Disappointing experience after years of loyalty I have been coming to Red Lobster since I was a little girl and have always loved it. My brother recently took my mom and me to the Goodyear, AZ location to celebrate with Endless Shrimp, and I was especially excited since I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and had been craving shrimp for days. When we walked in, we were informed that the main A/C was out. They had portable A/C units and fans running throughout the dining room. Even though it was warm, we decided to stay and enjoy our dinner anyway. Unfortunately, the service ruined the evening. Our server never refilled our drinks once during the entire meal. Worse, she made me feel completely judged for participating in the Endless Shrimp promotion. After bringing a second round of shrimp for our table, she offered another round. I ordered one more side, and she gave me a visibly surprised look before walking away. When she came back, I politely explained that I was pregnant and just really hungry, hoping to clear the air. When I asked for a box for my remaining food, she refused, stating that Endless Shrimp isn't for take-home. I let her know I've been coming to Red Lobster for years and had never been spoken to like that. She became visibly upset, told me I shouldn't have ordered the last dish if I couldn't finish it, and made the whole situation incredibly uncomfortable. At that point, I just handed the plate back to her and told her to take it--I didn't even want it anymore. To be treated so rudely while simply trying to enjoy a special family dinner was deeply disappointing. Between the lack of basic table service and being publicly judged by the staff, this visit completely ruined my view of a restaurant I used to love. I will not be returning to this location.

Went to Red Lobster for the Wednesday special and boy it did not disappoint. 7 oz cut with a lobster tail and mashed taters, YUM! I love the dark vibes to the restaurant and it also provides a romantic atmosphere for date night. Our server was amazing and always attentive. Thanks for the meal Red Lobster!

Friendly customer service! our waiter was nice. However, the e steak was dry, biscuits too doughy, and the popcorn shrimp wasn't clean. I wouldn't order any of these things again. If you go to Red Lobster, try one of the east side locations.

We are in town visiting my sister and niece who just turned 1. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. She made sure everything was perfect for us! Food was good, my husband has never been to Red Lobster before so it was nice to have him try it. Love the old ship vibe the restaurant still had. One thing we noticed right when we walked in though was the sour faces, kinda nose in the air from the hostess... never seen them before in our lives and we all felt judged right when we walked in. Very weird experience with that part.

My family and I went to this location on Tuesday, October 31 at 7:30 PM. We noticed they were short staffed, so we knew that the service may be a little slow. Our server was very courteous but our experience with our food was very disappointing . My husband's crab legs were not hot, lukewarm, almost cold. The butter that was given for dipping was cold as well. Our mozzarella sticks were not cold like they were sitting in the back for quite some time before coming to our table and our lobsterRita drink was not good at all. With our experience this time; I'm not sure if we will be back at this location or not. We did come from the first time last week and we enjoyed our service and food but this time it was very disappointing.

Surprisingly very good. The biscuits could be more fresh but we shared the big seafood combo between the three of us girls and it was plenty. The coconut shrimp was way too sweet in my opinion but my friend loved it. The seafood was cooked really well! The shrimp Alfredo was delicious and service was good. Everything was clean.

Much, much better! Red Lobster had always been a favorite for us. In our previous visit however, the nice menu's had gone away and my crab was reheated and inedible. Everything was inedible. I had feared it was curtains for the chain. Well, I decided to check recent reviews out of curiosity and was surprised at what I found. While the average remained low, most recent reviews were pretty stellar. Well, it's been a couple of years, so we'll give them another chance. First, we were worried it would be crowded on a Friday night, but were pleased at being seated right away. Our server was Jennifer. I asked for a beer and it was literally there in three minutes flat. That is unusual for anyone. She immediately took our appetizer order. The seafood stuffed mushrooms looked good. They weren't bad, they had nice crab cake stuffing. We then ordered dinner. I have always enjoyed the Ultimate Feast and my wife likes Walt's fried Shrimp. So let's go with that. What I really liked about the Ultimate Feast menu item was that you could customize it. So I ordered a lobster tail, crab legs, Walt's fried shrimp and grilled shrimp, with a loaded baked potato and brussel sprouts on the side. The dish arrived and I was suprised at how much food was on the plate! They weren't stingy at all. Okay, let's get the worst out of the way. The brussel sprouts looked deliciously fried, but were swimming in balsamic. I could not eat them. That said, EVERYTHING else was delicious!. I started with the lobster. It was large and sweeter than I've had in a long while! The snow crab was equally as good and Walt's shrimp was as good as ever! I thoroughly enjoyed everything! Jennifer provided the best service we've had anywhere. What a pleasant evening. Good job Red Lobster, you've won us back!

Good service, a variety of food choices, tasty sides; prices a bit high for the quality of food. But a good time was had by all.

We went to Red Lobster on a whim one night after deciding we didn't feel like cooking. My previous experiences with Red Lobster haven't been great so I didn't have high expectations. The food was to be as expected: noticeably "chain food". I got the rainbow trout which was surprisingly good actually. My boyfriend got the stuffed flounder, he wasn't a fan. We both got fries as one of our sides. Let me tell these you, these are probably the worst fries I've had in recent memory. Absolutely not a grain of salt in sight. Very bland and small portions. Overall, the food was just okay. The service was actually the redeeming quality of the meal. Our server was great - she was super attentive and friendly. If you like Red Lobster, you'll like this location.

I liked it, but my friend said she's definitely had better. I also had to ask for lemon with the calamari. Last time I came with a friend they were completely out of lemons, so I was glad that wasn't an issue this time. I'd probably try something different instead of the calamari next visit though. We got the Pier 88 combo crab boil with the "All of the Above" seasoning in mild. It came out super quick and was very well seasoned. I personally thought it leaned a little salty, but I also saw other tables adding extra salt to their food, so I guess it just depends on your taste. Portions were good and everything tasted delicious. Very kid-friendly spot, pretty loud and lively inside, and honestly a great place for hosting bigger groups, family get-togethers, or even just catching up with a friend over drinks and seafood. From the moment I sat down, the warm hospitality made me feel like family, and the aroma of Cajun spices drifting from the kitchen let me know I was in for something special. The Food The star of the show is undeniably the seafood dishes. The crawfish étouffée was rich and velvety, with layers of flavor that only true Louisiana cooking can capture. The seasoning was spot-on--bold without being overpowering, spicy but balanced. The fried catfish was golden perfection: crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. And don't get me started on the gumbo--hearty, smoky, and brimming with soul. Every side dish felt like comfort food elevated. The hush puppies were crisp little bites of heaven, and the dirty rice was so flavorful it could have been a meal on its own. The Experience What I loved most was the authenticity. Nothing felt watered down or rushed--it was food made with love, patience, and pride. I believe they have changed management recently, or in the past few years. Although the sauce remains delicious, the food quality seems to be falling, and I see that they have a few food safety violations listed on their Yelp. The garlic noodles were swimming in the watery sauce, and the Cajun fries were not tossed, just sprinkled on top.
