People say if you want to find the good food in town find out where the cops hang out. So we followed the line of cop cars through Downtown like a trail of donut crumbs leading to the Red Door Brewing Co., a misleading name as they don't brew beer and there is no red door. The beer, which is brewed by actual breweries, tasted a little stale. The food seemed to be standard bowling alley fare but we needed something to make the beer taste worse. The dirty fries were on point; cheese, chilis, bacon, curds. I enjoyed every bite though I fear what the morning brings. Lord forgive me for I have sinned.

Sweet patio in the back! Used to be Blackbird back in the day

Holy-moly!! This place is looking Amazing!!!! Great beer selection and FULL BAR ladies and gentlemen. Food menu is ridiculously mouthwatering.... has anyone ever heard of Dirty Fries!?? (thick cut fries, cheese curds, green chile, avocado, fry sauce)... I highly recommend with any beer or cocktail! Dustin helped us out and was very friendly and attentive! We hung out in the back patio which, I used to come to often when it was Blackbird nightclub. You will have good times in this patio!! Come check it out!! You can thank me later!

I was happy with my experience at Red Door. I came around 3 on a Friday to finish up last minute work things and it was a great environment for that at that time. Mike was the bartender and he was great. They've started a new thing with $4 burgers 8-close Thursday-Saturday! Pretty sick deal For the beer I had the cream ale for a smooth end of afternoon drink

As a first time visiting New Mexico on vacation I google this place and found out it was very closed to where I was staying. My friends and I decided to visit and on a Thursday night- it was a weird vibe as soon as walking in we had to order from the counter/bar then we had to find our seat, after we got our drinks and food we had to get up and ask for one more more. Am not sure if this is how they do service here in New Mexico but the food was very good and we were enjoying our vacation. We got our second round of drink and we thought everything was fine but when trying to order our third drink the bartender closed out our tab because "you people been here for a while" am not sure if it was because our friend was black or there is a secret time limit to be a customer in this establishment. It was very unfortunate because we tried hard to overlook their poor service by staying positive and focusing on the good food and music but we were very sad to be treaded this way. I hope they were more focused on customer service, for this reason I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy self service and want a drink and leave as your done with your food.

Red Door made the right downtown move. This building, which was for so many years the incomparable Blackbird Buvette, has a personality that begs you to stay a while. That's right, the architecture alone can influence your mood, and it's nothing particularly unique, a front hall with a pitched ceiling and a hallway leading to a generous back patio, hugged on all sides by Albuquerque itty bitty concrete jungle. While it's easy to imagine a swanky upgrade with some exterior and interior design investment, it isn't necessary, and Red Door has generally let the building speak for itself, focussing on a smart spirits program and a menu that offers bar food basics. I'm glad this local brewery found a spot on main street and I'm still putting this place on my later-night downtown radar, because that patio, paired with some twinkling lights, a cold pint and some good friends, is the way to bring your evening to an end. Someday soon, I hope.

Nice small venue in the middle of downtown ABQ...if you're near and like beer they have some very unique selections...I had one called "Glazed and Confused" which has 40 pounds of donuts in the wort. Nice selection of food...I had the Cobb salad which was very good and a lot of it...$12. I'm back for lunch the next afternoon and the six burger choices (all served with ample crispy fries) are $10

Another brewery downtown. Just what we need right? No really, there's no sarcasm there. I know it can be hard for your to decipher as a reader. I just wanted to be clear we are on the same page. You may find yourself in the area but are not interested in going to a bar. Maybe you don't want to settle with the lousy beer selection or the crowd. That's where a brewery comes in to save the day! So yes, another brewery downtown! Yay! The bigger the selection the better, who doesn't love options! I've been to their original location on Candelaria but had no clue they had this one. I came across it after getting some ink done at a place across the street. We were looking for drink on a Sunday evening, and a place we hadn't been too, I remembered about this spot. Needless to say, it was not busy. There were three other patrons in the place. No big deal, we weren't necessarily looking to be totally social. The location is neat because it used to be part of a bank. They even have part of the original vault still in there. They've re-purposed it into a game room but kept the name of it The Vault. It's neat and fun. And hey, after a few, if you're feeling like getting out, downtown is only a street over. You can hit up a pool table or dance floor somewhere. As for the beer selection. I have yet to find myself a regular beer that I like at Red Door. So, for me, I usually peruse the seasonal selection. They have a Rye Steam on the board at the moment that tickled my taste buds just right. Give it a try if it's still on the tap when you stop by.

Large and open, Bow and Arrow is spacious for folks to come for pint, small groups, as well as large groups and company events. We sat at the bar for more face-to-face service and had a great experience. We each got a flight and loved the ability to try four different beverages each since the menu is so extensive, creative, and delicious! I got the "Dos Arrows," "Wildly No. 1," "Bury My Heart," and "Lav Letters to the SW." I listed them in order of my favorites. Each beverage was complex, unique, and delicious! I would have enjoyed a full pint of each drink! Alas, 4 5oz beverages was enough! Prices are reasonable for such high quality beverages! We also loved that the brewery recognizes Indigenous land rights and supports Native American initiatives. Euro-Americans have much to learn from Native peoples, the original stewards of this land. But first, relationships, listening, and reparations are needed! We loved Bow and Arrow Brewing. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in town!

Marble Brewing in downtown Albuquerque absolutely nailed St. Patrick's Day this year…read more We stopped by on St Patrick's Day and it was such a fun, festive atmosphere. Of course we had to get the green beer! Sitting outside, enjoying the sunshine with a cold drink in hand, it felt like the perfect way to celebrate. But the real highlight? It was such a unique touch that made the whole event stand out from your typical bar scene. Marble always delivers on a great beer selection, but events like this take it to another level. If you're looking for a brewery that goes all out for holidays and creates a fun, memorable experience--this is the spot. Already looking forward to next year!

Well, wait a minute . . . they always have food trucks. Many a dinner has come from one of the conveniently located food trucks right outside their front patio. Always good. Large parking lot.
