Wonderful experience 60 minutes head spa for Mothers Day my daughter and I recommend this place

My new favorite place to get a haircut! I was working in the area and popped in for a quick haircut and wash so I can go back to work. The haircut was great. Exactly what I asked for. Afterwards, I asked for a wash, but they recommended me a 30 minute head spa treatment. I had time so I opted for it and it is such an amazing experience. I've never had it done before, but guys, let me tell you, give it a chance and you won't regret it. I came back again for another haircut, but this time I got an hour head spa treatment and also an hour body massage because I had to know what the experience was like. The head spa is the main reason I come here now. The body massage was good, but it's not quite for me. Don't let that stop you from trying it out though. All the staff are so great and friendly. I got a chance to talk with one of the owners and he seems very passionate about providing a great service to the community. Stop in and give it a chance. You can thank me later. read more

This was my first time trying this place, and I'm genuinely saddened to say the old saying "you get what you pay for" turned out to be true. I was excited when I found a scalp spa on my way home from yoga. They had availability, I was only 15 minutes away, and I thought, why not treat myself? I should've trusted my instincts the moment I pulled into the chaotic parking lot. It's a mix between a barbershop and a scalp spa. I tried to keep an open mind, but after checking in the woman that was going to give me the service was disorganized, she wasn't sure what bed to have me in. When the service finally started, I immediately knew I'd made a mistake. If you have thin or breakage-prone hair, please take this as a warning, do not come here. The technician was unbelievably aggressive with my scalp and hair. I should've spoken up, but I didn't. Still, no service should feel like that. From the scalp massage to the facial massage to the shampoo, everything was harsh. My hair feels brittle and stripped, and I was terrified of how much breakage I could feel happening. By the time she was done, I didn't even want her to dry my hair. I just walked out with it soaking wet because all I wanted was to get home and put a deep conditioning mask on immediately. I just got home and my scalp is red, my hair is breaking, strands are literally falling out, and whatever products she used left it feeling like straw. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was genuinely the worst scalp treatment I've ever had. Please save yourself and avoid this place. I wish I had. read more

Worst head spa experience. I made an appointment for my daughter and me. When we got there, they only had one person available and took us both in and asked my daughter to wait for '5 mins'. My lady started the service on me, while my daughter was waiting next to me in her seat. After 20 mins, the other lady came and started on my daughter. Within 5 mins, she stepped out again for something and returned after 5-7 mins. After my 60 mins head spa ended, within 10 mins i see my daughter stepping out too. She didn't seem happy at all. And when i asked her what happened, she said the lady just rushed through and it was painful. She didn't even do the massage, hot towel, and few other things which my daughter watched my lady doing while she was waiting for her lady to come. And the lady was so busy that she didn't even dry my daughter's hair. She was already cutting another person's hair. During payment i mentioned to them and they acknowledged too but said they're always busy and only knocked off $10. My lady was okay but i noticed at the end of the head spa, my hair was very rough and breaking. When i got home hair strands were falling off. Bottom line, neither the service nor the products they use are good. Definitely not returning back for a head spa here! read more

Found this place by chance :) I went in with my brother just to try out their head spa. The ladies there are so cute and nice great service, very dedicated and thorough, washed my hair twice and gave me a really nice head and neck massage. My family visiting my sister in Cali this summer when I decided to book a spa day for my husband & I. The kiddos stayed with auntie while we enjoyed a head spa (our first time) and massages. We didn't realize how much buildup we had on our scalp until afterwards when we felt how much lighter and healthier it felt.
