    Pound of crab legs, Cajun

The place looked the same as I remember when I used to dine here as a teenager. It's nice that it's well kept, and has the same ol' red lobster feel. The restaurant is clean, the service was excellent, staff were friendly, and very helpful. I'm not used to getting exceptional service but our waiter, an older gentleman whose name I'm missing was a stellar representation of this brand. Our order was rung in correctly, and we got all the food we ordered in a short time after ordering it. I don't know what it is about this location, but it really does make me rethink going back to this chain. The biscuits came to the table warm and crunchy on the exterior but so soft and fluffy on the inside. Every bite was packed with that delicious red lobster biscuit flavouring. It truly was a taste experience. We ordered Brussel sprouts for our appetizer, and I am glad we did, I wish they would add this to their appetizers profile, and throw in some chunks of well done bacon. I would definitely order this again, and maybe even return for this dish alone for a moderate sized snack. We tried the main deck of margaritas, and I was thoroughly delighted by the creative and true to flavours of the drinks. There was a perfect balance between the alcohol content and mixers, allowing you to taste all of it. The rimming was well selected as well. If I could have a favourite of the three we tried, it was the middle one, I think passion fruit mango maybe.. but all three were VERY GOOD! For our main dishes we had the pound of crab legs, how can you go wrong? This dish we selected to do Cajun flavour, and it had a nice balance of spice and spices, a definite favourite that we will be adding to our list of re-order items. I had the choose your three, with two garlic shrimp, one coconut, and added shrimp linguine. Honestly this is such a classic, I really don't think you can find anyone who hasn't tried this before. But I really like the chart your own course, as you get about 7-9 options to choose from. The fourth item was only $5 to add on, and makes for a great kids meal. My last few experiences were at the young Dundas red lobster, which honestly has deteriorated my opinion of tibia brand repeatedly. And I would strongly advise anyone with working taste buds to avoid the young Dundas location. HOWEVER, the Sherway Gardens Location, WOW! From start to finish, I am honestly just so impressed at the difference, and am at a loss for words for how good this one was. Thank you to the staff, there were new team members present, who chatted with us while our table was getting ready, our server, he was just fantastic, and the food spoke for itself! Highly recommend this location!

We came here for a family dinner. They have lots of seatings but get busy pretty quickly. I recommend coming in before 4pm if you're not keen on waiting in line. The service was average. It took some time for the food to arrive, especially the biscuits. However, it's understandable since they were busy. The lobsters pair great with the garlic butter. The shrimps were perfectly cooked. They were juicy. The scallops were grilled nicely as well. The NY steak was okay. I recommend dipping the biscuits in the garlic butter while they're fresh. The portions were big. Overall a great place for family & friends get-together.

Mondays are for all you can eat shrimp! Some of the options were too salty but other than that I really like the ones I picked out. (Butter shrimp, Alfredo shrimp linguine and grilled shrimp) I was super full after one round! Service was really good and it's vibey at night!

The Lobster Lover's Duo includes two lobster tails, two sides, so I got the baked potato with butter (so good, the butter melts in your mouth) and sour cream, and green beans was a nice healthy choice. The biscuits were so fresh and delicious. The lobster tails were fresh, succulent, and so tasty. Amazing food and service. We love going to the Queensway location for celebrations and special occasions. I highly recommend this location. Staff is always so nice and makes you feel welcomed.

My girl and I decided it was time for a friendly meal at Red Lobster, Sherway gardens location. Boy were we wrong the service was fair but the meals we both got were horrible, I usually only get the fish and chips and garlic shrimp the fish tasted frozen than fried and over cooked and the coleslaw was tasteless, my friend order the feast and she was so mad as the crab legs and lobster were also tasteless and forgettable. This was disappointing and a waste of money, maybe we picked the wrong location. Is this usual for this location?

I had lunch today at Red Lobster across from Sherway Gardens. Joanne, my server, started me off with yummy hot cheesy biscuits. I'm not a big fan of seafood so ordered what I always order at Red Lobster ... Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. It was good but it was a bit oversauced. Joanne was friendly and took good care of me.

This is only we can see on bottom on top it got melt so can't see, dough was really good but they ruin with the excessive salt

toooooo much salt and mono sodium in everything, in the sauce , coated sprinkle I think they put all salt my family one month use in one table serving , BP patient please do not enter save your life another funny part was they put sugar syrup in my red wine (imagine) pizza was baked in SALT and monosodium bed /base

Food: 3 Stars Service: 4 Stars Ambience: 3 Stars Fill Factor: Satisfied Let me start off by saying that I have avoided all Red Lobster restaurants for years now after having some less than stellar experiences. I decided to give it another shot after some friends wanted to eat here and my experience did improve. The meal started off with the seafood stuffed mushrooms and a basket of biscuits. I found myself not enjoying the biscuits as I had in days past as I found them to be a bit too salty. The mushrooms tasted alright but I still do not know what seafood was in it as all I tasted was cheese and mushroom. For my main I ordered the seaside shrimp trio which came with Walt's Favourite shrimp, garlic shrimp, and shrimp linguini Alfredo. The linguini was good as the sauce was nice and creamy and it was loaded with shrimp. The garlic shrimp was pretty decent while the Walt's Favourite was a little less enjoyable as I found it to be a little more soggy than crispy. The service was pretty good as the waitresses were friendly and checked on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our meal and that we were being looked after. The decor is your typical Red Lobster at pretty much every other location. It does feel a bit dated but overall the space was comfortable and clean so really not much to complain about here. If you are looking to get your shrimp on in a comfortable environment Red Lobster might suit your needs.

Came here for an early dinner. Service was a little slow but still excellent. I ordered the whitefish with rice and broccoli. Rice tasted good but everything else tasted really bland. Broccoli seemed way undercooked.

Mediocore food, excessively filled with oil & butter. Ordered take out from website but nobody came out at time specified, I had to go in to the restaurant and nobody even had an idea that I had placed and order until I mentioned that I placed an order, it was 3pm (nobody was in the restaurant). Total service was 4/10

Happy thanksgiving from red lobster in Toronto! I have driven by and I've been seeing red lobster for pretty much my entire life, the first time I've ever ventured into a location. To be honest I'm not the biggest seafood fan, probably the reason why. I know, fascinating, tell us more about you and your seafood eating habits! I must admit, I enjoyed the experience, the food was good, it certainly was not a cheap meal. The clientele was older, which I liked, much quieter than having kids running around. The waitress Caitlyn M was perfect, genuine, easy going, thank you!

I went there for my birthday dinner with my friends and husband, the food was okay but the service was sloppy, the waiter was not handling the food tray properly and it was almost to fall on me, then we ordered dome drinks and one ordered warm water with lemon but they forgot that order and then we had to ask repeatedly for it, then when the bought that water it was boiling hot not warm. In altogether the experience was not nice, but yes i order their summer blue coconut cocktail and its a must try one

Warm, soft brownie with vanilla ice cream. Very delicious!

Came here on a dead lunch hour - most seats were practically empty which means, more focus on us lol. Although I forget her name, the waitress we had was super attentive and friendly, she didn't even need a notepad to remember what we wanted which shows how good she was! Everything came out perfectly. For starters, we ordered a few drinks - a mojito for me and some other fruity drink for him. They were both pretty good but my mojito in my opinion was done the best and I loved it. We then got our lunch specials for $22.50 I believe? This included a starter, an entree, and then dessert. I got the coconut shrimp with fries, some dip, a cesar salad, and for the dessert - a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream. Everything was done really well, and we had a great time. The one thing I would say about Red Lobster is that I wished it wasn't so dim in there all the time.

The modern, chic decor sets a wonderful ambiance, and the service was immediate and welcoming. The food was spectacular from start to finish. We started with fresh, warm bread, followed by a flavorful seafood gumbo loaded with meat, and a generous portion of two lightly breaded crab cakes. For our mains, the 10oz ribeye and 8oz tenderloin were seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection--compliments to the chef! They came with a lovely side of baby potatoes and vegetables. We capped off a perfect meal with a warm pecan tart and ice cream. I highly recommend coming here. We noticed they have a pizza oven and plan to add pizza to the menu soon; we already can't wait for our next visit to try it out! There are specials that change weekly. The interior is decorated with New Orleans memorabilia, medium lit, cozy (not large), with jazz music in the background. Service was attentive and friendly. They operated for 30 years at their old location. This location soft-opened on 2026-02-12. We came on 2026-02-25 for dinner. There were still some furnishings to complete (there were unforeseen delays). They kept the same menu offerings but it will be expanded within a month. We ordered the following: 1. Citra Terre D'Abruzzo Pinot Grigio - Italy (glass $14.95). 2. Coke. 3. Crab Cakes ($19.95). 4. New Orleans Shrimp Cocktail ($19.95). 5. Jambalaya Aranchini (weekly special). 6. Blackened Lamb Chops (weekly special). 7. New Orleans Fisherman's Plate ($39.95). 8. Pecan Pie warmed with Ice Cream ($14.95). 9. Bananas Foster ($14.95). 10. Beignet ($14.95). Every dish had an excellent presentation. We spent a lot of time taking photos and videos. What did you expect from me?! We loved all the dishes! The portions were large! There are more staff than in the previous location, allowing the service to be excellent. They tend to have many loyal and returning customers. Every table starts with freshly baked bread and butter. The bread was so fresh! The three appetizers tasted good. They each had a little kick due to creole cuisine. I loved the shrimp the most. The Blackened Lamb Chops was perfectly cooked. Each of the four pieces were very tender, accompanied by a delicious sauce. The dish had some very nicely cooked seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, a red pepper, string beans, a broccoli, and a carrot. This dish will be put into their regular menu in the near future. The New Orleans Fisherman's Plate is great if you want a little sampling of their seafood: Blackened Fish, Cajun Calamari, and Coconut Beer Shrimp. It also comes with rice and seasonal vegetables. The fish was so good! We brought some home for my mom and she really loved it. The Coconut Beer Shrimp was on top of a Orange Marmalade Sauce, which is really liked. The three desserts looked really good and tasted good. I loved the pecan pie the most. They can split dishes in half in the kitchen and serve them on two dishes for two people to share. The restaurant uses fresh seasonal ingredients and spices to create authentic Creole and Cajun tastes. Everything is made in-house except for bread and butter. In the near future, their bread will be made in-house too. Currently, there is only indoor dining but they are looking into the possibility of sidewalk outdoor dining. Mike Djurdjevic runs the front of the house while his wife, Mira Djurdjevic, operates the kitchen. Their son, Marko, also helps in the front of the house. There is a large pizza oven at the back of the restaurant. They will be introducing creole pizza in the near future. There is a separate large room for events, parties, etc. This room will be ready in the near future. They also do catering. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible, and one female washroom. Thrre is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-037

Service & Atmosphere: Five Stars The service here was truly exceptional... super quick, genuinely friendly, and so very kind. From seating to check out, the staff was attentive and really made the experience a pleasure. The interior is decorated well with a fun, slightly nautical vibe, but my absolute favorite feature was the artistic touch on the way to the restroom. There are these vibrant wall paintings that are clearly designed to be photo ops, and I loved that they encouraged patrons to snap a picture. It's those little details that really elevate the atmosphere! The Captain's Boil: Good, but Different Now, to the food. Full disclosure: I lived in Georgia for 12 years, and nothing is ever going to beat a seasoned, authentic Florida crab boil in my mind. However, this boil is pretty darn good in its own right. I went with the Non-Spicy Captain Boil (which is a mixed seafood option) and loaded it up with lobster, potatoes, and an egg. The seasoning was flavorful and well-balanced, though it leaned a little less toward the heavy Cajun spice blend I'm used to. It delivered a scrumptiously satisfying seafood experience. Everything was cooked perfectly the 1.5lb lobster was tender, and the potatoes soaked up the sauce so very nicely. I would definitely go back the next time I'm craving a seafood boil.
