Patronized this establishment on Friday, March 20, 2026 for my birthday. Our server was Austin. Very personal, professional and at times over attentive. I know he was making sure that we had a great experience but it became annoying after a while. The room was a little on the loud side as there was a medium size group behind us. After a while, they did calm down. Austin tried to do his best to move us but since my husband has trouble walking we decided to stay put where we were. The food was EXCELLENT!!!! My parents love red lobster, we were visiting and my dad mentioned endless shrimp is back so of course we had to go. The host took our party of 6 with a baby to a 4 top booth and just kind of stood there looking at us and the booth until I said "I don't think we're all going to fit". There were large party booths open but for whatever reason, the host decided to pull up a table and then tell us we couldn't put a highchair at the end of it? So we were all cramped with my baby's high chair wedged in between the small booth and added table. Bizarre. But anyways, our server was Luis and he was fantastic. Friendly, upbeat and just on it. He had several tables but checked in frequently. I ordered wrong and got the Cajun chicken pasta which looked nothing like the picture. There was nothing Cajun about it and had I not liked our sever so much, I would've sent it back. It was honestly disgusting. The endless shrimp was good and both my parents enjoyed. You pick three to start with a side and then can get more for $24.99. My husband had a seafood boil and enjoyed it as well. Red lobster is a strange place and was very empty and sad feeling, but I will say the food was pretty good! Seafood was fresh, crab a little overcooked and hard to deshell which is a pet peeve of mine but the other seafood and entrees were good. We had a nice time and our server did a good job although food items did not come out together and last dish came out almost 5-10 minutes late. Father in law loves red lobster so we will be back, but this is a boomer staple that I am surprised was as good as it was! read more

I know, I know what do I expect from Red Lobster... I learned from a lobsterman long ago that Red Lobster has (had?) the largest lobster fleet in the world and caught a majority of the world's lobsters; so I expect that the lobster be, at least, good. The brand is classic, the restaurant is well decorated, clean, the hostess was friendly and so was our waitress. That being said, I will never go back to any Red Lobsters because the last 3 times (girlfriend liked going there) it was worse and worse. Not a great location. Seemingly this Red Lobster is the only open business in what appeared to be a once busy area. Overgrown grass and unkempt buildings must be passed to get to the restaurant. Not a great start. The restaurant itself is dark, very dark. Guess I figured with new leadership, the old fashioned dark seafood restaurant would be a thing of the past. Not! The service, a wonderful counterbalance to a) getting there past closed and boarded up buildings; and b) the dark interior. Staff was friendly, polite, professional. Our server, Lindsay, was an absolute dream! Attentive, but not too much so. Very knowledgeable about the menu, she made wish suggestions for each of us. Not pushy -- just suggestions. She was friendly, polite, quick to smile, and very professional. The food, hmmmm. Let's start with lunch for two, each having one drink came to $145. Expensive lunch, especially for the likes of Red Lobster. The seafood is fair -- not top notch by any means, but fair for the type of restaurant it is. The pricing is ri-damn-diculous! This honestly had to be weirdest and most poor experience I have ever had at this location. upon arriving it took about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone to be seated. Typical Red lobster food - best biscuits served warm quickly and most of the fish obviously previously frozen - this isn't bad it's just what it is. We had the best waitress Kesha. She knew the menu, asked great questions and checked in on us with perfect timing. I think if she trained other waitstaff that would be good-not that they are bad. She is just that good. My wife and I are locals and decided to have some seafood one night. Unfortunately going to this restaurant was a HUGE mistake. The greeting was not very professional; we were seated and put in our drink order. After placing our order, we waited a few minutes before the biscuits arrived. Ten minutes went by, and my wife received her salad. I did not receive mine. After a few more minutes went by my wife asked another waiter to have our waitress come by so she could get some extra salad dressing, (Dry Ceasar), after about a minute the male waiter sat down with a patron and was carrying on a conversation without notifying our waitress of our needs. I often order Red Lobster on the app for carry out when I am traveling, because sometimes I would rather take food back to my hotel room than dine out. Not as good as used to be! First, even before the dinner crowd, the table was dirty. I had to clean with a napkin. While the menus are attractive with new items, they have eliminated a lot of their broiled seafood entrees. So, no broiled seafood platters; no ability to build your own platters with broiled scallop or fried clams and no ability to substitute fried fish with broiled or baked fish on the seafood platter. They are just not as accommodating as they used to be AND prices are nearly 50-100% higher in just a year. Most of the menu favors fried seafood as they have dropped most of their broiled selections. This is not a health or fitness conscious seafood place at all. 95% entrees boast 1,300+ calories per meal excluding desert. Plus, less than 10% of their seafood comes from North American waters. You would think there are no fish or sea life off the coast of FL. Most of theirs comes from Asia according to their website. Lastly, it is a chain restaurant with no local feel, super high prices for foreign sourced fish and seafood and chefs that want substitut their fried fish for broiled. Went to this location for an early Mother's Day dinner and had a fabulous time! I had a party of 7 and two were smaller children and they accommodated us with little to no wait time. Our waitress Trinity was an absolute gem! She was attentive, kind, and extremely patient with us! (And especially our little ones.) She made sure all our food came out to perfection and always had our cups full! If anyone decides to go here for dinner, I highly recommend asking for trinity she is the best of the best. Had the lobster dip appetizer, hot delicious with fresh hot chips, on a scale of 1 to 10 a solid 9+. My wife had the pick three shrimp, scampi, coconut and the dragon outstanding hot shrimp were cooked to near perfection. I had the cajon salmon, once again perfectly cooked. Had occasion to visit Ft Pierce, FL location last evening. Had to be the worst food I have eaten, more like tasted, in a restaurant in 30 years. Kaos & none of the staff including manager..couldn't rectify why!? Hours waiting just to be seated. More outside waiting to get in than customers seated. Many tables vacant & waiting yet a line outside, most left..fed up with all the bs! You lost more due to this than was there in entirety of both establishments. I was there @ both days apart for Anniversary & Valentines Day. Finally got seated only to worst food ever. Staff was very condescending & full of excuses I've sent a complaint in to no prevail. i've never written a review but i couldn't just not say anything...went here tonight with my boyfriend didn't have high expectations but still somehow disappointed. waiting to get sat for like 10 mins not a big deal..then waited like 15 mins to even get a server to introduce and take drink orders just for the lady to say she wasn't our server. after 30 mins our server finally came over and took our orders and gave us the starter bread. when our order came out they were both wrong & we weren't even given utensils (had to ask for them). the whole time our server was barley present,the 1st server who took our drink orders was there more then she was. i used to be a server so i usually am very understanding but for a place that wasn't even busy there is just no excuse. read more

Server offered to change my order. I declined. Then requested garlic butter to which I received a bowl. The specialty fries were unseasoned, hard home fries. At $123.00 plus a $25.00 tip for 3 entrees, 2 appetizers, a cocktail flight and a bottled beer, the best thing on our table were the free biscuits! My family hasn't been to Red Lobster before. The food was good but they ran out of sweet tea, lemonade, and baked potatoes, all on a Saturday night. We waited nearly two hours for our food. That's when I found out there were no more baked potatoes. They charged me for it anyway. A man was screaming and cursing in the bar and someone else was screaming and cursing in the kitchen.
