This was our first time ever doing an escape room and it was a blast! We did the Orient Express. Everything was explained to us very clearly and we were allowed to have unlimited hints which not only helped us learn our way as first timers, but also gave us a chance to clear the room within the allotted one hour. We really appreciated this because we know of many places that will limit hints so that you don't finish and have to go back just to clear the same room. The puzzles and room interactions were really well thought out and much more involved than we anticipated. We'll for sure be going back to try the other rooms. Highly recommend! read more

Came here with a couple of our friends. Group of 5. Bianca was so polite, professional, informative and very welcoming. We made it out just in time! We did the Bonnie & Clyde room which was great. Space was perfect for us. There was more than enough (metered) parking in fron of the building. One of my friends is in abwheel chair and we had absolutely NO problems with anything. Love this place. The rooms are well decorated and the puzzles are varied. 40+ year old eyes like mine need my readers and cell phone magnifier or flashlight for some problem solving. Worth a mention that one of our guests was color blind and would have struggled more with some puzzles without our assistance. Just something to share in case that's you. I was here yesterday with my husbands coworkers for a end of the year gathering and Bianca helped us out. She was super accommodating since I think my husband's boss got the dates confused. Not once did she try to send us away or make us feel unwelcome. She had such a great attitude & made the experience a 10/10. None of us had ever done an escape room and it was so fun. We booked the Houdini hideout escape room for my son and his friends and they really enjoyed the experience and had a lot of fun trying to solve the mystery and escape. They're already asking to go back to try out the orient express room. It was their first time trying out an escape room and we made a great choice taking them to the architect escape room. Ryan was so helpful and kind from the moment I made the phone call to inquire about a reservation to the day of the event. We chose to have our staff bonding at this venue, and what a good decision this was! The place has several escape rooms, we chose the Tesla escape. It was very interesting, meticulously organized, well architected, we really had to put our minds together to actually escape, we did it! Haha, we saved our world and had fun doing it. I must say that we wouldn't be able to complete the task within the hour that we had, without the help of Bianca, our sweet hostess, she was inviting, welcoming and ready to help when we were trapped. We had so so much fun here, we were just a small group - myself, my husband, and our 18-year-old. We completed the Orient Express room with one minute to spare. The puzzles were extremely clever and cunning, relying on logic, observation skills, and thinking outside the box rather than just bashing away at patterns or tech-y wizardry. We needed a couple of hints, but they were given in such a way as to guide rather than give the out and out answer. Additionally, we'd had a mix up with the booking and they were so accommodating and slotted us in the next day, which was greatly appreciated. The gentleman who let us in and provided the clues was great and very personable. Now we're plotting out when we can go and do another room - which is surely the sign of an excellent escape room! For Memorial Day my family decided to do an escape room, this was my first one and I have to say this was probably the best one to start out on. Our GM Bethany was wonderful, informative and funny. We did the Orient Express but have already agreed that we will have to come back and do another one. Absolutely recommend! Only real sort of down side? Was ok but pretty run down. One thing opened a door but it didn't open all the way and there are sound effects going so we spent another 10 minutes trying to figure out the clue we already knew. Another had numbers written somewhere and they were rubbed off. We finally asked for a hint and they were like "oh it should say xxxx". read more
