Eddie was extremely patient in explaining the whole process to my family, many of whom have never participated in a real estate transaction before (my mother had owned the house for 40 years). Eddie gave us common sense advice on how to proceed with the sale, from what we should/shouldn't repair, how we should price the house, and when we should consider a pricing change. Every decision was ultimately up to us, but he was candid in giving his expert opinion.
