I noticed this place has 24 reviews and they are all 5 stars, so I couldn't wait to try it this new Thai restaurant in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I got the Coconut Curry Noodles and it was just a handful of noodles in a blasting box... very unappealing. The chicken was not good, I had to spit out some of the pieces because they were just tendons. Also, thai iced tea cup was filled to the top with ice, so I think only about 1/3 of the cup actually had tea in it. Overall, very disappointing and I will be eating here again. read more

I like the food that I ate on this place. I ate their salted crab papaya and chicken pad Thai Everything is fresh and I could really taste every flavor on each of the food. I could really taste the flavor of salted crab papaya and the papaya in it gives a nice crunch every time I bite in it. The chicken pad Thai has different texture and very ingredients balanced the dish. The service in here is friendly and fast. I really love the and this is only the few that they have. They have bunch of vegetarian options on their menu so if you like veggie or if you are a vegetarian perhaps then I highly recommend you this place! The place also has a nice atmosphere and they have a tv. I was alone when I ate in here and I never felt bored even without a company because I watched on their tv while eating my food. read more

Mitchell, my husband, and I decided to try a new restaurant..new to us..for Thai food. The Real Thai. We ordered: Crab Rangoons, Curry Fried Rice (with Tofu which was our choice you could get either chicken or vegetable or beef for an extra $1 or shrimp $2) Green Curry (white rice included with order but placed in a separate container, thank you very much!) and Spicy Basil Beef (rice included and placed in a separate container) I asked for a recommendation for a garlic dish and the Pepper & Garlic was suggested and had it with Tofu. All I can say is YUMMY YUMMY FOR OUR TUMMY! I usually try to include pictures in my reviews but frankly it all smelled so delightful that we started eating and enjoying the delicious that I totally forgot to take the pictures! Next time I will fight off my husband and snap a few. The Thai Basil had a bit off spice but I do not think anyone would think it was to much. The Green Curry did have more heat but eating it with the white rice did tame it down a bit..I enjoyed the heat. Neither one of us ever had Curry Fried Rice but we both agreed to get it again..and again..and again. I really enjoyed the recommendation of the Pepper and Garlic (I got it with tofu). If you love garlic get this dish. Not sure what the pepper part is..but whatever was in there beside the garlic gave the dish a wonderful slightly sweet taste. Definitely happy and satisfied. I have always looked for a Thai restaurant that serves authentic food and lo and behold I found Real Thai Restaurant! I am so happy that this is right in my neighborhood so I can order whenever I am missing home. Flavors of real Thai and Laos food is really hard to find and I love that they have the secret menu that contains bold flavors. Tonight, I order their popcorn chicken, seafood papaya salad, and bamboo shoot soup and it did not disappoint! Will order here again and again from now on. read more

I liked their food a lot. It tasted pretty good. We ordered tofu panang curry and it didn't have anything in it except the tofu. I guess when you order from other places they have bell peppers etc in it too. read more
