We agreed on what seems like a fair price and he came back that very afternoon with two cheerful helpers and a digger machine. From their work in Malibu and in the foothills they had experience with steep hillsides. They made quick work of replacing the pipe and many feet of crumbling clay pipe with modern materials. The seller's did their own inspection three days later and processed their report a day later stating there was no issue. I didn't receive a report from GMP for 6 days, and it took numerous emails and calls from the realtor and myself to get it: 3 pictures and a page with check marks and little information- which stated at the bottom "not for real estate use". To say I wasted $575 is an understatement, and I do not have any documentation to refute the seller's report. DO NOT USE.

We were then charged $550, even though the company's own brochure says that the charge was $400. I asked for a refund of $150 and this company is refusing to refund the difference. I believe this company uses unethical practices and fraudulently charges people.

Three days came and went. We had the estimates from the other two companies promptly. But absolutely nothing from Kester. My wife called to make sure he had the correct email address (and received no response to her voicemail). I called - twice over a period of several weeks - and again our messages failed to prompt a return call. Not even the courtesy of letting us know - for whatever reason - that he wouldn't or couldn't take on the project.
