I contacted Recon to detail my 1969 Jaguar XKE before delivery to its new owner. Cheryl scheduled me on short notice and the work was done by Brett at my residence. He arrived early, evaluated the needs, and did an excellent job polishing the wire wheels, shampooing the carpets and cleaning and sealing the paint. The car looked so good that i had major second thoughts about selling it. I will be using Recon again for detailing my vintage cars. read more

Brett came out to my residence and washed and detailed my truck. I had some scratches on it, courtesy of some sort of desert thorn. Those are gone, paint looks and feels great. My only regret is that I didn't do it a year ago. read more

I can't say enough good things about Recon. We live outside of Recon's service area, and will happily pay the modest travel surcharge to use such a reputable company. From my first phone call, when Brett called in a guy on a Saturday to fit our schedule, to the final inspection of the vehicles, I found Recon to be a joy to work with. Our vehicles were in particularly bad shape after several years of no detailing and lots of trips with kids. My Cadillac Escalade was stolen from the airport and the people who took it did drugs in it and used the cup holders as ashtrays. It was disgusting!!! Michael showed up on time and was so nice. Very professional and did a fantastic job. When I called for an appointment Brett, the owner, picked up the phone while he was driving and asked if I could wait while he pulled off the road. He had his calendar with him and we booked the appointment then. I was glad to see that he made himself available, that he took safety seriously and that he was tech savvy enough to have his schedule on hand. Ricky, the tech who serviced my car, obviously cares about what he is doing and takes pride in his work. The work area is left as clean as the car, and they obviously understand that the concept of cleanliness and that order extends beyond the car that they are working on. Ricky arrived exactly on time. He called before to let me know he was coming, and the job took only slightly longer than he estimated which was due to some extra work he performed just because he (not I) thought it needed to be done. The price was very fair (even without the Groupon discount, that just made it sweeter). I will likely use Recon on a regular basis from now on. They do a great job, they take care of your car and your property and they couldn't make it any easier to get done. Professional from the first call until the time they finish.
