From the moment we went through the door to just a couple of days ago when we finally finished paying for our unit and scheduled our delivery date. Now, we did not put this unit on layaway. I don't know if they do that, but we did tell Alejandro, the owner, that we were having some projects done at the house before we could get the unit delivered and he graciously agreed to postpone the delivery and not charge us any storage fees until we got everything sorted out. He was extremely patient and understanding with us and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this business enough. Their products are modern and top-notch. I can't wait to get my Jacuzzi delivered and installed in a couple of days. He went through everything clearly and in detail. Their prices aren't the cheapest, but there is something for every budget.

Over…read moremultiple visits, the quality and conduct were consistently unacceptable: The first technician barely worked and spent much of the time on his phone. I requested that he not be sent back. The second technician responded with an unprofessional attitude any time I asked a basic question. The third technician repeatedly missed items that were supposed to be completed weekly, leaving me to discover what was skipped after the fact. This company appears to hire people who take little pride in their work, yet they still charge as if the full service was completed. I have video camera proof documenting technicians not performing the work they're billing for. When I raised these concerns with management, I was made to feel like I was the problem--despite the evidence. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the service issues, I was told they would "continue servicing the pool until I find someone else," which felt like a dismissive way to avoid accountability. The final straw was a phone conversation where I asked, "Why do you think I'm unhappy?" Instead of addressing the documented service failures, the person I spoke to made up a false claim that I was upset because the technicians "don't speak English." That was completely untrue and frankly offensive--especially since my concerns were always about missed services and unprofessional behavior. For the record, I've been a respectful and generous customer and have tipped workers with cash and drinks. I'm ending service and would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable work, honest billing, and professional customer service.

We hired Paradise Pool in October 2015 and signed a contract with them. Our pool construction began March 16, 2016. Paradise Pool subcontracted JF Pools and Spas to begin the project. After many hurdles with Paradise Pools it was such a different experience dealing with JF Pools and Spas. Just to give one example. Paradise Pools took bad measurements and when excavation was about to begin JF caught the mistake. Instead of turning away from the project, they immediately offered us several alternatives. What could have been days or weeks of delays JF solved in a matter of minutes. They work hard and know what they're doing. These guys are truly amazing. He promised to provide a proposal and some layout ideas in a week or so as it was near Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving I reached out to him and he told me he was "working on it" and would get back to me by the end of the week. The week ended and I waited until early the following week to reach out to him but I never heard back. I called the company and the person who answered told me the system showed he had sent the proposal - well I never got it. I made it clear that I had not gotten it and that I was frustrated that Stefan had basically ghosted me. The person I spoke to assured me she would email the sales manager and I said "And you'll CC me on that email so I know you did?" The person didn't seem to understand what I meant and she repeated that she would email the sales manager and this time I said, "And you'll include me on that email?" to which she replied she was unable to do that. I told her how ridiculous that as and say goodbye. Now, surprisingly, that evening I got a call from Michael the sales manager who told me that Stefan had a family issue and needed to take a leave of absence but that he would take over the project. I emailed him scaled drawings of our bathrooms along with photos and suggested that he could put together some layout ideas and a proposal based on that along with whatever information Stefan had put in to their system. Well, none of that ever materialized but my wife and I did visit their showroom and meet with Michael to, in theory, finalize some ideas and get a proposal. However, he was ill prepared, seeming to have not looked at the drawings I had sent him. And not surprisingly we never heard back from him despite one last email asking if he was still interested in the project. So either our project was to big for them or they are just incompetent.

My pool pump motor had seized and when I described my pool and the equipment, he knew what I was talking about. I texted over some pictures to him and that was that! He quoted me a fair price on the parts and labor, outlined when he would show up and the scope of work he was going to do. Then something magical happened...HE SHOWED UP!! He also did just as he promised in every aspect. From honoring the price, to getting the parts on the Monday morning, to calling me an hour before he arrived. This is almost unheard of in south Florida. Trust me, I've tried! After the job, which I wasn't even able to be at home for, he texted me pictures of the completed job, took payment over the phone without any hassle, and emailed me the receipt. Hopefully one day I'll get to meet Louis, but in the meantime, I can wholeheartedly recommend his work, ethic, and his word.
