The sandwich felt a little sloppy and unevenly assembled, with some bites getting much more of certain ingredients than others. The drinks were probably the biggest disappointment. I originally wanted an iced tea, but they only offered regular unsweetened iced tea. As someone who typically enjoys green tea or jasmine tea, I found the cold tea selection pretty limited unless you're ordering hot tea.
