the reviews but I'd say record a video of the car and gas level when you pick up and drop off and you should have all your bases covered. We had a 7 foot tall passenger so there is only one kind of car that he fits in, and they then gave that car away, then gave the only other car to the person behind us in line!! why? Because they sent us out to the parking lot to look at it to make sure that it would fit a 7 foot tall passenger, and while we were in the parking lot, checking it out, they rented it to the next person in line. So we ended up with a third car, which was not what we had reserved and did not fit our needs. So the entire experience was not one we wish to repeat again. Being someone who has rented from Budget multiple times, it disappoints me that they failed to accommodate a loyal customer who has used their service many times. For future reference, be sure to call them to make sure they have the car you reserve to prevent this situation from happening.

So here I am to tell you my good experience to save you a little stress. I flew in on a Monday night. There is a free shuttle that takes you to all the rental cars. I travelled in my wheelchair (but I also have a prosthetic leg) and it was all accessible. Rolled right up to the counter and the original car was not available, but there was one a size up and they charged me the same price. Nice, newer Chevy Blazer and didn't have any damage. They also asked if I need hand controls, which I don't, but awesome that they have that option! Just be warned that once you get your vehicle, there is a pretty big line to get out of the garage. Have your drivers license and rental agreement ready and the process was quick once you got to the front booth. It took us about 30 minutes from showing up to the store to get on the road. Drop off was super easy as well and of course, there is also a shuttle to take you back to the airport.
