We were in the area and found this cafe. First time here and its a nice spot to chill. It's a quiet vibe. Probably because its close to a college so everyone seemed to be studying. Staff was nice and they have seating inside as well as an outdoor patio. I tried the Honey hojicha latte and it was really good. Not too sweet and the flavor was just right. Thank you!

So incredibly disappointed today. Wasn't expecting to step into a "bro house" with a bunch of college age kids spending more time chatting than working. With a line out the door you would think they would put more hustle into their work. But no chatting and making jokes as if we're all invisible. I waited 15 minutes for my drink and although my latte was good I'm too annoyed to actually enjoy it.

Cute little coffee shop in la crescenta area, opens till 7pm. We got a chai latte and a matcha, chai was pretty good, it had a good chai flavor without it being too sweet. The matcha was whatever, it didn't have that deep matcha flavor that I wanted. The service is really good, the girl was very patient and polite with us, we came 10 mins before closing time and asked her alot of questions :) I haven't tried their coffee yet, so I'll probably come back to try it!

Very cute coffee shop I stumbled across while I waited for my car to be fixed. It is located in a small plaza with ample parking. It's early in the day, so I cannot say how busy it can be when looking for a parking spot. Ordered an iced Nutella latte. I would get it again, but there is barely a hint of that Nutella flavor I'm looking for. If I'm in the area, I'd stop by and try out something else as I'm sure everything would be good. Extremely friendly staff!

Open airy and not loud. Coffee hits the spots. The bagel sandwich hits the spot. Next to my fave lagree studio, Lab Lagree. Only gripe is wifi connection is spotty as hell. Could not do anything. It keep disconnecting and the place was not full at 8am. So not good for work or study if you need to.

I would give my experience a 3.5 but I am rounding up to a 4. My family and I were driving through town and decided to look up somewhere to grab a treat. We stopped by around 4pm. The cafe seemed pretty lively. My sister got a pastry (there were only two pastries left). We asked the barista for his recommendation for drinks and he suggested a cinnamon roll latte (his go to). I ordered mine half sweet with extra ice and oat milk - very good! My only complaint about my visit is the cafe itself seemed very unclean, the restroom & coffee shelves seemed like they were not taken care of in a while. The drinks and service were great but I would consider revisiting as a customer due to the unclean restroom and cafe.

I like that there is this option nearby for folks who want to support an alternative chain coffee business. Taste and Quality - Reborn promotes itself as "fourth wave" coffee yet the taste of the cappuccino this morning was unfortunately slightly burned. The bag of coffee was $22 and no certification of fair trade, b corporation logos that I could find. The coffee bag I purchased was better in flavor than the espresso. Plant Based Options - They charge higher for plant based milks vs skim or regular dairy milk for total of ~$6 for each cappuccino. Customer Service / Vibe - I got there early around 6:50am, I was one two customers beyond the person sitting down already. I got no acknowledgement even as I get to the register. I said "hi" and he responded. Another person came in after me as I waited for my cappuccinos, and noticed that again neither staff member acknowledged him and they left him hanging by the register for a few minutes while cashier put away pastries into the baked goods glass showcase. I appreciated that they open earlier than other coffee shops, and what looks like a nice play for working or studying but with the vibe and the not so great espresso, I will not go back.

Stopped by Reborn Coffee and wow, I'm officially obsessed with their lavender latte. Smooth, perfectly balanced, not too sweet. You can taste the quality. The staff was so friendly they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The coffee shop was so cute, urban, and clean. Only complaint? I wish there was one in Sunland, because I'd be there daily.! This spot is a gem.

Really cute shop. I stopped in to do some work before a doctors appointment. The strawberry matcha was sooooo good! The chocolate croissant was just fine - I like more chocolate. They had free WiFi, but it wasn't working for me - I wasn't staying for long though so I didn't bring it up.

Love Reborn Coffee! Their matchas are amazing -- if you like experimental matchas their strawberry matcha is pretty good too! The space is ideal for studying with lots of outlets, free parking, and unique donuts and croissants. Staff is also kind and patient!

Great new coffee place in La Crescenta. FIrst the coffee is great. I'm enjoying a Ethiopian Cold Brew. They have muffins, other stuff to eat if you're hungry. Great vibe, mellow. Chill music. The interior is very welcoming. Really glad they finally opened. read more

This place used to be good Playing lofi or jazz or cafe music. Now they're playing pretty obnoxious rap music that uses curse words... I mean there are children coming here cmon... Hard to concentrate Coffee bread was extremely stale Charged me for a medium iced latte Got a small. All the workers bringing in their SO; pretty unprofessional Never really see management around here but I guess they don't care for what their employees are doing to the establishment.. a much needed quality coffee roaster and shop in this area. met up with a friend here when I was in town for the holidays. I had a cappuccino and she had one of their carbonated drinks. Both quality wise was great. Price is comparable to other micro roasters. Customer service was great there weren't that many people and the coffee shop but I can see if there are too many may get a little loud. The seating arrangement was OK, wasn't the most comfortable. I didn't buy any of their beans but next time I'm in town I'm definitely going to get some and perhaps some merchandise.Again super excited to have quality coffee in la crescenta. read more

I really enjoy walking into this local coffee shop everyday. The staff is so nice and caring. They remember you and your order if you are a regular and it's the best! Instead of paying coffee chains in the area I recommend this coffee shop where they also have a sitting area to work, study, or just catch up with friends. I always get the iced mocha latte with 8oz of milk instead of 10oz I don't know why it's so much better haha . All their coffees are unique and they also have vegan cookies and other yummy treats. read more

So nice to see a specialty coffee place around here finally! This place is super cute with a bunch of different seating options, including outdoor seating which is perfect on a nice day. The employees are always so nice and patient with all my questions when I'm trying to decide what I want. I love all the different pour over options but my favorite is the hazelnut latte. The cappuccino is pretty good too. Great mellow vibe inside. Highly recommend this place for a unique cup of coffee. read more

Reborn Coffee in Northern Glendale AKA La-Crescenta Montrose is a cozy cafe with allegedly superior water that runs through their own filtration technology. Seemed good to me, but what do I know? I drink out of public water fountains. Love Johnny Cash, but not on an endless loop. Wonder if that's always the case. Super convenient nearly empty parking like you never find in the big city. read more

This is by far the most hip cafe in La Crescenta. This establishment has a very clean and relaxed ambiance. It's the perfect place to come study or just sit back and have coffee with friends and family. The wasn't a wide selection on the menu besides different types of coffee drinks and teas. They also have pastries and mini sandwiches. I ordered a macchiato and I didn't know that it also came with mineral water also, I thought it was nice. I'm so happy that they opened a cute little place like this in LC. It's very close to where I live and it's so convenient. Will definitely visit again! read more

The Colombia pour over coffee is my favorite. Small 12 oz is $4.00 and larger 16oz is $4.50. Employees who work there are friendly. They let you try a small amount for free to see if you like it. Rewards program for every 10 drinks purchased you get 1 free. I enjoy getting a quick premium coffee here more than waiting in long lines at Starbucks for average coffee. read more

This local coffee shop is very impressive for what it is in the area. They have a wide range of options from their usual drip, to various kinds of lattes, and multiple options of cold brew. I would honest give this place a 5 star if they hadn't got rid of their signature award winning Ethiopian cold brew. But hey, they still got a great selection and I would say their Colombian is also a very solid choice. If you like hot drinks I recommend an Ethiopian pour over which unfortunately is on the pricier side of $6 but is quite delicious. It has a lighter taste of blueberries and chocolate. The workers are always friendly and the vibe is definitely worth checking out in this area! read more

Been eyeing this place every time I pass by it on Foothill Blvd and decided to try it. The barista, David, was very friendly and helpful. I told him it was my first time here and he asked me some questions about my coffee preferences. I'm a coffee enthusiast and enjoy light to medium roast drip coffee pure (sometimes I'll add a splash of milk), cold brews, and lightly sweetened lattes. I love trying new styles of mixed coffee drinks too. David pointed out that their specialty are cold brews and recommended some options. I ended up going with the Guatemalan cold brew and tried their vegan donuts too. The Guatemalan cold brew was delicious! It tasted like semi-sweet dark chocolate and medium roasted coffee. It was smooth and well balanced. The drink was pretty strong in caffeine and kept me energized for the rest of the day. I'll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying more of the menu! read more

Some of the best coffee in the L.A. area. Love the vibe there too. Go in for the Nitro cold brew. BEst of all they have a point system, so if you rack up them stars you get a free drink or half off. Thats a win in my book. read more

The cafe is nice and bright with gorgeous paintings on the wall and motivating quotes written beside them. They have a small shared lot that can be pretty tight to get in and out of, especially when there's large vehicles parked there. Thankfully, since it was the end of the day and most of the other businesses were closed, I was able to get in and out easily, with plenty of spots available! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area and in need of a tasty caffeinated beverage!

I recently visited Reborn Coffee while in the area and had been looking forward to trying it out, as it's been on my bookmarks for a while. The shop is located in a charming little shopping center right off Foothill, making it easy to find. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern vibe--it reminded me a bit of Starbucks, but in a cozy way. The customer service was excellent! The barista I spoke with was not only friendly but also skilled at making my drink. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte from their special menu, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and had the perfect balance of pumpkin and spice flavors, which I truly enjoyed. I appreciated the engaging conversation with the staff while sipping my drink. Reborn Coffee has multiple locations, and I'll definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend checking it out for yourself! read more

Venturing farther than what we usually go, we ended in this cafe. Unfortunately, the AC was broken. It not only make it a tiny be uncomfy to start with but we couldnt imagine the staff working under those conditions. Makes us very uncomfortable. Having said that, the coffee was excellent! And the pastries also. The coffee they served went through a special (sprouting) process and it definitely has an amazing flavor. The pastries we delicious. This was my 1st time checking out Reborn. I grabbed an English breakfast tea with honey and oat milk, which they called a London Fog. It was super tasty! I also picked up a pain au chocolat but left it unheated since I was on the go. I let it chill for a few hrs, and by the time I was ready to eat it, it had warmed up nicely. I've been coming here many times but I've noticed the quality has gone down over time. The lattes often don't taste good anymore. The espresso lacks flavor, the milk froth is poor, and now it's a gamble whether I'll get a good drink or one I want to throw out. I hope they can improve their quality again. read more

As far as seating goes, it's an intimate little shop. But you can sip on your drink and snack on a pastry alongside their big picture windows, or you can enjoy their outdoor seating. If you have little ones, then the Adams Square Mini Park is just across the way along the colorful pedestrian crosswalk. However, I have a feeling that the employees are paid well, and all ingredients are of the highest quality. Again, this place is not Starbucks. If that's your cup of Joe, then stay away.
