The food was great. I ordered the O Hare Burger and I was very pleased. Additionally, I ordered the Apple Cheesecake and was delighted with the quality of the dessert. However, if you are in a rush this would not be a good place to dine as I was forced to wait around 30 minutes for a table due to a lack of employees and servers present.

We had to eat here three nights because we didn't wanna leave the hotel. The food was great all three times except for the second time we ordered the steak medium well it was well done burnt dry, horrible but I'll leave it to the fact that it was busy, so maybe that's why. Whatever they did to up their menu they did a good job. I would eat here again.

Great restaurant located inside of the Hyatt! Came here two days in a row for theirs burgers. The food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was casual and open. Our server V was amazing (who we had both nights). She was very very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going here!

Red bar is on the lobby floor of the Hyatt Regency at OHare and we were staying here the night before our early flight. We stopped in for wings and a flatbread. Wings were just ok, just a bit soggy for my taste. The veggie flatbread has quite a few veggies so that was good, but tbt crust is thicker like a hand tossed crust. Servers were super friendly and kept drinks coming when we wanted them so the 4 is a more a reflection of the good service.

Alright, fair review. We were staying at the hotel, of course, and didn't want to go out, of course, so after reading the reviews we decided to give it a go. Again, after the reviews, I wasn't expecting much. It didn't disappoint. First the employees seem to work there at their leisure. I don't think it's because they enjoy their job. You can believe the other reviews that don't talk too fondly of the service. It's little to be desired. To each other? It's all laughs and giggles but they aren't huge on customer service satisfaction. We started off with the chips and salsa. Have a look at the pictures. It's a thicker salsa with chunks. I'm sure they opened a fresh jar just for this order. It wasn't bad. My wife and I each got the O'H burger with parmesan fries. They were totally bland. There wasn't much to them. Again, we weren't expecting much and so were not disappointed. A little salt and pepper at least helped a little. The fries weren't too bad, flavour-wise, but they needed to be cooked an extra 3 minutes. The place is a hotel bar. That's what you are ordering from when you go there. Don't expect a miracle. For this mediocre food and two diet pepsi's the tab was $55 without tip. Totally not worth it. But, again, I wasn't disappointed I was expecting it totally. Trust the non- 4 and 5 stars.

Good food, decent selection of beer and the prices weren't terrible for Chicago. Neat ambiance but a little loud.

I understand (and presume due to the proximity to the airport) that a lot of their clientele are business travelers looking primarily for drinks at the bar. But my wife and I were dressed down and they just assumed we just wanted to eat at the bar. It just rubbed me the wrong way. We left and won't be coming back. Service was excellent and the food selection was perfect for those that are vegetarian or meat lovers. A few things to pass: 1. Parking. Park is the hotels' parking lot, take a ticket and drive up to the 4th to 11th level. Bring your ticket with you and the restaurant will validate it after you've eaten. 2. Order an appetiser to share and consider one of their whiskeys. It's a nice selection, they had a bottle of Bookers while I was there. I had the double bean burgers d it was excellent. I also had an order of the truffle fries. Liked them here because they were not soaked in truffle oil lije I've had elsewhere before. Big restaurant so even with a nice size party you don't likely need a reservation. Even though we were tempted to go to Capital Grill, right next door, this was a very good choice!!

The crispy vegetables with my entree included unpeeled carrots - see photo. A little too organic and rustic for my tastes. The waitress was also a bit annoying. She obviously does not subscribe to the protocol that ladies go first when taking our order. And she seemed taken aback when I stated - "ladies first" and pointed to my wife. She also spoke in plural form when asking us questions such as "Are we having any dessert today?" And lastly, I had to get my own to go container after I stated and motioned with two fingers that we needed two containers. We like this restaurant, the atmosphere is pleasant and we go several times a year; so we are not regulars. We will go back with the hope that this was a one off experience.

I did order some food togo for the person I was getting at the airport, but this was me having to flag her down to order. I was going to go somewhere else initially near the airport but opted for here since my family and I love Rosebuds in Naperville. Definitely not the same level of service and would discourage anyone to not sit at the bar.

A place known for drinks and okay food. The prices are kind of high. Coming in here it was crowded. It's one of the popular places to go around here. They're known for the brunch on Sundays. A lot of the same menu items are still available however. The menu is mostly meaty. It's $8 for several cocktails at happy hour. We only got a couple of these. Of course the women here like the Bloody Marys and mimosas. There's a pretty great selection of other things. I got the Lalo Pomegranate Margarita. This had a pretty sour and sweet taste. It's about $6 for several appetizers at happy hour. We got the Vegetable Potstickers. A lot more expensive for the entrees. There's fish tacos and wagyu burgers among the fancier stuff you can get. Gets a pretty big crowd. It's one of the many restaurants around here. This is conveniently located across the street from the Metra station.
