Red crab is where I go when I want something really good and I'm craving seafood. Of all the crab boil places, this specific location has the best flavor. I've been here plenty times before, have tried other places in between, and this one still takes the cake... or should I say crab? I don't know, I've never been good at jokes, but I do know good flavor. You won't be disappointed here! I ordered the weekend special with the juicy special seasoning and the medium spice level. It was just enough spice to still enjoy. Even though I think I'd still enjoy the hot level since I'm a spice lover. They weren't busy at the time I went which was right when they opened lol. It was only a few people when we went in which made service a breeze. We sat down to eat and the server informed us we could order any special we wanted and not to worry about the week day special that the price would remain the same. I ordered the low country boil with extra eggs and corn. The food was really good hot and fresh, it was just a lot of sausage which I ordered turkey...which was very salty. Was looking for a restaurant that had seafood boils. Boil was great. Service was prompt and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to flavor my dipping/bag sauce after already paying higher prices for door dash. Drink was missing in the door dash order. Nah

The service was decent. The lighting is terrible. The rest of the ambiance is odd but not bad. The food was delicious. The hush puppies and fried catfish basket was really good. The boom boom shrimp was lack luster. The snow crab and crawfish boil was delicious! The only reason I gave 3 of 5 is because I had to ask for utensils like the cracker to get into the crab and they only had plastic utensils. You can't get the crab out with plastic utensils. My bf had to run to Walmart to get a real fork so I could get the crab out. The food is really good but BRING YOUR OWN UTENSILS IF YOU WANT TO GET THE CRAB! read more

Party of 2 --waitress took drink order (bar) my friend waited 23 minutes and we asked the waitress what the status was of her bar drink. Her response was they are really backed up so it will be about 30 more minutes --mind you we watched tables on either side place bar drink orders and get them within a timely manner 2. Let me Backup a bit when we initially asked about the mixed drink--she stated oh I can't put your drink order in until they put you in the system at the front check in--That's a CROCK we've eaten here on more than one occassion and never had an issue even on a busier night. 3. We asked to speak to the Manager -the Manager she expedited the drink order. mind you it was only a hurricane--nothing major 4. Food came out-which was good 5. Waitress brought out our water and my Iced-Tea 6. The WAITRESS NEVER CAME BACK TO SEE IF I NEEDED A REFILL --WHICH I DID- SINCE after waiting and waiting I drank the tea and was so pissed I dare not ask where the waitress was for a refill. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 7. Waitress finally came by to ask if we were ready for our checks and at that time and only that time did she ask if we needed anything else? Are you kidding me--I needed a refill 39 minutes ago (yes I timed how long it was before she came back to our table) let's be clear she was very attentive to her other tables in our general area. 8. If you work for tips--customer service is key. My friend girl and I are excellent tippers normally 20% or more so she missed out on a nice time from us. OF COURSE WE LEFT HER ABSOLUTELY ZERO AS A TIP. NON-DESERVING. A side note: The male staff needs to tighten up on their attire. a waiter had on greyish black jeans and why was his pants below his butt and all you saw was his underwear. Love that you can order online, the only thing I wish you could get more than one flavor when ordering online. The restaurant looked clean. The workers were nice! I go here often. I have been to this location several times. My family loves crab legs, and they are always happy with the food. However, i recommend that you ask for an itemized receipt. I ordered take out over the phone. Advised worker I would be using Military discount, she stated it would be discounted when I picked up the order. Arrived to pick up my order and was told by the manager (Taylor) that she would discount it this time but was told by her GM that Military Discounts wet not Honored for take out orders. I informed Taylor that I have been using Military Discounts for take out orders since the Pyramid Village location opened. I go there frequently for the lemon pepper wings, in which I was disappointed on this visit. Do not taste any lemon pepper. Tasted like straight unseasoned chicken wings. Not spectacular, but good. I tried 2 different locations in Greensboro. The first time I was alone. The second time I took one of my younger brothers with me. The drinks are very good, especially the doubles. I got the dungeness crab and shrimp seafood boil with the garlic butter sauce on my first visit. The sauce was good but not as good as i've had a other seafood boil spots. On the second visit, I got the fried catfish and shrimp combo with sweet potatoe fries. Very good! read more

My family and I walked in, and ask to be seated as 2 tables of 4. Because it was my mom and her 3 sisters and myself, my daughter and 2 cousins! We wanted the sisters to have their time! We were sat near each other the manager on duty came and told us if we were trying to avoid the 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more we were still going to be charged!! He had a very nasty attitude when ask to repeat what he said, we told him we are 2 separate tables so he said well one table will be moved to a different section we said no problem. However his attitude was still very nasty and we decided we would not spend our money in a place where we are treated this way!!! I ate from Red Crab in Greensboro NC last night & my food was rotten! I've been sick ALL morning! I literally paid $90 for rotten food & the manager told me she could only offer me 10% off my next meal! Also said she knows there has been issues with the potatoes & they don't know they're bad until the customer bites or cuts into it & that's "not on them". She said the seafood comes fresh & she could assure me that my seafoods wasn't rotten. Obviously it was & you can see that in the pictures I sent them!
