It was a little hard to schedule at first and it's probably because they are busy due to the quality of work. We hired them to shampoo clients carpet prior to listing and boy was even the homeowner amazed! The carpet looked great! The carpet was over 10 years old. Cris came to clean our carpet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet had some rippling and some waves. When I made the appointment with Frank I mentioned all this and that all I wanted to do was freshen up my carpet without much water being put on it. I guess without seeing it he recommended the cleaning method which cost $225. I explained to Cris the same thing and he did the Hot carbonation water. I told him I didn't want too much chemical sprayed on my carpet as I am very sensitive to smell. He did a fast once over. It did take longer to dry than I was told that it would, overnight with windows open and fans. Overall happy with the job , but a bit pricy. read more

Their regular service is already great, but if you need special services like stain or odor removal, just let them know and you won't be disappointed. I didn't think cat smell could come out of carpet, but they did it!! First off the customer service is excellent. I spoke to Frank which is one of the owners, and he was very accomodating with scheduling me within the week, not to mention very thorough on explaining what was going to be done with sanitizing my son's memory foam bed that my toddler had soiled. In addition, he also gave instructions for aftercare. Jaden and Nainoa were the technicians that came to my residence to do the cleaning and also gave additional instructions. Nick arrived on time. Worked quietly. It's too bad I did not take pictures of before and after as comparisons. He was able to get out an old, spilled bottle of soy sauce stain on my cream colored carpet, and other soiled marks in high traffic areas. Very pleased. The price was very reasonable. Frank did an awesome job with the carpet cleaning. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he made the carpet in the master's bedroom look like new. He arrived right on time, and I liked that you can schedule online and get an estimate online. The carpet in the side bedroom got nice and clean, and he was able to get rid of the odor from a leaking ac that made the carpet filthy. The carpet needs to be replaced at some point, but the cleaning at least made it livable. The really bad stains in the side room couldn't come out, but I had anticipated this since they were really bad.
