they looked like they were in a bad mood the day they arrived to do my job I asked for. Not the way to run a business no matter how bad the day gets. not only that but I noticed when they removed the decals on my RV they burned made a small burn mark on paint. the lady was rude and was just tossing things out the way To get the job done. Very professional and did a fantastic job. When I called for an appointment Brett, the owner, picked up the phone while he was driving and asked if I could wait while he pulled off the road. He had his calendar with him and we booked the appointment then. I was glad to see that he made himself available, that he took safety seriously and that he was tech savvy enough to have his schedule on hand. Ricky, the tech who serviced my car, obviously cares about what he is doing and takes pride in his work. The work area is left as clean as the car, and they obviously understand that the concept of cleanliness and that order extends beyond the car that they are working on. Ricky arrived exactly on time. He called before to let me know he was coming, and the job took only slightly longer than he estimated which was due to some extra work he performed just because he (not I) thought it needed to be done. The price was very fair (even without the Groupon discount, that just made it sweeter). I will likely use Recon on a regular basis from now on.
