Let me start off by saying that I typically hate Red Lobster due to rude staff and dirty resturant but my partner insisted she had a craving for it. This location was completely different. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and after a 5 min wait, we were seated and then greeted by our lovely server. She was friendly, polite, helpful and engaging. All of our items came out as ordered. I ordered a drink that I didn't like and didn't want to complain, so I requested a soda. She questioned why another drink, and said no problem I'll get you what you want and take this off. As patrons left, tables were being cleaned and the floor was being vacuumed. Husband received a generous gift card for Red Lobster. He has always had a soft spot for this location; so we headed there to have lunch. I'm not a seafood fan, but it was good to see husband happy. We were seated immediately and the host accommodated my husband's request for seating that was close by. Husband is recovering from surgery and unable to walk very far. After looking at the menu, husband ordered the Southwest Shrimp salad and enjoyed every bite. At first, I thought I would have only a side salad and biscuits, but I decided to try Cajun chicken Alfredo with linguine . I would definitely order it again. Our server was friendly and attentive. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, food was fresh and hot. I had the crab Carbonara and it was so tasty. The side caesar, although an up charge was one of the best I have had in a while. I'm a fan of seafood, so I've dined at Red Lobster locations all over the country. This location is above average. The ambiance at all RL's is the same, but what separates this restaurant is the the high quality preparation of the food, and the excellent service by the staff. I came here on a Saturday evening. I was greeted and seated quickly. My server, Maria, came to my table right away to take my drink order and did a great job of checking with me often to ask how I was enjoying my meal and to ask if there was anything I needed. On this visit I selected the Dockside Duo. .. two courses for a special price. My choice was the Clam Chowder and the Fish and Chips dinner. (I substituted a baked potato instead of the fries.). The chowder was a little soupy... I prefer it a little thicker, so I docked a point for that. Of course, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always good. Not too often do I find it necessary to write about a chain restaurant and this incident is no exception. I would almost bet that all the fish/shellfish they serve is farmed in China, yet I eat hear once a year for the endless shrimp with my family. Why, when I know that there is a good chance my shrimp are laced with banned chemicals and antibiotics? Because it's endless shrimp for less than $20.00! I love shrimp, could eat it on the daily. I wish Red Lobster used wild caught hormone free ect, but then it wouldn't be Red Lobster. It would be some pretentious expensive seafood restaurant that would sell you 5 shrimp for $30.00. Basically I like coming here just for this and I rationalize my trip and food decisions with it's just once it isn't going to kill me. Probably will but denial is easier. My last trip I crushed 66 shrimp. Now they were all straight up grilled and no sauce/butter, but still 66! I was getting my money's worth of chemicals, antibiotics, and tiny shrimp. read more

We usually only come here once a year for our families birthday celebration in September. That happens to be the time they have endless shrimp here. #Perfecttiming This Red Lobster is a good one. Nothing to great but nothing bad. We usually get pretty good service here and this last time we did as well. We knew exactly what we wanted so we ordered the endless shrimp and we got a side salad plus a vegetable on the side. Oh yea it came with rice too. They give you two orders of shrimp to start out and as soon as they come out you can order another round but only one at a time. This works but you have to just keep ordering. It would be better if you can do two at a time but I can see how they like to take it slow so you wont order as much. Still I wish you could do two at a time. This process still didn't stop me from eating 79 shrimp! Overall it was good. I usually love their coconut shrimp but our waitress said they ran out. So I ordered grilled shrimp, their fiesta shrimp, sesame shrimp, and a order of their shrimp alfredo. I think my favorite was the fiesta shrimp. It was like salsa on top of fried shrimp which was tasty. I just couldn't eat 79 of these so I had to spread it around. We all had a good night besides my wife breaking out in hives from the shrimp. This has happened to here a few times before when eating shrimp but nothing this bad. After Red Lobster we rushed to Giant Eagle to get Benadryl but she is ok now. I really want to love Red Lobster more than I do. If it wasn't for the fact that I was craving scallops, and that the yearly Christmas gift card I receive was still unused, I am pretty sure Red Lobster would not be my go to choice for scallops, or most anything else for that matter. Recently went to Red Lobster. I don't eat seafood but my husband and sister do. Husband had garlic shrimp skewers and my sister opted for a lobster tail. Both were completely happy. We stopped for lunch after seeing the $14.99 Shrimp feast advertised on TV. I had the clam chowder and the coconut shrimp and wife had salad and the same coconut shrimp. We all know that Red Lobster is not exactly gourmet seafood, and it tends to be a bit overpriced for the quality. We expect that from chains, so don't be too disappointed when you get exactly what you should be expecting. The exception? Endless Shrimp. Nobody can complain about endless shrimp. The pineapple habanero shrimp were laughably not-spicy, but had great flavor. The fried shrimp and the scampi are decent. The grilled shrimp are actually delicious, with or without the teriyaki sauce. You also get a salad, side, and yummy cheddar biscuits, but filling up on those is a mistake, because you could be eating shrimp. Service is very friendly-- usually toward the end of deals like this, they're over it, but our server tonight was very friendly, and even brought us MORE than we asked for. I don't see myself coming here on a regular basis when the promotion is over, but it's up to brand standard, so if you're used to a Red Lobster elsewhere, this location won't disappoint. read more

My wife and I were being led to a table by this no personality young lady, the Restaurant smelled of something putrid. I asked what smelled. She said "I don't smell anything ", oh well. Our waitress was very nice. We put in our orders. She brought out the biscuits that we usually love. They were tasteless. The meals came out... I ordered the Fisherman's Platter. mmmmmmm Endless Shrimp. Oh so delicious. I swear my family and I only go to Red Lobster during the fall when we they are having their Endless Shrimp special. You cant beat it. For $16 there is not a better Endless seafood mean out there. This year they added this sweet and spicy shrimp. This plate was delicious. Not only do you get the shrimp refill with it, but they also bring you a little helping of the rice with every refill plate too. If you were a fan of the coconut shrimp, I am sorry to report that you will be disappointed this year. It is no more, but you can still get the usual scampi, pasta, breaded shrimp, or grilled shrimp. They even have this delicious parmesan crusted shrimp. Our waitress was also very nice and attentive. She understood immediately that my family could eat, so she was filling our orders before we even had to ask for more. It was a great night of feasting. This is a chain restaurant which serves the normal menu for the chain. That said--these people know what to do with that "normal menu." The food comes hot from the kitchen. The waitstaff pays attention to their customers. If your iced tea needs a refill, a refill shows up. If you bring a problem to the waitress' attention, that problem is solved for you. Even on Valentine's day when the place is very busy. (The manager actually came to the table to make sure the little difficulty had been taken care of--which it was. In a very nice way I might add.) We return to this restaurant again and again because we know that the food will be good, it will arrive in a timely fashion, the salad will be cold, the hot food will be hot, and the service will be both efficient and pleasant. Very satisfied. I liked the quality and selection the most. I had the Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and Snow Crab Legs. When the platter first came out, there were so many jumbo shrimp that I gasped. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, but should I expect more from a chain? The service was so slow, like "moved at a glacial place" slow. It took our entrees about 45 minutes to make it to our table after we ordered. My food was ice cold. Try eating coconut shrimp and broccoli ice cold...actually don't. My sisters meal also was ice cold. She ordered shrimp which came on skewers, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. She ended up sending hers back and they brought out new food and removed it from the bill. Took my Grandson there Friday, July 19th, 2019. One of the worst dining experiences I ever had. Been there many time before and meals have always been good to great. This time, we ordered Surf and Turf for me and Crab legs for my Grandson. Sides were broccoli and mashed potatoes for me and asparagus and mashed potatoes for my grandson. Lobster was tough. Steak was literally unseasoned. Crab legs were way over done. Broccoli and Asparagus were way over cooked. Potatoes was the smallest side I have ever seen. The only thing we really liked was the appetizer lobster pizza and the biscuits. When I complained, "We can only not charge you for the up-charge for the Asparagus."
