Nice place to visit. . I'm no beer expert, but everything there tasted like a sour. Rye ale? Sour. Porter? Sour. Pumpkin Ale? Sour. .

Some of the best beers I've ever drank in my life ... definitely a craft beer paradise. All european inspired recipes. The golden ale could be the best beer I've ever had in my life.. good people great place .

How do I describe such an enjoyable afternoon? We were working on a Syracuse brew tour. Out of town folks from California. We did the standard Empire visit and took a gamble on driving all the way out to Red Hawk. Let me tell you, Kathy and her attention to detail and craft was worth every inch and mile getting there. We were treated to the most authentic experience by a woman who clearly care equally for her beer as her husband. And she loves her husband. We did a sampler of every beer on the menu. The alpine Mint and doublon ferme were incredible. Kathy takes pride in her craft and will treat you like family. Don't hesitate, get to red hawk today.

The "Burger of the Three Rings" was perfectly cooked temp wise (ordered medium) but the onion rings on top were the standard variety that were greasy and made the whole thing subpar. I opted for a $2 upgrade for sweet potato fries and they had cinnamon/sugar on top (unnecessary in my opinion as a side for a burger). They had standard pub fare that focused on either wraps, 3 burgers, 3 flatbreads, or fried food...not bad; just lacking options with any sort of complexity. I went around noon on a sat, and the server (Erin) was very friendly and attentive. I will go again next time I am in this area to hopefully up my opinion.

It can be uncomfortable to stop in a bar or restaurant as a single but the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Great selection of summer sours, and offer samples or flight before selecting a full pour. I ended up with Mage Hand Mango DragonFruit that is in fact a pink dragonfruit citrus and not to sour delight! The bartender refers to the owner/brewmaster as a "Mad Scientist"! Love it and the creativity of these blends of tropical fruits for summer creations. Ordered the Pepper Rings of Power served with warm Queso and Ranch for dipping. I've seen the fried pickles, they offer as well, but never peppers! Great snack for only $10 shareable spicy and delish! Really enjoyed the visit, conversation, and Pink Dragonfruit brew! Several singles and mall employees enjoying food and unique brews. The green brew with coconut was the talk of the bar!

You leave your phone number and they text you when the food is ready. My friend got us a table in the outside seating area which was enclosed but had a beautiful view. I waited at the bar for our drinks and then we talked while we waited for our food. The person who took our order was very nice, but the food took about 40 minutes. There were maybe 12 people, and some of them were already eating. Our food finally came out, our fish sandwiches and fries were hot, the fish tasted good ( but was a bit greasy) and the fries and coleslaw were tasty.

Decorated for Christmas without excess the atmosphere was relaxing with a good view of the kitchen from all areas. Wait staff work quickly and all work together to ensure a good guest experience. We both ordered the brisket platter with pickle seasoned fries (extra yum here came with ranch would only be better if they made their own) and smoked Mac n cheese. The brisket was fork tender good smoke ring and perfectly smokey without overpowering the flavor of the meat or the Mac n cheese. The corn bread was moist and flavorful. Paired this with an ale for me and a Mountain Dew for my dining partner was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. Will try in the summer to check out the view!
