The pricing felt inconsistent and misleading compared to what I was initially told. I don't mind paying for service, but I expect transparency before the work starts. Would not return based on this experience.

The Good - Cook said the nail didn't fully puncture the tire and it didn't need to be replaced. So I appreciate the honesty for this part. 2. The Bad - Replacement of the front brakes. After a few months the brakes were still squeaking and I called to mention this and they said to drive the car longer and it will stop. A year later and they still squeak. I took the car to a mechanic for in inspection and was told that Cook used Oreilly brakes and did not use OEM BWM brakes. Cook did not offer it as an option. It is a 2022 BMW and the brakes the used are unsatisfactory. Had I known they would not use original parts or offer it, I would have had this service done elsewhere. I should have went to a BMW specialized mechanic.
