I unfortunately have to leave an updated review. I ordered on the app they use, slice. I ordered hot wings but didn't see that I had to change the options from plain to buffalo. I called the store but they told me I clicked the plain option. I didn't, it was automatically clicked apparently. It's confusing why the default option for hot wings would be plain (no hot sauce). The store seemed annoyed, like this happens often. All they said they could do was offer sauce. I am disappointed that this is an issue on their app, that I was talked to like I'm dumb, and the remedy was for me to make the hot wings myself. I think this needs to be fixed on their app, because I'm left very dissatisfied and will probably not order here for a while if at all again.

Love Red Devil Pizza, usually I visit the Upland location. However tried this one and it did not disappoint. We got the Big Bad Wolf pizza and we saw the picture online. It shows Bacon, ham, sausage, etc. we instantly asked for no ham, however when we picked up there was ham on the pizza. The young girl said that was how we ordered it. However after checking the picture I guess they carry both Canadian bacon and breakfast bacon bits and the picture online shows breakfast bacon and Ham. We didn't want either Canadian bacon or ham. They gladly remade the order. They were very nice about it. I just had to wait a little bit, but the pizza was so good! Quality toppings and pizza. It is worth paying a little more for the quality! Thank you to the manager that helped make the order right! She went above and beyond to make it all better.

Still loving Red Devil Pizza! It's a little family owned and operated pizza/Italian place in the heart of downtown Covina. On street parking in front or in a city owned lot just west of the building. The service is friendly, and food is consistently good. We usually get an Antipasto Salad, which comes with a choice of dressing, and a pizza. Our favorite is a Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, and Black Olive pizza, but I also love the "Big Bad Wolf" meat lovers pizza. The large Antipasto Salad is fresh, and has plenty of meat, cheese, and black olive toppings. Enough for 3 or 4 people to share. The pizzas are loaded with toppings, and the sauce is not acidic, but has just a hint of sweetness. If you're looking for a fantastic pizza, salads, or other classic Italian dishes, I recommend you give Red Devil a try.

The toppings all taste amazing! Don't just get pepperoni! Come on ! Create your own with your favorite toppings! So good ! Have some friends from out of town ? Instead of ordering delivery, just take them, because there's nothing like freshly baked delicious & hot pizza ! You may have to wait a bit, but that first bite !! Yummmm ! The garlic bread is delicious as well ! And if you need some greens, add a Cesar salad & yummm ! The restaurant itself is just like a classic old fashioned pizzeria with booths & tables. It's a cool spot to take the family for a Sunday or weekday dinner. Been there a few times. I can't believe I had not written a review! I'm always telling friends it's the best pizza but seriously I want some now. I did have delivery once, but it's best fresh, out of the oven for me ! My husband and I get this every single year for the Covina Christmas Parade and it never disappoints! We have been ordering a pizza and breadsticks every year for the past at least 3 years! This year they had new breadsticks that also did not disappoint! We got the Citrus Avenue ones! The pizza was the Italian Stallion. Service was quick and easy! Ambiance, due to the parade, was quick but busy!! I grew up with Red Devil pizza in my hometown of La Verne and the service, food, and ambiance have always been great! Would definitely recommend!!

I was in Covina and was trying to find something to eat. A few places caught my eye but I decided to go with red devil pizza and I am glad I did. It's a small place inside there is just a counter to order and you can see them prepping your food and a bench to sit and wait. They have tables outside with umbrellas so it's perfect for shade. I ordered the lunch special which is a slice of pizza and a drink. The slice of pizza was a good size and it filled me up. The pizza was not too saucy which is how I like it. I really enjoyed it and will definitely go back again and try more of their pizza selection.

We order from Red Devil Pizza often since it's close to work, and it never disappoints. The pizza is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality makes it worth it. This time, I got the lunch personal pizza with one topping and a salad--perfect portion and great flavor. I also ordered wings with blue cheese, but unfortunately, they came with ranch instead. A small mix-up, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, Red Devil is a reliable spot for good pizza, and I'll definitely be back!

My family's go to for when we want pizza. The young kids working here crank out some of the best pizza in Covina. A lot to choose from a cheese pizza to the Red Devil special pizza. Little pricey than your chain pizza spots but its quality you pay for. Been coming here since they had a dining area. That's long gone now. A few tables outside if you want to dine in. It's basically take out for most who order. Plan to wait about 20-25 min on a busy day. I would call in your order. So next time you're in the area make a deal with the devil. Red Devil Pizza that is. "The last real pizza"

First time here was cool I would've given it like four stars but this time it was shit. Two tables we got seated before and ordered before got there order first. They didn't attend us for the longest. Then we asked a girl for some ranch and she didn't get cause we weren't her table she waited for her coworker. We got a refill on soda and it was more ice than soda. So when we got yet another refill we said don't add no more ice they returned with no ice at all. 30 minutes and still no pizza it finally came and our wings which our an appetizer never came we asked about it and they put it in on the spot. The food was cold and pizza wasn't cut right with all the toppings coming off. I takes a lot to piss me off over food but they did it this the last time I'll be coming I rather eat little Cesar's than this. read more

Unfortunately we will not be tipping our poor driver who was sent out for who knows how long to deliver our pizza. It has now been almost 2 hours since we placed our order, and it wasn't until WE called asking about it that they needed to call us back to verify the correct address. Turns out a digit was missing from the house number they had! Which is hard to believe considering we repeated THREE times our address and tried to spell out our street (she interrupted every time) AND gave the cross streets. But when we called to inquire about why our 30-40 min order was hitting 1.5 hours, we were greeted with rudeness, again, by the same girl. We are paying over $30 for 1 quality pizza and some wings for a reason, I'll just go to Little Ceasars next time for something HOT and READY for our family. I'm really sorry for the driver who was sent in a goose chase, this was not your fault, but talk to your coworker on how to communicate with customers and staff. I hope this doesn't happen again to others. read more

I came on a Friday night with my Great Gf It was good but not great the pinapples on the pizza where great i personally like pizza thats cruncy it wasnt the service was pretty bad the girls had a little bit of an attitude probably because they were understaffed it took a while for the waitress to come to our table i didnt even get a menu untill at least 10 min of being there and I was So thirsty.so that sucked b#%%s its not good enough for me to go out of my way to go get some pizza I doubt i will return. read more

This place has a lot of reviews saying that the pizza was the best but my goodness it was so gross. It was very bland and the dough was chewy. I honestly rather eat a cold pizza leftover from Little Caesars lol. The wings were average but the customer service was good. Definitely wouldn't recommend for what the price is. read more

Pizza is pretty decent, but the jalapeño poppers were way low quality freezer section fare! Then delivery took FOREVER! I'm not going to use them again because just a medium pizza and ten lousy poppers was over $30 bucks!!!! I won't ever be that hungry again for their food. I'm not rich like that and the quality just didn't match the price. read more

I don't know if the red devil special takes any longer than other pizza's but I saw people order after me and receive their pizzas before I did. $16 for a small pizza is a bit High for very little cheese and very little meat and nothing but bell peppers and onions. Not to mention that the dough was a little undercooked. It's been a long time since I last visited this place but I know I won't be coming back. read more

For me, this place was just average. It wasnt out of this world pizza. My husband loved it because the pizzas crust was thick and the cheese tasted good. I did appreciate that it didn't look as greasy as other pizzas I've had in the past. We ordered 3 pizzas and buffalo wings and they still tasted really good. I would go back if that was the only thing to eat in the area but just not my preferred. I also noticed the t-shirts of the employees and thought they were pretty cool but something I noticed that I didn't like was the restrooms. The tiles need to be replaced, every time I opened the door, the ceiling tiles would lift and fall back down, making a strange noise. read more

Took a group of 9 over to get pizza at 9:50pm after working a football game at the Covina Community Field. They were about to close off the dinning section but the server said she would stay and serve us. It was incredible service by the young lady and the bus boy. Plus, the pizza was incredible also. We go out to pizza after every we work so we get to try multiple pizza places during the year and this place was Top notch. So Great service and pizza!!! We will be back when we ref in the Covina area. read more

The pizza i ordered was 2 large one hawaiian and one pepperoni and mushroom it was good for out of the ordinary regular pizza hut style. But quality of ingredients was not there and defintely over priced for what it was and what you get. The service i recieved was also mediocre and needs over all improvements..i normally like to rate pizza places so this doesnt stack up w local favorites warehouse pizza in la verne is cheaper and way better or the real deal pizzamania in Whittier read more

Came here for paint nite event scheduled to begin at 2pm. I was hungry so I decided to order one of their lunch specials. I ordered salad and one topping pizza. Ordered fresh basil as my one topping. Plenty of fresh basil on pizza. Salad was large and lots toppings. After the event I ordered 2 large pizzas to go. I ordered Bbq chicken pizza and buffalo chicken pizza.. Best bbq chicken pizza ever, Rated 10+ . The buffalo chicken pizza needed more kick to it. After adding Franks hot sauce, I would rate it 9+. Favorites are the bbq chicken pizza and basil pizza. Very upset. Today I ordered a small "margherita" pizza. The price for this small pizza is $9. Upon receiving my small pizza I noticed it was a mere sad excuse for a personal pizza. Upon further investigation I placed my hand atop the pizza to realize this "small" pizza was literally the size of my hand. I am a woman at 22 years old and 110 lbs, my hands are not very large. Very disappointed. False advertising and a complete waste of money. I guess they were right that it was "small". I've had $2 slices bigger and tastier than that. Won't be returning. read more

Yuck! I ordered pizza from here a few months ago and it came so cold. The chicken wings I got were under cooked to the point where when I bit into them they were still pink on the inside and a little cold as well like they hadn't been fully cooked. read more

I've been here in the past and had a decent experience. My mother in law decided today that she wanted some pizza from here and I didn't think twice of it because it's been good in the past. We placed the order at noon through their website for pick up. I ordered the Red Devil Special with extra pepperoni. Considering they're a small business during these trying times, I gave them a $5 tip. The website said to give the restaurant 20-30 min to prepare the order so I show up at 12:30pm. When I arrive, one of the workers said that it was in the oven and should be out shortly. Understandable. Twenty minutes pass and they give me a pizza. I should've opened it to look but I didn't. I drive home and we open the pizza and saw a pepperoni only pizza. Not extra pepperoni. Just pepperoni. Usually at this point, I would just sit down and eat the pizza, but we had paid $30 dollars and $30 for a pepperoni pizza was just too much to swallow. I return and explain the situation. The guy's initial reaction was "We received an order for a pepperoni pizza" and I was ready to pull the receipt out and show him but he quickly just said "It's okay, you wanted a red devil special? We'll make that right now, it'll just take 10 minutes." I just got home and am typing away while steam is still pouring out of my ears because it's nearly 2pm. Obviously, it didn't take 10 minutes. I didn't get an apology nor did they try to make any amends. Just "Here's your pizza"...an hour and a half after you ordered it. Luckily my job is pretty flexible and I was able to wait for the pizza without any reprocussions, but what if I didn't? And even though I did, I just burned an hour of my day sitting around and driving back and forth for my pizza. Not. Okay. This was a one star experience. However considering that I've had a decent experience before and their pizza is usually great, I'll average their review out to a 3 star. read more

When I lived in West Covina, I used to visit this restaurant on a regular basis. It's a pretty large establishment, considering it's in the middle of downtown Covina. The primary eating hall can easily fit 30 people, plus they have a banquet room that seats up to 50. That's pretty sizable, given its location. Very few eateries in the downtown area are able to accompany such a crowd. Speaking of crowds, this place can get rather packed, depending on whether there is a sporting event taking place on TV. They've got 4 large TVs in the main hall and they're always on. Therefor, be careful when you decide to drop in to eat. I've noticed that after 6pm is when the restaurant really starts to draw a crowd, if there is a Base ball or Basket ball game going on. Otherwise, this place is comfortable and peaceful when you go in. To the food itself! The pizzas are indeed above average, but not the best I've had. I'd give them 8/10 when it comes to tastiness. Their appetizers are a little too expensive for the portion size they serve, but they do taste very good. I like the Mozzarella sticks the most. The salads are surprisingly fresh and crisp. You can customize the ingredients on your salad, for the most part. The menu is pretty flexible, so if you need to make additions or deductions on the ingredients, it should not be a problem. The waitresses do a really good job of explaining all the options you have when altering the topping or fillings on your food. I can honestly recommend Red Devil, especially if you live near by. I would place in the top-3 best pizza location in the West Covina/Covina region. read more

My family and I had one of the most disturbing customer service experiences we've ever encountered at Red Devil Pizza in Covina, specifically involving the manager, Jeremiah, and his team. What should have been a simple interaction escalated into behavior that was completely unprofessional and deeply disrespectful. When my wife attempted to address an issue with our order, Jeremiah raised his voice at her, repeatedly spoke over her, and showed no willingness to listen or resolve the situation. His tone and attitude were aggressive and dismissive, and his staff mirrored that same lack of courtesy. What made the situation even worse was that after seeing my wife's Hispanic last name, he made an offensive and discriminatory remark that crossed every possible line of professionalism and basic human decency. No customer should ever be subjected to hostility or prejudice -- especially from someone in a leadership role. This experience left us shocked and disappointed. Red Devil Pizza needs to take a serious look at how this location is being managed. Behavior like this drives customers away and creates an environment that feels unsafe and unwelcome. We will not be returning, and we hope ownership addresses this immediately. read more

This pizza joint has been going downhill for the last 15 years. It used to be the best pizza in Covina but these kids have are terrible. Bad customer service.. they don't care about what they are serving. The antipasto is tasteless, the salad dressing they offer is low budget crap! Oh, and their pizza...the last 3 times we have gone the crust was burnt! Why would you serve a pizza with burnt crust? Poor customers don't know until they get home. Take pride in your product...if you burn it, don't serve it! Apologize and remake the pizza. Tell your customers you will not charge them and they will come back. Today was our last time. We have given too many chances. Had too scrape the top and eat without crust. Been a resident for nearly 25 years. Everytime I come to eat hear it never seizes to please me. I have never tasted better pizza in my whole life. The waitresses are alll soo adorable and nice, (not like other pizza places i have been to in the area), and i got to meet the owners because they both work there and they were so pleasant. It is a very casual dining spot but it is not as informal as going to lets say...round table. I come here at least one every other week because i love the friendly environment. I love this restaurant!!! I've grown up coming here to have some great quality pizza. Their pizzas are made with soft crust, to me that's the best kind of crust you can have on your pizza. The cheese, toppings, & sauce they add on their pizza is amazing. It's a very clean place, and has great service. Also, it has a little arcade room.
