My family hosted a party for my parents with the Theme "1st Edition". We called Rebecca wanting a cake to look like an open book. She took the idea and ran with it and in the end it was more than we imagined and was the talk to the party. Seriously. We had Rebecca put in prose from Shakespeare, and she made gold leaf decorations and a bookmark that looked like a pure gold braid. Every piece of it was aesthetically amazing, BUT THEN, we cut it. Decided to try out this place again, so glad I did! The funfetti cupcake is one of my new favorites! The frosting is not overly sweet. And the cake is more dense, but in a good way. The chocolate one is good too. Service has improved. There are more options now, but not much variety. About 4ish flavors of cupcakes, maybe 1-2 flavors of cookies and then like 2 flavors of cheesecake desserts. Occasionally I've seen brownies or lemon bars. But compared to most bakeries, this is definitely on the smaller side. read more

It was my daughters birthday and I went to about 6 different bakeries trying cakes when I came across Rebecca's Cakes. I had HIGH EXPECTATIONS for this cake and OH MY WORD did they deliver. Rebecca was so easy to work with. I struggled to find a baker who would be able to make a cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. January 2 is a hard day to have a birthday and apparently many bakeries are closed. Rebecca responded to a post on Facebook that I made after contacting 10 bakeries. She graciously offered to bake a cake for us even though it was less than a week before the event at this point. The only request was an Olaf cake and we picked funfetti cake and chocolate mousse filling. She brought it out to me when I got there to pick it up and showed it to me before I left, I also didn't have a level space to put it in my car so she assisted with that too which I appreciated. My daughter was SO pleased with the Olaf! Everyone else loved the chocolate mousse, it was so light and delicious. Overall, this was a really great experience and I feel so blessed that Rebecca was able to make this cake for us on such late notice. read more

My sister in law used this bakery for our gender reveal and the treats looked nice but tasted kinda bland, I didn't care all that much because it was her first year in business so I let it go. One year later I booked them for my daughters first birthday and purchased cupcakes for $4.50 each.. they were very basic cupcakes , they tasted fine but they really weren't all that nice looking. The cupcake my mother in law bought from her for my second reveal on Easter tasted better and looked cute but they kinda looked like my teenage sister made them for me . I ordered the Valentine's Cookie Kit and am very pleased. I easily placed my order online and established a pickup date and time. Rebecca was very responsive to questions I had. It was a good price and most importantly, the cookies and frosting taste so yummy! We got 12 very thick, big cookies (we ate one before this picture), 3 bags of royal icing and 2 kinds of sprinkles. My mother-in-law insisted that we order my son's birthday cake from Rebecca. I had never tasted any of her creations but thought "Why the hell not?" I am so glad that I listened to my mother-in-law! The Pokeball cake not only looked amazing, it was also so moist and delicious! I hate fondant but it was necessary to have the cake look the way we wanted. Turns out, Rebecca makes her own fondant! We had two terrible cake experiencea with this bakery. Our first Easter cake was an hour late and completely frozen. The flavors were also incorrect. After an apology, we decided to give them another try. We ordered a double tier Puppy Dog Pal cake for my daughter's birthday. We picked up the cake around 11 and by the time we were ready to sing happy birthday, it had toppled over. When informed of the issue, the owner was very disrespectful and rude. It is rather disappointing when a new business does not have the class to stand behind their products. If you are looking for a reliable and professional bakery, this is not the place. After the way my family was treated, I wish you could give zero stars. It is a shame a new business has such a poor attitude. read more
