Appetizers we ordered were mussels and stuffed mushrooms. The apps were delicious but our server brought no plates. Finally, I got up to ask someone to please bring us some. Our server took our order for entrees when she brought our apps? Meanwhile, the food was cooling. Had wood grilled salmon with grilled shrimp. They were both quite tasty. My baked potato was not cooked through, had to ask for another. My green beans, while fresh and looked beautiful, were overly salted to make them inedible. The table next to us left, thank God, so I was able to remove our dirty dishes myself and put them on another table. I would give Cheyenne's Red Lobster a zero. The shrimp is overcooked and greasy. It's funny that they don't even know how disgusting their food is. The whole experience was great!! We went here for Christmas Eve and the service was great. Or waiter (Liz) did an excellent job by always checking up and being so professional! We ended up tipping her 20 because she deserved it. The best part of coming here was the food!! I felt like my tastebuds we're going crazy from the great flavors. We tried so many different foods and everything tasted so great! I think this is a wonderful place if you're looking to take someone special out. I will definitely be returning. From the second we walked in the door the hostess and host were arguing and missing people left and right. Once we got seated my wife's broccoli was still hard and cold then when the waitress brought out the second try she took it to the wrong table,(who had all kids of errors with their order). First off, wish I could give this fake, rude restaurant a negative star! My wife and I have gone here a couple times in the past. The first time the waitress was rude as well as unhelpful. the food was mediocre at best. The second time, my wife and I recently wanted to celebrate her new job. The waitress we had was not very friendly as well as the lobster we received was bland and overcooked. After $71 and poor service, we used our debit card to pay for the meal. We gave just a $1 tip (should not have given anything). Later the next week we see that they charged an $11 tip! Needless to say, we called and got it fixed. How low to overcharge our card because they don't do their job well. Where I work, they don't put up with that non-sense. The food was your average red lobster good and the staff was good. We had Jason as our server and he was very personable. Very easy to talk to. Our food came out a little slow but it was the end of the night and they were near closing hour. Don't know if that was the reason but ill chalk it up to tired chefs. The food was decent and flavorful. We got plenty of the cheddar bay biscuits which kept hubby happy while we waited for our meal. The 2 for $25 deal is going on now so we got a pretty good deal on our food. The only thing I wish is that their 2 for $25 had a little more variety. Our daughter asked to go for lunch and we made the mistake of agreeing. Just a TERRIBLE experience. The food here really is appalling. My wife chose fish tacos that smelt strange when served and luckily before she ate one saw mold on the soft taco shell!!!! The fish also smelt off. I had salad and soup, the Caesar salad was old and limp with no crunch to the lettuce, as if it had been made for a couple of days. The soup that accompanied my meal was heavy in an uncooked flour way and flavourless. My daughter had the same thing and agreed. So after one inedible and two poor meals we paid for the 2 soups and salads and left to eat somewhere else. We drove over two hours to try and celebrate a birthday at Red Lobster. We got there as the location opened and waited for nearly five minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We had six in our party and were told that it would be an additional five minutes. We waited patiently as 15 other people were seated as they came in after we did. After ten minutes of waiting and no interaction from the staff, we asked how much longer it would be. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. There was no interaction or explanation of why the delay. We left with a disappointed young person who had looked forward to having crab. However, we were able to go to another establishment that obviously had training on customer interaction and were greeted with eye contact and a friendly environment. I will never go to this restaurant again, but will go to the other establishment. read more

Worst service I've ever had. Only 3 other tables in restaurant and 25 minutes to get our drinks. Explained that we wanted our appetizers first and to make sure our meals weren't cooked and delivered first. Another 20 minutes to get the wrong appetizers and 5 minutes later we were told our meals were ready. Before our soup, before our salads......We asked for our bill for our drinks and the one appetizer they got right. The manager came out and asked what was wrong but didn't offer anything to make it right. Another 15 minutes to get the bill and they couldn't even work the register to take a credit card. The food at Red Lobster is normally awesome, and its that way here also. The quality is always fresh, and has amazing flavor. The only thing I've ever had an issue with here is the service. Normally its one extreme or the other. Either your service is amazing, or you have wait staff that don't even walk to your table. Its kind of hit and miss here. Was very sceptical at first. We actually went to another restaurant first, but they were closed on sunday. We ordered a sweet & spicy shrimp app. It was very delicious. Than our entre came and the snow crab was excellent, our waitress Sarah was super. I also thought it was a nice touch that when they seated us, they asked if we were celebrating anything special. This was a terrible experience at Red Lobster. For starters, the Caesar salads had a lot of very gross lettuce in them. There was hardly any dressing on the salad, leaving the remaining good lettuce flavorless. When our dinner arrived, my baked potato was so cool the butter hardly melted, the broccoli on both plates was undone and had an earthy taste, my salmon looked like it had caught fire underneath on the skin, leaving the edges dry. The manager offered a new potato and broccoli. What, so I can eat it for dessert after my salmon? I declined, not wanting to waste the food. It was all edible, but not very good and not for the price I paid! When the waitress brought the check she told us that the manager took 10% off the bill. That barely covered the soda. We felt sorry for the waitress as terrible food quality on the part of the kitchen and horrible customer service on the part of the manager surely is cutting into her tips. My wife and I both ordered drinks when we arrived. It took about 45 minutes to get the drinks. Server apologized and said that the bartender was busy with to go orders to make the drinks quicker. Than after ordering our meals it took another 30 minutes to get the food. When we finally received the meals, the kitchen forgot a part of my meal. Server again apologized and said they didn't want the rest of the meal to get cold waiting. How can you not know how long to cook food for and plan around the longest taking item.. we will never go back. This is not the first time we had issues with this restaurant. read more

We waited for a table for over a half hour, which is normal for a holiday in Cheyenne, but when we walked to the back of the restaurant the air conditioning was out and it was around 90 degrees inside. We asked why they did not tell us about the AC when we arrived and they had no answer. We would have appreciated a heads up so we at least had a choice to stay or not. We had a party of 18 for my daughter's 8th birthday dinner. She always picks Red Lobster because of her love for crab legs. I wish I could say that we enjoyed ourselves. First off, it took forever for our 2 servers to greet us and offer us drinks. Our drinks took a very long time to get to us despite being a Thursday night with minimal customers. Half of our food orders came out 20 minutes after the first meals were delivered and several orders were wrong. The birthday girl was one of the last to be served her meal. Some of us were done with our meals before others even received theirs. We had to ask multiple times for refills on water and other drinks. For as much money as we ended up spending, one of our servers seemed more inconvenienced by us more than anything. Next year, we will be encouraging our daughter to choose a different restaurant and I will just make her crab legs at home rather than put ourselves through such a painful dining experience again. read more

By far the worst restaurant in Cheyenne I've been too. The server was brand new which wasn't terrible but you could definitely tell she was trying her best. I ordered a strawberry mojito and when it cam out it looked like water with mint leaves and some strawberry chunks in it. I tasted it and it was terrible. I switched to a Margarita, the first was decent but the second tasted like it was just plain Margarita mix from a jug with no alcohol in it. The server got the manager and she made me a new one that was better than the one before. Our appetizers were the only good part of the meal. Once we actually got our main course they forgot one whole part of what I ordered. The problem we encountered was that we waited for 45 minutes to get a table large enough for 5, which would not have been a issue had we not ultimately been seated at a 4 top with an extra chair. We would not have minded sitting at a 4 top, except for the fact that there were numerous parties of 3-4 that were seated ahead of us before they went ahead and put us at the same size table those parties were seated at. When we brought it up to management we were given a pathetic excuse and was offered nothing to help make us feel better about the situation. The restaurant is currently undergoing a remodel, and they have very few tables that will seat more than a party of 4, so if you have a big group, you may reconsider Red Lobster as your first choice. read more

2-27-2015 My husband, and 2 adult sons took me to RL for my 69th birthday! There was a wait of abt 20 min. so we went into the bar to have a drink. The girl bartender CARDED everyone--she said she cards everyone.. I had just renew my drivers license and the old one had been voided-I did not have the paper part w me. Now there was not a SOUL in the bar that was under 40---She would not serve me-and the "manager" would not either. NOW just when do you use COMMON SENSE??? When we were seated to eat--not a problem I had a glass of wine...That bartender I'm guessing got caught serving "friends" or others that were underage..SO she was CYA!! BUT I still think "COMMON SENSE" should have been used. The bar manager should have used some COMMON SENSE too! Will NEVER go to the bar at RL again!! Dinner service was great.
