Come here every year for my mother's birthday. We almost went somewhere else but my daughter was craving their biscuits. Her steak was cooked to the correct temperature. My 9yr old ate a whole pound of crab legs. I got the chicken Cajun Alfredo; It was creamy and delicious. The parm cheese wasn't freshly grated, but I like how it was flaky and not powdered. I wanted a spicy margarita, that wasn't on the menu but they were kind enough to create one. I tried the margarita flight, it was nice to taste different flavors with a good balance of sweetness. This is a good affordable spot the whole family can enjoy.

Came here for my mom's birthday w/ a party of 8. It's one of her faves & w/ Red Lobster filing for chapter 11 we wanted to get a last bite in. Just in case if they're going to be gone forever. I Only got to take a pic of my drinks & food b/c everyone digged in. Portions were def smaller on certain meals. Def on the fettuccines (shrimp/cajun chicken) & the coconut shrimp(meal only came w/ 4 it usually always comes w/ 7 or more). Also, certain dinner meals came w/ 2 sides now they only came w/ 1. I ordered a full Cajun chicken fettuccine dinner size. Food was delish! Don't forget about those unlimited cheddar biscuits to die for. I also ordered a flight of summer flavored margaritas. In pic order last to right. Blue Caribbean w/ salted rim. Passion fruit w/ tajin rim. Watermelon w/ sugar. Drinks were really strong which I'm not used to in red lobster. Plus, really cheap $15.49 for 3 strong drinks is not bad, not bad @ all. Waiter was very attentive & friendly. He heard me said it was my mom's birthday. I ordered her a cheesecake to go from my Red Lobster rewards app. The app gives you a free dessert every year on your birthday. Brian(waiter's name now you know he was good b/c I stay forgetting waiters/waitresses names lol) asked & the birthday girl would she like dessert. I said no that's hers to go. Not even 5 mins. Later some of the staff came out w/ a scoop of ice cream & whipped cream w/ chocolate syrup & caramel. Inside is nothing spectacular just ocean themed like your local Red Lobster. It was low key & not packed how it used to be. Which is really sad for me. Ty Brian for making my mom feel special!I hope some company buys Red Lobster b/c I'll sure miss this location! Thanks for the many memories!

It's been many years since I have gone to redlobster. I don't usually come here for seafood but on this occasion we decided to stay local and get some seafood. It was 8 of us dining and sat at one of the big booths. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It was dimly lit. The vibe was calm, and i felt relaxed. I had the trio margarita flight. Three flavors of passion fruit, Caribbean blue and water melon. It wasn't too boozy, but it was not lacking either. The passion fruit was my favorite out of the three. For dinner, I had the bar harbor lobster bake. The food was good, the seafood was fresh and our waiter was kind. I would visit again someday. Especially for the cheesy biscuits!

I've never had a bad experience at this Red Lobster location. The service is always friendly and I am always so satisfied with the food! There's usually never a long wait and most times I'm just able to get seated right away! This Red Lobster location always delivers on their quality of food. The steak is always a must when I come here!

One thing red lobster will never do is fail you. I am never too good for red lobster , remember where you came from lol. Endless shrimp is always a time so I took advantage . The scampi is always a must . My most favorite drink no one can master except red lobster is the sunset passion. I just love it here ! Service never disappoints here and always clean.

very nice food, your selling chicken tenders for $18 just for 3 small ones? Addison was very nice, place was calm

Placed a pick up order and came in to pick up when they said it would be done. The meal was not done when they said it would be. Long wait times. I waited an extra 20 minutes in the waiting area. My food came out and they forgot my meal I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to find it. I finally got my food. And it wasn't hot. I ordered the cajun chicken alfredo, extra biscuits and two orders of snow crab. My order came to $61.15. It was very subpar for the money. The cheddar biscuits which are the crowning achievement here were blah. I wasn't really impressed at all. Between the customer service, wait times, food quality and temperature. I've been to better Red Lobster locations and had better quality food in the past. I will not be coming back to this location.

Waitress Gave us free biscuits, My son got a free apple juice. I had to give this restaurant 5 stars because my son forced me to. Shout out to Suzanna!

Outstanding fresh, hot and tasty food! I ordered the lobster linguine, Kung Pao noodles with crispy lobster, crab cake, cheddar bay biscuits, and the chocolate wave. Entrees- The lobster linguine was out of this world! Between the large chunks of lobster and the creamy lobster sauce it was the perfect combo. I loved how they used lots of sweet claw meat as well. The Kung Pao noodles with crispy lobster had the perfect mix of spices, fresh veggies and nuts. I do have to add I'm not a fan of the fried lobster and would order without next time. Appetizer and extras- The house made crab cake with remoulade was amazing! I had to use a napkin to drain some of the oil off the bottom before adding the sauce but other then that I was so pleasantly surprised. It was pretty small but very tasty I would definitely order it again. The cheddar bay biscuits were so warm and flaky. It had the perfect combo of a little crunch on the outside and a soft middle. Even warmed up later on they were still so yummy! It was very hard to stop eating them! Dessert- The chocolate wave slice of cake came with a generous scoop of ice cream topped with a little chocolate sauce. The cake was so moist and had the perfect amount of frosting so every bite had both cake and frosting on it. I loved the added touch of mini chocolate chips on the outside it gave it something special to remember it by. This was definitely a bakery quality dessert! I can't say enough good things about my experience! It's been hard to get food that is hot, fresh, and delicious while eating take out but here I got it all. I highly recommend you try this Red Lobster I'm glad I did!

Our food was good but there is a reason for it. Our server Geraldine. She perfectly dressed our salad. She was kind and welcoming. She brought us our orders on time and ensured we didnt require anything. When it comes to customer service she displayed the best they have to offer. She sets the standard when it comes to excellent service. The food was alright, I ended up getting sick on the way home. That wasnt fun since I live in Boston. The lobster tails were a bit dry. The scallops were pretty good but nothing to super rave about. All in all it was good.

    Biscuits. The best there is

I love red lobster. I think they have the best biscuits ever! Service is always amazing and the food comes right no time. I can always go on my lunch break and make it back to work on time.

Service is with a smile. Sometimes there is a little wait because most dishes are made fresh. BRYAC has excellent lobster rolls, fresh shucked oysters and clams and shellfish served different ways. There is always a small selection of nice desserts. I look forward to the fried ice cream! Oh l forgot to mention, the beverage menu is complete from beers to cocktails! Soft drinks always. Whatever reason, I thought I did a review on this place years ago, as I've been coming here for…read moreyears, and I always have given it 4 1/2 five star rating because the food was fantastic and they had by far the best clam chowder ever. It was a type of place that I would say don't judge a book by its cover, it was a sneaky good place with incredible and creative seafood options. The lobster pot pie was delicious, the lobster quesadilla out of this world, the steak tips, very tender, oyster, Rockefeller, sinfully addictive... a lot of great offerings. Came back after a long time of not being here back in the fall and had a wonderful experience with my girlfriends. Came back today, and it was absolutely catastrophic! I don't know if it's under new management, but the whole place was chaotic, the service was awful, and the food was terrible... The clam chowder wasn't clammy in flavor like it used to be, it it was heavily laden with bacon bits, which, if you're a bacon fan is all the way for you, but I'm getting clam chowder, not bacon chowder. I ordered the mac & cheese lobster which was described as a creamy mac & cheese with lobster and truffle oil... There was not one single sign of truffle oil on this dish at all. It actually did have generous amounts of lobster, but it was far from creamy and the pasta itself was dry. My other half had the fried clams, they rate as some of the worst clams we have ever tried, and the portion was extremely skimpy, and the clam composition was mostly that grizzle! ( the attached photo is the dish as it was delivered to us... It had not yet been touched. )The fries were ice cold, and to boot what made it worse, no signs of life from our server...hello, hello...I felt like Adele! The gentleman who took our order was busy going outside, taking care of the tables outside went by us countless times and didn't even pay mind to us-you've thought we were invisible! The other waitresses that walked by, couldn't even understand body language, maybe they did, but didn't care because it wasn't their table, but we sat there for 40 minutes and no one ever came to check on us. Never had this issue with this place before, which makes me think that it's really under new management, given how the food was, and the lack of care of the personnel. I doubt I will be coming back here again given the experience, and I never do this, but for the first time ever I didn't leave a tip because they were not deserving of a tip. We finished our sodas, we were thirsty, and we were never offered anything more to drink. Why - because again no one came to check on us. When I finally called one of the waitresses over, she came and asked if I want to wrap up the food and I told her I needed a container and I pointed to my husband's food and I told her that the clams were god awful and why they were bad and unfortunately, we were neglected by our server and all other staff for that matter. She told me she would take the clams off the bill and she would come back with a container for my dry lobster mac & cheese. Five minutes goes by no sign of the waitress 10 minutes goes by no sign of the waitress or my container, finally I call the person who looked like she was manning the floor and checked on all other tables and how they were doing except for OURS Was there something wrong with us? We weren't dressed like bums, we sat in the corner, we didn't have extra sets of eyes, we didn't have an extra arm attached to our body, we were just regular, typical people, but she ignored us. Bill came out to $33.50 for bacon chowder, dried lobster mac & cheese, and two Ginger ales... Never again! Honestly, the way we were treated was shameful, hopefully they learn from this lesson and they do better... No one deserves this, especially with the cost of food these days. It took us 50 minutes to get here, and we made it a trip because we've had great experiences in the past, but seeing that all three dishes were disappointing makes me believe that this is not the same place that it used to be.

When I found out that China Wok was now called New China Wok, I decided to get a meal here for old time's sake. There isn't much to look at inside; there's a few tables, but it's still mainly a hole in the wall takeout spot. The front desk person was kind and diligent and I got my meal quickly. The food was mostly good, but I was a little disappointed. I decided to get the first meal I ever ordered from this place: the General Tso's Chicken combo, which comes with roast pork fried rice and a roast pork egg roll. A couple of broccoli crowns separate the chicken from the rice. The General Tso's sauce was just as delicious as I remember; very savory and a little spicy. Texture of the chicken and breading were very nice as well. Their roast pork fried rice is a customer favorite and it was still delicious. The flavor from the roast pork permeates all of the rice and pairs perfectly with the chicken. The egg roll was crispy and savory and there wasn't any excess grease. It tastes great by itself, with duck sauce or with the General Tso's sauce. Unfortunately, then I tried the vegetable lo mein. They used to make great lo mein, but the sauce wasn't the same this time. The noodles and vegetables were fine, but the more I ate, the less I liked it. This tasted barely average. Since I wasn't enjoying it much, I decided not to finish it, since it wasn't worth the sodium. After I finished eating, I decided to compare the new menu with a copy of the old menu I still had. Some of their best dishes are no longer available. Where's the Chow Sam Din? Where's the Twice Cooked Pork? Others were missing as well. The two dishes I mentioned were among my favorites. I think they should bring them back if they still have the recipes. I would stay away from the lo mein, but I enjoyed everything else. Still very good food overall, especially for the price, however LC Chen's isn't far away and they are more expensive, but superior.

I ordered Fried Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. The chicken was okay but it was a little on the dry side and lacking flavor. The Fried Rice was also lacking flavor. This is the problem I had the last time I ordered food from here before. Additionally, I really don't care for eggs in my rice and they were huge pieces of eggs, which I have seen before but not that huge. The problem is it's just missing flavor and seasoning. Both of the times I went to go get my food the staff are always and very pleasant.
