The couple duo (Darryl and Erica) build all their props and puzzles in-house. They offer four rooms by the time I am writing this review and each room feels thoughtfully designed and distinct. Our team did three of their four rooms (the fourth room is for the kiddies) and we were blown away. As someone who travels for escape rooms, these rooms are puzzle-forward but it also is not your typical "find the code and open the lock" escape room. I wanted to shout out Skylar, who was our GM for two of the rooms we did. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially when we wanted to spend more time debriefing the experience and the puzzles we didn't get to see since we divided and conquered. He took the time to answer our questions and asked us about our escape room journey as well! That kind of care and attention really elevates the whole experience. I recommend bringing a group of 3-4. The Key of Destiny could be done by 2 experienced people but the other rooms should have 3 or more people based on the sheer volume of puzzles.

Getting inside the building was interesting; turns out, there is a puzzle to solve! Once inside, we sat down, waited for the rest of our friends then signed the waiver. Thankfully, they did have a bathroom we could use ahead of time. Once we got our initial instructions from the staff member, we went into a room and received more instructions on a screen. The basement is a very immersive room, the cast member who was part of it did an amazing job! I'm so sad I can't remember her name, she truly was a delight! She even reassured me at the beginning when I was freaking out. We managed to escape with about 6 minutes left, I wish I had taken exact note of how much time. We took a celebratory picture and then I got some merch, a t shirt saying I escape the basement and one of the enamel pins. Me and my friends came to celebrate a birthday and I think we will be back in November for another friend's birthday to do the next room! I'm gonna buy a new enamel pin each time we win, I think. Definitely looking forward to coming back! Couple tips: come in one car, the lot is very small and there was only one spot left when we got there and our friends had to park farther away. For the celebratory picture, make sure to look at the right spot and fix your hair beforehand lol. Lastly, bring cash to tip the staff members! They deserve it for being so awesome! The actors were so helpful and so funny. We didn't successfully pass, but we were very close!!!!!!. We had a group of two. When that room holds up to 10. Soooooo we did our best hahhaahaha . It's very interactive at some points, We had to crawl through spaces, walk through trap doors and we did get our hands dirty. We were Using flashlights to get around. It was SUPER interactive. I first traveled to California in 2024 with a group of 30 college student-athletes for a tournament and wanted to find a place to do some team building and found 101 Escape Rooms. I reached out and owner David was more than happy to host us, come in early to accommodate our game schedule, and provide an outstanding experience. The team returned to this tournament this year (2026) and the players who were on the 2024 trip specifically asked to go to 101 Escape Rooms again. I called David and re-introduced myself and asked if we could again bring a group of 30 to do some escape rooms. He quickly said yes, provided a group discount rate, and made the experience that weekend outstanding once again. Not only are the actual rooms custom created, unique, and unlike any other escape rooms I have seen, but the staff is great, the challenge and team building potential worked exactly as planned, and I would so highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you are just hanging with friends or traveling with a larger group. 10/10 experience!

We tackled 3 rooms today and had a great experience. Livia and Jack were out GMs and kept us on the…read morepath to success. Mona Lisa - fantastic room, great layout and unique puzzles along with a few surprises. Scooby-Doo - very cool room, lots of details and so much to do but we were engaged and rolling the whole time, we got confused at one point and our GM didnt see we were doing the puzzle right just missed a step so we got a redundant clue but we figured it out. Orient Express - loved it, unique layout and very few locks definitely something new to play around with. One of the more unique rooms we've done. We had a blast and are already discussing our next visit to tackle more of their rooms.

We've done 2 escape rooms at this location - The Depths and Cosmic Crisis. They were both really…read moregreat games! The staff here are always great, they are so enthusiastic and helpful. Both times we've came, we've booked the game the same day or even an hour before. Their online booking system is super convenient especially if you are booking something last minute and want to do an activity on a whim. My only small complaint is that this is not a private game which means that you may get paired with other people outside of your group. Some escape rooms are 8 - 12 people so if you are a group of 4 for example, your game will say 4 spots are open which means anyone can join. Luckily we have not run into that issue since they offer a lot of different games and game times.
